Whether anti-Duterte and anti-Marcos forces admit it or not, the ALL-OUT VERBAL ASSAULT they launch daily is a DESPERATE AND SHAMELESS DEMOLITION JOB TO THE MAX against President Digong and the Marcos family.

Anti-Duterte attack dogs, especially Antonio Trillanes, are PUSHING HEAVEN AND EARTH, BARKING INSULTS AND ACCUSATIONS of all kinds left and right in the Senate and national and social media, just to DEMONIZE Davao City Vice-Mayor and presidential son Paolo Duterte and nail him to the wall on corruption at the Bureau of Customs in Davao City. The SOLE basis: Statements of self-confessed Customs ‘fixer’ Mark Taguba. Even if Taguba has ADMITTED THAT HE NEVER MET Paolo nor had given anything to him personally, and that he had only mentioned him ONLY because his supposed accomplices in Customs smuggling had claimed their boss was the vice-mayor.

SALITA LAMANG NG IBA, WALANG anumang ibang ebidensiya. Pero bukod sa DERECHAHANG AKUSASYON na sangkot talaga si Paolo, PILIT NA PINAKUKUMBIDA AGAD n Trillanes si Paolo se Senado. Inakusahan din ni Trillanes ang bayaw ni Paolo na si Maris Carpio ng mga anomalya sa Customs. Ang TANGING EBIDENSIYA: Ang pagbisita ni Carpio kay noo’y Customs Commissioner NIc Faeldon. WALA ng iba.

Both Faeldon and Carpio have admitted the visit. Both have clarified that the visit was related to Carpio’s job as a lawyer for one of his clients. Faeldon has eeven invited everyone to listen to the recorded minutes of the meeting. Neither Trillanes nor anyone else among their cult has produced counter-evidence to belie this.

Leni Robredo must be getting sleepless. Not just one of but the two highest officials who can be of immeasurable help in the electoral protest filed by Bongbong Marcos against her are now facing impeachment complaints.

First, it was Comelec Chairman Andres ‘Andy’ Bautista under whose watch almost, if not all, signs of possible cheating in the 2016 vice-presidential elections in favor of Leni REMAIN PENDING OR TOTALLY UNACTED ON to date. Like the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE by Smartmatic on the script of the transparfency server which Bautista NEVER ALLOWED TO BE EXAMINED by private sector experts and the ADMISSION by Smartmatic that they had used another server which the Comelec NEVER KNEW about.

Now, it’s Chief Justice and Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) head Maria Lourdes Sereno, with 25 congressmen endorsing the impeachment complaint filed against her last night before the House of Representatives.  Bongbong’s protest versus Leni is pending before the PET.

Keep in mind, people, Sereno and Andy are BOTH APPOINTEES of former President Noynoy Aquino. And weeks before the 2016 polls, Noynoy issued a public statement to the effect that he will do everything he can to stop Bongbong from defeating Leni.

It would be FOOLISH for Sereno and Bautista not to DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN to save themselves, FIRST, than to do or focus on anything else.  I still think that come what may, they would always PRIORITIZE THEIR REPUTATION and that of their loved ones.

With her UNENDING MOVES to delay the start of the recount of votes being questioned by Bongbong in his protest, and the possibility of Sereno’s and Bautista’s ouster, I can’t help thinking what’s on Leni’s mind now. 30

More than ever, people, LET’S NOT FORGET that to date, Bautista NEVER ACTED ON OR INITIATED ACTION TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH IN SIGNS OF POSSIBLE CHEATING in the 2016 polls to favor Leni Robredo. As I have been posting these past few days, among these signs are the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE by Smartmatic on the transparency server script which he still REFUSES TO SHOW for examination by private sector experts, more than 30 LOADED SD cards which the Comelc had first declared as UNUSED during the polls and Smartmatic’s admission of USING ANOTHER SERVER which they didn’t reveal to the Comelec. If Leni Robredo really won fair and square as vice-president, then SHE SHOULD JOIN the growing clamor for Comelec Chairman Andy Bautista to immediately either go on leave or resign.  She shouldn’t just consider. SHE SHOULD! Even if Andy\s wife didn’t mention her in allegations of ill-gotten wealth she had made against him.

As I’ve posted earlier, IT’S A FACT that Andy NEVER ACTED on or never Leni during the May 2016 polls. Like the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE by Smartmatic on the transparency server, LOADED SD CARDS which the Comelec itself had first declared as unused, Smartmatic’s admission of using another server which they didn’t tell the Comelec about and the ESCAPE of Smartmatic executives despite Bautista’s assurance that nobody from the company would leave.

There’s more, ALL IN FAVOR OF LENI. And take note, boys and girls, Leni has been QUIET AS IN SILENT on Andy since his wife began exposing his supposed dirty monies and other issues.

Commission on Elections (Comelec) chair Andres ‘Andy’ Bautista had better JUSTIFY his continued stay in office. Or have some DECENCY AND SHAME to leave, temporarily or permanently.

In a story in inquirer.net (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/925684/commission-on-elections-andres-bautista-ill-gotten-wealth), Bautista was quoted as saying “I’m praying about what is the right course to take for my family and for the institution” in reaction to calls of all six Comelec commissioners for him to ether resign or go on leave.

Remember, people, as long as he stays in office, Bautista CAN INFLUENCE AND CONTROL NOT ONLY investigations into his alleged ill-gotten wealth but other actions he had taken, or had REFUSED TO TAKE, on SIGNS OF POSSIBLE CHEATING in the 2016 vice-presidential election. As chairman, Bautista HAS ACCESS TO, AND CONTROL of any and all documents related to the impeachment complaint and controversies he and the Comelec are facing.  Like the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE made by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server on the night of the 2016 elections and his CONTINUED REFUSAL to have it examined by private sector experts.

Bautista can shred, alter or burn documents, remove or destroy physical evidence or carry out any other similar activity.  He can even threaten or harass possible witnesses against him.

Consider these, people: Bautista is NOT THE SOLE DECISION-MAKER in the Comelec. And he knows it. He knows that the Comelec will CONTINUE TO FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY even without him. Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon has already revealed that Bautista no longer devotes 100 percent of his time to hiswork, missing out among others two en banc meetings and a budget hearing. And the call by the commissioners for him to quit or go on vacation was just another way of telling him ‘LEAVE US ALONE!’

Pero NASISIKMURA LAHAT ITO ni Bautista. NAAATIM ng konsiyensiya niya. Kaya kayo na ang humusga, mga kababayan: ANO KAYA ANG HINDI MAIWAN-IWAN ni Bautista sa Comelec? Ano meron sa Comelec na sa palagay niya ay siya lamang ang dapat gumawa, o makakagawa? 30

WALA lang ba talagang delicadeza si  Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Andres ‘Andy’ Bautista  at kahit SARILING MGA TAO na niya ang nagsasabi na mag-leave muna o mag-resign na siya ay pagiisipan pa niya, ng WALANG HANGGANAN? O mayroon siyang HINDI MAIWAN, O HINDI MAGAGAWA kung agad siyang mag-leave o GUSTONG ITAGO bago siya magbakasyon o magbitiw sa puwesto?

In a story in abs-cbnnews.com (http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/08/24/17/comelec-commissioners-tell-bautista-its-time-to-resign), ALL six Comelec commissioners called on Andy to either go on leave or resign amid ill-gotten wealth accusations and other controversies he is facing. Among others, the commissioners said in a press statement that ”the time for him (Bautista) to let go has come.  With all due respect, it is our consensus that Chairman Bautista could no longer effectively lead the commission.” But all that Bautista replied was “when I decide, they will be the first to know.” HE DID NOT SAY UNTIL WHEN.

Tanggapin man o hindi, magalit man o matuwa, si Bautista o ang mga kakampi niya, DERECHAHAN ns siyang sinabihan ng mga commissioners na HINDI NA NIYA KAYANG MAGTRABAHO NG MAAYOS. Kaugnay nito, NADADAMAY na pati Comelec. Siya ang boss pero para na rin siyang  sinabihan gn mga tao niya na LUMAYAS KA MUNA DITO, pansamantala man o permanente. Tapos, HINDI KA PA RIN TATABLAN, AGAD? Kundi man sagad na sa kapal ang mukha mo, hindi mo na alam o binabale-wala mo na ang delicadeza.

I’m not a Comelec employee but I will dare say that Bautista is NOT INDISPENSABLE. I’d bet that each and every one of the commissioners are just as capable as him in assuming the chairmanship and effectively running the commission. It would be ridiculous for Bautista to think otherwise.

Kaya ang tanong: BAKIT AYAW PA NYANG MAGBAKASYON AGAD, kundiman mag-resign, para harapin ng lubusan ang lahat ng alegasyon ng katiwalian laban sa kaniya? Kung wala siyang masasabi o mapapatunayan na may kailangang gawin sa Comelec na TANGING SIYA LAMANG ang kayang gumawa, WALA RING MATINONG DAHILAN pata hindi niya ipaubaya muna ang naturang ahensiya sa kaniyang mga commissioners.   Maliban na nga lamang mung mayreoon siyang gustong itago, o KINATATAKUTANG MATUKLASAN ninuman, kung wala siya sa ouwesto.

Whatever is his reason (s), Bautista had better realize that THE MORE HE IS DESTROYING HIMSELF with his actions. That is, if he knows what’s good for him, and his kids. 30

Let’s be clear about the DECEPTIONS of critics of the government’s war against illegal drugs:

Almost, if not all of the critics, claim there is now a human rights calamity in the country because of the war against illegal drugs. First: IT’S ONLY THEM who are saying so. They DEFINITELY DO NOT REPRESENT the entire Filipino race. So they have NO MORAL OR LEGAL RIGHT, OR AUTHORITY, to speak for or in behalf of us, the people and the living conditions we are in.

Second: I am not a lawyer but I will dare say that ONLY A COURT OF LAW has the POWER AND AUTHORITY to decide on whether or not the human rights of any person had been violated. NOBODY ELSE, especially not the drug war critics. For them to immediately and categorically claim that someone’s human rights had been violated is nothing less than SHAMELESS ARROGANCE AND MIND-CONDITIONING of the public to serve their OWN MORALLY QUESTIONABLE INTERESTS.

Third: The war is CONCENTRATED ONLY on the illegal drugs industry. Whether detractors of President Digong Duterte admit it or not, that has been VERY SPECIFIC RIGHT FROM THE START. And pushers and drug traffickers/drug lords DO NOT REPRESENT the Filipino people as a whole. If critics will insist on a prevailing human rights calamity, it’s ONLY among illegal drug trade players, and not all of the Filipinos.

Fourth: Critics claim there has been no accountability for those killed in the war against illegal drugs. I just don’t have the exact figures but there have been cases filed and actions taken against policemen involved in suspicious deaths in the war. Like the disarming and relief of those who killed Kian de los Santos and the charges filed against two (I hope I’m correct) Pasay City policemen for the killing of a father and his son in the police station. And trials of cases DO NOT END OVERNIGHT, or in a day or week or two. The critics know that, especially the lawyers among them. So anyone who claims there has been no accountability in the drug war is either a DEVILISH LIAR or a BRAINLESS IDIOT.

Fifth: Critics say that the claims of drug war policemen that slain suspects had resisted arrest and fought back are ‘gasgas na’ (worn out). I’d bet a year’s salary NO ONE AMONG THEM WAS AT THE SCENE of any police operation which ended in the death (s) of a suspect. So for them to SWEEPINGLY declare that drug suspects were killed ‘for fighting back is ‘gasgas na’ is not only an outright LIE AND DECEPTION but an INSULT to the men and women of the PNP> I repeat, there have been suspicious deaths, yes. But IT DOES NOT FOLLOW that it applies to the rest.

To drug war critics: if you want to pursue your vested interests, do it on your own. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE. We’re not as STUPID AS YOU. 30

It’s Leni Robredo, and not Comelec Chairman Andres ‘Andy’ Bautista, who is the biggest gainer in the raging controversy over the killing of Kian de los Santos.  NOT JUST ONE BUT TWO issues against Leni ar being drowned by the non-stop press releases of various personalities and agencies RIDING on the publicity being generated by the incident.

First is the RECOUNT of votes covered by the protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni. Don’t forget, boys and girls, it’s been MORE THAN A Month since the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), approved the recount. But UP TO NOW, WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER, not even s single meeting has been called by the PET on when to start the recount or even when and how will the contested ballots be collected from the more than 30 provinces they’re in and by whom.  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

The other issue is Leni’s POSSIBLE link to the alleged ill-gotten wealth which has been accumulated by Bautista since he assumed the Comelec chairmanship. Bautista’s wife Patricia never mentioned Leni or anything about her victory in her allegations against him. But keep in mind that Andy HAS NOT (or should I say NEVER) ACTED on ALL the SIGNS OF POSSIBLE CHEATING during the 2016 polls to help Leni in the vice-presidential race.

Like Andy’s CONTINUED REFUSAL to show the UNAUTHORIZED change made by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server on the night of the elections, the use of ANOTHER SERVER which Smartmatic ADMITTED the Comelec didn’t even know about and the LOADED SD CARDS which the Comelec had FIRST DECLARED AS UNUSED during the polls.

And despite all these, Leni is set to have more than P440 MILLION of our taxes to spend next year as the questionable vice-president of the country. For Andy, it’s only his alleged dirty money which has been overshadowed by the Kian delos Santos case.  Think about all these, people. 30

Sa autopsiya MALALAMAN ANG KATOTOHANAN sa mga sumusunod: Kung tutoong pinutukan ng baril ni Kian ang mga pulis na nakapatay sa kaniya o hind at kung nilagay o ‘planted’ lamang ng mga pulis ang shabu sa katawan ni Kian o hindi, na naging obserbasyon ni Darwin.

Kung tutoong inosente siya, mas MABILIS MAKAKAMIT ng pamilya ni Kian ang KATARUNGAN sa pamamagitan ng autopsiya. Sinumang NAGHAHANAP NG KATARUNGAN, SUSUNGGABAN ANG LAHAT NG PAGKAKATAON para makuha agad ito. Kung WALANG GUSTONG ITAGO ang pamilya ni Kian, WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para tumanggi sila sa autopsiya.

Before anti-Dutertes continue their ALL-OUT attack against President Digong over the killing of Kian delos Santos, let them PROVE FIRST that the man being held by policemen in the CCTV footage is indeed the kid.

KITANG-KITA ANG PAGKAKAIBA! Sa CCTV footage, nakapantalon o mahabang pangibaba ang sinasabing si Kian. Pero iyun nga, TATAY MISMO ni Kian ang nagsabing NAKA-BOXER SHORTS lamang ang bata nang mapatay. At HANGGANG NGAYON, WALANG MAKAPAGPATUNAY na si Kian nga ang nasa CCTV footage.

So up to this point, THERE’S NO PHYSICAL PROOF to claims by Kian’s family, the ‘Yellows’ and their attack dogs that  police had lied in claiming that Kian had resisted arrested and fired at them forcing them to retaliate which resulted in the boy’s death. I enumerated three other LOOPHOLES in the trial by publicity against the policemen involved in my preceding blog.

Before POWER-HUNGRY detractors of President Duterte FOOL ANYONE on the death of Kian de los Santos in anti-drug operations in Caloocan City, and WITHOUT SAYING that the policemen involved are innocent, let’s STICK TO THE FACTS and be VERY, VERY CLEAR:

The still unrecognized man in the CCTV footage being cited by Duterte critics as proof of Kian’s summary execution was in pants. But Kian’s FATHER HIMSELF said the kid was IN BOXER SHORTS when shot to death by policemen. If Kian was indeed summarily executed, it would mean that either the cops gave him a chance to change into shorts or they put it on the kid themselves. Now, think real hard people:  If you want to kill somebody, would you still LET HIM CHANGE INTO BOXER SHORTS OR PUT IT ON HIM OR HER YOURSELF FIRST before the execution?

Hindi lang HARI NG KABOBOHAN kundi BALIW na ang sinumang killer na bubuhay pa ng testigo.

A man who claimed to be a witness to Kian’s supposed execution said the killers saw him running away, stopped him and asked if he knew the kid. When he said he did not, the supposed witness said the killers let him go.

Kung papatay ka ng tao ng walang legal ba basehan, at may testigo kang mahuhuli, SAGARANG KATARANTADUHAN na lamang na tatanungin mo iito kung kilala niya ang biktima at PAKAKAWALAN MO kapag sinabing hindi. WALANG KILLER na magririskong may makapagturo pa sa kaniya. Papatayin na niya agad sinuman iyon para makasiguro siya.

Kian was killed in an alley, a visible spot to residents. No killer would carry out an execution in a place where there is a high risk of being spotted by others. And up to now, THERE IS NO EXPERT opinion that the man in the CCTV footage is Kian. Only Duterte critics and Kian’s family and friends say that’s him even though, I repeat, THE FACE WAS NOT VISIBLE.

I’m NOT SAYING OUTRIGHT that the police operatives are innocent of any wrong doing. But Leni DID NOT CITE OR PRESENT even a single piece of proof that would justify public outrage.

She did not mention any detail or even a single proof of any unlawful act by police in any of the deaths – no names of victims, location, circumstances, supposed act (s) that merits public condemnation, police operatives who performed illegal and outrageous acts,

NO NOTHING. ONLY HER WORDS! Just like in her video message to a United Nations body months ago wherein Leni claimed that ALL KILLINGS/DEATHS recorded until that time were related to the Duterte Administration’s anti-drug war. As in ALL Not to robbery, personal grudge, rumble or other causes. And WITHOUT any proof to support her malicious allegation.

Once again the recount of votes in more than 30 provinces being asked by Bongbong Marcos in his protest against Leni is SLEEPING in the PET, more than a MONTH after it was approved and almost seven months after it was first sought.  WITHOUT ANY SIGN WHATSOEVER that the process is set to start, or an explanation for the delay. 

Caguioa, an appointee of former President Noynoy Aquino, is lead justrice for Bongbong’s protest. Initial action or recommendation for the SPEEDY RESOLUTION of the protest SHOULD COME FROM HIM! Sereno, another Noynoy appointee, has the power to order Caguioa on what should be done to fast-track the process. But to date, NOT A SINGLE WORD from any of them on the recount, more than a month after it was okayed. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

In a House hearing on the P6.4 billion shabu shipment that slipped through the BOC, Taguba claimed a certain “Tita Nanie” who was getting P10,000 in bribes per container from him had once mentioned that the money was for a “Davao group” led by Paolo. But he admitted that Paolo’s name was just being dropped by corrupt Customs officials.

So WHY DID HE MENTION Paolo’s name in the first place if he DID NOT HAVE PROOF? Did somebody order him to?

Not even a call on him to go on indefinite leave to prevent him from influencing any upcoming investigation. Instead, Fraklin Drilon IMMEDIATELY expressed opposition to ANY probe of Patricia’s claims against Andy. Except for a short reaction of the matter being a marital issue, LP officials and members seem to turn DEAF, DUMB and BLIND to the mess Andy is in.
