INVESTIGATE former President Noynoy Aquino NOW on the DIABOLICALLY QUESTIONABLE purchase of the Dengvaxia anti-dengue vaccine. Plus former Health Sec, Janette Garin, too.

BEFORE THEY FLEE. And before PHYSICAL EVIDENCE of the SUSPICIOUS DEAL DISAPPEARS or is TAMPERED WITH. It would BE TOTALLY ILLOGICAL to first wait for experts to conduct their own probe or research before investigations begin as planned by others.

The anomaly is CRYSTAL-CLEAR -- The Department of Health (DOH) under the Noynoy Aquino presidency agreed on a P3.5-BILLION deal with the manufacturer of Dengvaxia, French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi Pasteur, even if, as various reports indicate, the World Health Organization (WHO) HAD NOT CLEARED OR DECLARED Dengvaxia as 100 percent safe.

Sanofi has ADMITTED that the vaccine could worsen the effects of dengue on those who have not been exposed to the virus. Garin said the Dengvaxia immunization program was implemented in line with WHO guidelines. But ONLY ON GUIDELINES.

There are also reports that Noynoy PERSONALLY ORDERED Garin to go ahead with the purchase of Dengvaxia. And Noynoy is the ONLY PERSON who can order the release of P3.5 billion in funds in just a matter of days. As records of an earlier Senate inquiry into the Dengvaxia transaction show: “December 2, there was a meeting in Paris (between Noynoy Aquino and the Sanofi executives); by December 22, the Food and Drug Administration approved the vaccine; by December 29, the Special Allotment Release Order for P3.5 billion was issued.”  On Jan. 21, 2016, the Philippine Children’s Medical Center made a purchase request.

So since the purchase is AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ASPECT of the transaction which DOES NOT INCLUDE the health risks on recipients of the vaccine, an investigation can, and SHOULD, be started RIGHT AWAY.

Like is it true that Noynoy ordered Garin to APPROVE THE DEAL? WHO was/were the expert (s) who recommended the deal and what were the findings? If no expert recommended the deal, why was the transaction still consummated and Dengvaxia dispensed? What are the terms and conditions of the purchase?

These questions do not need WHO) experts for the answers. So it would be TOTALLY ILLOGICAL to wait first for these experts to finish their work or for January.30
