FIRE CARRANZA NOW OR RESIGN, ALBAYALDE!

The latest PHYSICAL EVIDENCE uncovered by Glenn Chong on the killing of his aide Richard Santillan leaves PNP Director-General Oscar Albayalde with just two choices -- FIRE his classmate, Edward Carranza, as commanding general of the policemen involved in the crime or RESIGN as PNP chief.

A youtube link on Glenn’s Facebook page of paraffin tests on Santillan CLEARLY SHOWED that Richard was NEGATIVE FOR GUNPOWDWER NITRATES ON BOTH HANDS(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YNwJMwDgRM&fbclid=IwAR1klPFJHY267uyiH7y12oMVnJHb1hI3blh6FRAAFrGBqUZwp_i29-uQu7U). Meaning, Richard DID NOT FIRE A GUN at the time of his death.

Kaya malinaw pa sa sikat ng araw sa summer, Mr. Albayalde, na SINUNGALING si Carranza na tumakbo at nakipagbarilan si Richard sa mga pulis na sumita sa kaniya at sa kaniyang kasama sa isang checkpoint hanggang sa mapatay ito.

Together with the torture marks on Richard’s body and the excessive use of force as shown by the bullet-riddled driver’s side of Richard’s car, this is murder, Mr. Albayalde.  And you have NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AGAINST CARRANZA.

Ang MALALA, mga kababayan, Jan. 26 pa or DALAWANG ARAW na ang nakakaraan mula nang ipost ni Glenn ang resulta ng paraffin tests. Pero HANGGANG NGAYON, HINDI ITO MAIKAILA ni Carranza, o ng sinuman sa mga opisyales niya. At HANGGANG NGAYON, ayon kay Glenn, HINDI PA NAGBIBIGAY ng anumang ebidensiya o report si Carranza sa kaniya bilang abogado ng pamilya ni Richard.

Hindi ka naman siguro TAKOT sa kaklase mo, Mr. Albaylde. Pero kung hindi mo rin kaya si Carranza, anuman ang dahilan, lumayas ka na bilang PNP chief. Hindi magiging sapat kailanman ang anumang accomplishments pa ng PNP para patuloy mong HUWAG AKSIYUNAN si Carranza.  Hindi lang reputasyon mo kundi pati ng pamilya mo ang masisira, Mr. Albayalde.
