I wonder what makes Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa UNTOUCHABLE as Bongbong Marcos
protest lead justice.

NEWS BLACKOUT on the daily happenings in the recount of votes covered by
Bongbong’s protest, with NO LOGICAL JUSTIFICATION;
NO
GUARANTEE that NO CHEATING is being hidden from the public by the news blackout;
NO
REPORTED ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION for the immediate resolution of Leni Robredo’s
motion for reconsideration for a 25 percent shading threshold on the ballot;
NO
REPORTED ACTION OR EXPLANATION on the INDEFINITE GRACE PERIOD for Robredo to
pay the balance of her counter-protest fee;
NO
REPORTED ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION on how to FAST-TRACK the recount and
resolution of the protest, so that the TRUE, DULY-ELECTED vice-resident will be
known.
Since
the recount started last April 2, NOT A SINGLE WORD has been heard from Caguioa
himself, or on what has he done as protest lead justice. And yet, he KEEPS THE POSITION UNTOCHED AND
UNQUESTIONED. Ano kaya meron? 30
No one can predict whats in the mind a judge in the supreme court whose duty is to straightened out what would be wrong about the election of 2016 where there was a massive cheating and fraudulent processing of votes. Why would Caguioa be thought as an untouchable? He may be in Supreme Court but he is still not above the law. Can he hold the Recount as long as he wants? That would be simply making the cheater sits until the term is over. Is there something that the people could do to make him speed up the case? Sitting on it would just make matters worse. THATS WHAT I CALL BIAS AND COVERING UP HIS FAVORITE PARTY! He does not deserve the position he is sitting on now. HE MUST RESIGN!!!

ReplyDeleteCaguioa is protected by the Senators Drilon, Hontiveros, Villanueva...and congressmen who cheated last election. They will protect to not spil the beans.
