NAGPAPALUSOT NA ANG MALACANANG SA NAPOLES!

NAGSISIMULA NG LUMUSOT ang Malacanang sa Janet Napoles controversy.

In a story in tribune.net.ph. presidential deputy spokesperson Abigail Valte was quoted as saying resolving the pork barrel scam is not the sole responsibility of the Executive Department, which is headed by PNoy, but of the Judiciary as well.

I had been trying to avoid cursing in my blogs but I can’t stand making this one an exception, so forgive me folks.

MAGPAPALUSOT na rin lang itong si Valte, TATANGA-TANGA PA. At gusto pa tayong gawing bobo!.

The Judiciary cannot resolve the pork barrel scam if NO CASES WILL BE FILED AGAINST ANYBODY being linked to it, most especially Napoles. NO COURT can convict or acquit anybody who is not facing a case before it.

Valte is a lawyer. More than anyone else among us ordinary mortals, she should know this.  If she will claim ignorance, the Supreme Court must not wait a second longer in DISBARRING and removing her from the list of the country’s lawyers

The Judiciary can only act if it already has a case to work on.

At HINDI TRABAHO ng Judicary na SILA NA RIN ANG MAGSAMPA NG KASO sa aumang tanggapang nasasakupan nila para maresolba agad ito.

TRABAHO IYUN NG GOBYERNO.

So Valte has NO PROFESSIONAL and MORAL RIGHT to cite the Judiciary’s help in resolving the pork barrel scam since the Aquino Government HAS NOT YET FILED ANY CASE AGAINST Napoles or others being linked to the fraud.

Kapag idinamay ninuman ang ibang tao sa isang gawain ng WALA PA ITONG GAGAWIN, dalawa lamang ang posibleng MOTIBO ng nandadamay:

LUMULUSOT NA SA RESPONSIBILIDAD o gagawing BAGSAKAN NG SISI ang idinadamay. Pgdating ng oras, sasabihin ng nandamay na ang idinamay ang nagkulang o mabagal at hindi siya.

Napoles remains UNTOUCHED in relation to the pork barrel scam.

She continues to receive extra special treatment, this time including a PATHETIC HIGHER MEAL allowance than ordinary prisoners (P90 as compared to the regular P50 for others).

But NO CASE has been filed against her in connection with the scam. NO AGENCY of government has subpoenaed or summoned her for questioning. And now, no less than Malacanang is starting to indirectly pass the buck for the delay in legal action against her over the scam.

SUPER LALIM ang Napoles issue, mga kababayan. 

DON’T BE DISTRACTED by a flood of press releases from the Aquino Government on any other issue you can think of just to divert our attention to something else. 30
