LOOMING SANCHEZ RELEASE VERY, VERY SUSPICIOUS!

The looming release from jail of rapist-killer and former Calauan, Laguna Mayor Antonio Sanchez is VERY, VERY SUSPICIOUS. It must be INVESTIGATED AT ONCE, down to the TINIEST DETAIL.

Una: Mababawasan daw ang PITONG HABAMBUHAY NA PAGKABILANGGO na sintensiya kay Sanchez  dahil sa good behavior o pagiging mabait nito sa kulungan.  IHO DE PUTA! Paano naging mabait ang isang bilanggong DALAWANG BESES NAHULIHAN NG SHABU?

In 2006, shabu and marijuana were found in Sanchez’s cell. In July 2010, P1.5 million worth of shabu was found in a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary inside his cell. Five years later, in 2015, jail officials seized from Sanchez a flat-screen TV and airconditioning unit.

Kung hindi BAYARAN AY SAKSAKAN NG TANGA ang nagsabing mabait na si Sanchez sa kabla ng lahat ng ito.  Dapat ay NADAGDAGAN PA ang parusa kay Sanchez dahil sa mga nakumpiska sa kaniya.

Second: In 1995, Sanchez and six other men were convicted of raping Aileen Sarmenta and her killing and that of her companion at the time of the crime Allan Gomez and sentenced to seven life terms in jail.

A life sentence is equivalent to 30 years. Multiplying that by seven equals 210 YEARS. When you multiply 210 by the 365 days in every year, the result is 76, 650.The law says as much as 30 days can be deducted monthly from the prisoner’s sentence. 

Sanchez has been detained for almost 24 years. The last 14 years of that equals 168 months. If you multiply 168 by 30, that’s only, 5,040 days. The first 10 years of his detention is equivalent to 120 months. Under Republic Act 10592, a 20-day deduction for each month of good behavior can be given to the convict during the first two years of imprisonment. Multiplying 120 by 20 is only 2,400 days.  So 5,040 plus 2,400 is equivalent ONLY to 7,440 days. Even if you round up the 7,440 to 8,000, that ONLY A LITTLE MORE THAN 10 PERCENT of the number of days Sanchez is supposed to be in jail.

Third:  WHAT IS THE BASIS of Sanchez’s alleged good behavior? What exactly has he done, or has been doing, which can be classified as good behavior?

Fourth: A story in https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1156174/antonio-sanchez-was-convicted-of-2-other-murders reported that Sanchez and three others — including Luis Corcolon, his co-accused in the Sarmenta-Gomez rape-slay case — were convicted in1996 of the killing of father and son Nelson and Rickson Peñalosa on April 13, 1991. They were sentenced to two life terms each, bringing the total of life terms Sanchez is supposed to serve to nine. Was this included in the computation of his credits for alleged good behavior?
