LACIERDA'S DEFENSE OF MAR OVER PORK SUSPICIOUS, MALICIOUS!

Presidential Spokesperson Edwin Lacierda’s claim that DILG Sec. Mar Roxas is innocent of any fraud over his pork barrel is both SUSPICIOUS and MALICIOUS.

Anyone who believes Lacierda lot, stock and barrel is either a PNoy fanatic or needs to have his or head examined.

First: Lacierda WAS NOT INVOLVED, directly or indirectly, in the P5-million transaction of Roxas’ pork barrel to the non-government organization (NGO) Kaloocan Assistance Council Inc.(KACI).

He was neither a staffer of Roxas or of the KACI.

Therefore, he has NO DIRECT KNOWLEDGE of the transaction and is therefore NOT QUALIFIED, professionally or morally, to INSTANTLY clear Roxas of any possible anomaly.

Second: Lacierda is NOT the current spokesman of Roxas. He is the spokesman of PNoy.

Unless he can show any WRITTEN DIRECTIVE OR AUTHORITY from PNoy or Roxas that he can speak for the DILG secretary, Lacierda owes the people an explanation why he’s doing it.

Third, Lacierda DID NOT PRESENT any PHYSICAL EVIDENCE or basis to support his defense of Roxas. All he had were his own words  

I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that there’s no law which orders us ordinary Pinoys to automatically, and blindly believe anything, and everything, that the government says.

EVEN WITHOUT SOLID PROOF OR BASIS

For the record, I’m NOT SAYING that Lacierda’s lying.  I’m just reactingto his defense of Roxas.
