Reacting to the proposed law to lower the age of criminal liability for children, actor Dingdong Dantes was quoted as saying in a story in https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1075338/dingdong-dantes-hits-lowered-age-of-criminal-liability: “Instead of focusing on criminalizing children, the government should invest more on creating an enabling environment that will allow young people to be productive members of the society.”

Pinagmumukha mong TANGA ANG SARILI MO, Dingdong! SIGURADUHIN mo munang TAMA ang sasabihin mo bago ka magbigay ng anumang statement.

In law, IS IT THE ACT which is either criminalized or decriminalized. And NOT THE PERSON who carries out or performs the act. There is NO damned term or rule or describe it whatever you like as criminalizing children. Anybody correct me, at once, if I’m wrong.
