P3.8-B DISCREPANCY IN 'YOLANDA' FOREIGN AID

A story in journal.com.ph quoted presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda as saying FOREIGN DONATIONS for super typhoon Yolanda victims have exceeded P34 billion, P11.06 billion in cash and P22.9 billion in kind.

But take note of these DISCREPANCIES, people:

Lacierda also said of the total pledges by FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS, the government has received P14.9 billion in cash.

That gives a DIFFERENCE OF P3.894 BILLION. in the cash donations, NASAAN ITO?

Kung babasahin ninyo ang istorya, WALANG PALIWANAG sa kakulangan na P3.894 billion. At ang MAS NAKAKADUDA, WALA RING PALIWANAG O KAHIT KAPIRASONG KUWENTA sa mga sumusunod:

NASAAN NA ang P11.06 bilyon? SINO ANG MAY HAWAK? ANO-ANO na ang PINAGKAGASTUSAN sa pera at kani-kanino napunta ang ginastos? NASAAN ang mga resibo at iba pang PAPELES NG PINAGKAGASTUSAN bilang katibayan na ginastos, at HINDI IBINULSA NG KUNG SINO, ang pera?

At ang biinili ay PARA SA MGA PANGANGAILANGAN ng mga biktima ni ‘Yolanda,’ at HINDI para sa IILAN o IISANG TAO LAMANG?

And KEEP THESE TWO THINGS IN MIND, boys and girls:

First We’re only talking of the cash donations discrepancy. NOTHING, as in NONE, was mentioned about the donations in kind, especially the huge food items from various countries which we all saw on television and in the newspapers.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but UP TO KNOW, there has been NO PUBLIC BREAKDOWN or audit of WHERE these items are, where and to whom were these distributed and is there anything left.

Second: The same questions apply to donations given here in our country by our fellow Filipinos.

WALANG AUDIT O KUWENTADA kung MAGKANO na ang donasyon, NASAAN, SINO ang may HAWAK, SAAN at KANINO NAPUNTA. Base sa mga nabasa at nadining na nating lahat sa media, DAAN-DAANG MILYON, kundi man BILYON, na rin inaabot ang donasyon.

BALE-WALAIN NA RIN NATIN SI DE LIMA!

BINABALE-WALA na rin lang ni Justice Sec. Leila de Lima  TAYONG LAHAT, kasama na ang mga senador at congressman,  sa kahilingan nating ibulga rna niya ang nilalaman ng Napoles list, BALE-WALAIN na rin natin siya.

HUWAG NA NATING HINTAYIN kung anuman ang sasabihin ni De Lima.

Sa halip, IBA na lang ang HILINGAN NATIN ng KARAGDAGANG DETALYE O KUMPIRMASYON ng mga naglalabasan nang nilalaman diumano ng list, TULAD NG MGA WHISTLEBLOWERS na pinangungunahan ni Benhur Luy.

Or we could try FLOODING the Malacanang website and those of the senators and congressmen to compel De Lima through whatever means to come out with the contents of the list.

Or facebook, twitter and all ther websites we can think of to SHOW AND PROVE OUR FRUSTRATION AND DISGUST.

In the case of the whistleblowers, they can try recalling WHO ARE THE OTHER PEOPLE whom Janet Napoles had dealt with whom they had not identified in their earlier statements.

Remember, people, De Lima herself has confirmed that the Napoles list links more people to the ‘pork barrel’ scam than those who had been already identified  before by witnesses and supposed evidence.

Isipin ninyo ito, mga kababayan: may istorya sa tribune.net.ph na sinasabing nagbabalak nang kumalas ang mga whistleblowers mula sa witness protection program dahil hindi na sila kinakausap ni De Lima mula nang lumabas ang Napoles list.

Samantalang SILA ANG NAGBULGAR ng  scam sa publiko.

For senators and congressmen, they can INVITE OR SUBPOENA Napoles to hear what she had written in the list she gave to De Lima. On the part of Malacanang, PNoy can  ORDER  De Lima to come out with the list at once.

But that is, if PNoY WANTS TO, or is SINCERE in his government’s HIGHLY-PUBLICIZED CLAIM of  ‘TUWID NA DAAN’ or a graft-free administration.

And if our senators and congressmen are TRULY SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE, and not for the vested interests of anyone or any group.

BALEWALAIN NA NATIN si De Lima.

Tutal, WALA TAYONG GARANTIYA NA HINDI NIYA BINABAGO ang nilalaman ng Napoles list.

TAYONG SAMBAYANAN ANG NINAKAWAN sa ‘pork barel’ scam. TAYO ANG NAGHALAL sa mga senador at congressman. PERA natin ang SINUSWELDO AT GINAGASTOS ng mga senador, congressman at opisyal nggobyerno sa kanilang panunungkulan.

Kaya’t kung bukod kay De Lima ay may  MAMBABALE-WALA pang iba sa atin, IBASURA NAMAN NATIN SILA sa 2016 elections. 30

  

NAPOLES LIST TO BE WITHHELD, INDEFINITELY!

A tried and tested informant of mine way back from my media days has warned me that the Napoles list will be WITHHELD INDEFINITELY, AS IN,  until it hopefully dies a natural death.

My informant said unless the public stages round-the-clock protests, we should NOT EVEN DREAM of HEARING EVEN A SINGLE WORD from the list from anyone.

At the rate things are going, I couldn’t help but agree.

Pansinin ninyo, mga kababayan, BIGLANG NANAHIMIK si Justice Sec. Leila de Lima tungkol sa Napoles list.

Samantalang pagkatpos niyang makuha ang listahan/affidavit. ILANG ARAW NA IPINAGMALAKI NI DE LMA sa media ang pagkakabigay nito sa kaniya.

Sari-saring sector na --  mga senador, congressman, Sambayanan – ang nagsabing DAPAT na nyang ilabas ang listahan, na WALA SIYANG KARAPATANG IPITIN ITO dahil kasama ito sa statement ni Napoles.

Pero MAGAAN PA SA IHIP NG HANGIN NA BINABALE-WALA lahat ito ni De Lima.

PINAGPIPILITAN ni De Lima na pinaiimbestigahan muna niya ang mga sinabi ni Napoles bago niya ibulgar ang mga ito sa publiko. Kahit na WALA NAMAN NA SA PODER NIYA ang kaso ni Napoles dahil nasa Ombudsman na ito.   

And let\s NOT FORGET, boys and girls, that De Lima IS NOT THE LAWYER OF NAPOLES. The statement/list CAME FROM NAPOLES, not from her or her office.

Therefore, she has NO PROFESSIONAL OR MORAL RIGHT TO DECIDE what to do, first, with the list/affidavit of Napoles.

So WHATEVER HAPPENS, DON’T FORGET the Napoles list, people.

Whatever ‘earth-shaking’ events or ‘exposes’ come out, KEEP THE NAPOLES LIST IN MIND.

Until it is made public, IGNORE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that will be said by ANYONE in defense of its immediate non-release by De Lima.

MAY ALAM BA Si DE LIMA SA SCAM?

In a story in manilastandardtoday.com, Justice Sec. Leila de Lima was quoted as insisting that: “When I do share with the public the list of Mrs. (Janet) Napoles, I’ll be able to say which ones are true and credible, and which ones are untrue.

I’m not a lawyer but I’ll dare raise this QUESTION: MAY PERSONAL NA ALAM BA si De Lima sa scam?

I cannot imagine HOW can De Lima be 100 percent sure of being able to tell which are true and which are lies in the Napoles list when she finally completes her supposed validation, and share the contents to the public.

If she has NO PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of the scam, what makes her 100 percent confident that she will find out ALL THE NEEDED INFORMATION to prove BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that whatever she’ll declare to the public about the list is indeed THE TRUTH?

I’m not a lawyer. But I have read, heard and known of quite a number of cases wherein crucial proof which eventually led to the unexpected verdict was uncovered and presented ONLY DURING TRIAL.

Not during pre-trial inquiries and investigations.

And COMMON SENSE dictates that you can only be 100 percent sure of something if you are personally involved it, either RIGHT FROM THE START or for a long period in whatever capacity.

Or MATAGAL NA MATAGAL mo nang KILALA NG PERSONAL ang mga nagsasagawa ng bagay na iyun na ALAM MO AGAD kung nagsisinungaling sila o hindi.

Naniniwala ako na WALANG PERSONAL na kaalaman si De Lima tungkol sa scam, hanggang sa mabulgar na ito.

Pero WALA pa rin akong nababasa o nadidnig sa TV/radio na matagal nang kilala ng personal ni De Lima sina Napoles at ang mga testigo bago pa nabunyag ang anomalya.

And at this point in time, IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING that the guilty in the Napoles list has already DESTROYED WHATEVER INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE HAD BENE OVERLOOKED BEFORE.

So there’s NO SANE BASIS for De Lima’s arrogance that she’ll be able to tell the truth and the lie in the Napoles list when she finally makes it public.

Then WHY is she withholding the list?

Two possibilities: Either on the ORDERS OF SOMEBODY or for her LUST FOR PUBLICITY.

VALTE INCREASES COVER-UP FEARS ON NAPOLES LIST!

Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte has just given the people more reason to fear a cover-up in the affidavit on alleged ‘pork barrel’ scam participants which suspected brains Janet Napoles had given to Justice Sec. Leila de Lima.

Think about this, guys. Think really hard about this:

In a story inquirer.net, Valte was quoted as saying “as far as we are concerned, nobody else (except De Lima) has the affidavit (which includes the list). She wants us to think that any other affidavit which may suddenly appear is bogus.

Kahit abogado na mismo ni Napoles ang nagkumpirma sa isang balita kahapon sa manilastandardtoday.com na may nauna nang binigay na affidavit si Napoles kay dating Sen. Ping Lacson.

Kahit na di pa ito kumpleto.

Kaya BAKIT PINIPILIT AGAD ni Valte na iyung hawak lamang ni De Lima ang tutoong affidavit? Samantalang HINDI RIN NAMAN NIYA MASABING SINUNGALING ang abogado ni Napoles dahil sa naulat sa manilastandardtoday.

Like De Lima, Valte wants to CONDITION OUR MINDS THIS EARLY that the ONLY TRUTH to the Napoles affidavit is what the Justice Secretary has. And would allege once she reveals the SUPPOSED CONTENTS, a time that ONLY SHE AND GOD KNOWS WHEN!

But as I’ve noted in my preceding blog, WE HAVE NO GUARANTEE that De Lima is NOT YET REMOVING OR ADDING NAMES to the list.

Dahil AYAW NIYA NGA IBULGAR HANGGANG NGAYON, kahit ilang araw na ang nakakaraan mula nang ibigay sa kaniya yung affidavit ni Napoles, kung sinu-sino ang nasa listahan.

At WALA RING PARAAN para makumpirma natin anuman ang sasabihin pa ni De  Lima na kasama sa affidavit kuno.

Dahil sa tagal ng pagipit niya ng nilalaman nito, WALA TAYONG PARAAN para malaman kung IDINAGDAG lamang niya iyung sasabihin niya or may tinanggal siyang ibang detalye galling kay Napoles.

And most of all, think about this:

It’s Napoles’ affidavit, not De Lima’s. De Lima IS NOT THE LAWYER of Napoles. So it’s OUTRIGHT ILLOGICAL AND SUSPICIOUS for De Lima to insist on being the one to divulge the contents of the affidavit, and not Napoles.

Kung ano ang dahilan ni De Lima, kayo na ang magsabim mga suki. 30

DE LIMA'S SILENCE COULD MEAN BIG TROUBLE!

The SUDDEN SILENCE of Justice Sec. Leila de Lima on the controversial list of senators and congressmen supposedly involved in the ‘pork barrel’ scam spells BIG, BIG TROUBLE for us, boys and girls.

HINDI TAYO NAKAKASIGURO na hindi pa binabago ni De Lima ang listahan. WALA TAYONG KATIYAKAN na WALA pa siyang TINATANGGAL NA PANGALAN doon o idinadagdag.

Since there are reports that some allies of PNoy are in the list too.

PERA NATNI ANG NINAKAW SA SCAM. PERO AYAW IPAALAM SA ATIN AGAD NI DE LIMA  kung sinu-sino ang mga suspek. Kahit na ang diumano’y UTAK na ng scam ang nagbigay ng mga pangalan.

Janet Napoles’ lawyer CONFIRMED TO MEDIA that former Sen. Ping Lacson got an incomplete list of scam participants from her.

And the lawyer did not deny Lacson’s claim to media that the list contained some 100 names, including a lot more senators and congressmen than whom are being linked now to the fraud.

But Napoles’ lawyer has also confirmed that the list given to De Lima was more COMPLETE than that of Lacson.

Samakatuwid, BILYUN-BILYONG PISO PA ANG MAAARING NANAKAW na sa pera nating Sambayanan sa KICKBACK pa lamang ng mga GUILTY na nasa listahan. Paanong nangyari iyun ?

Ang sinabi ni Lacson ay puwedeng  bumuo ng quorum, o hindi bababa sa 12 senador para sa Senado at 100 naman sa House of Representatives ang mga nasa listahang hawak niya.

Pero kung mas kumpleto iyug listahang na kay De Lima, maaaring mas marami pa ang mga senador o congressman ang isinangkot ni Napoles.

Ngayon,ang diumano’y kickback sa tatlong senador pa lamang ay humigit kumulang P400 milyon na. Kung idadagdag yung sa humigit-kumulang na siyam pang senador, magkano kaya aabutin ang DUMANO’Y suhol?    

Yung sa mga congressman naman kaya? Puwera pa sa lahat ng ito ang  mga napunta sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno na kasabwat din sa scam.

But the MORE ALARMING FACTS are: Since we don’t know who are the previously unknowns in the Napoles list, WE DON’T KNOW WHO TO KEEP AN EYE TO OR TO QUESTION. .

We don’t know who has SUPPOSEDLY ROBBED US THE MOST, AND OF WHAT like for example projects and aid for the poor.

WE DON’T HAVE ANY ASSURANCE that those in the Napoles list are no longer into QUESTIONABLE PROJECTS OR DISBURSEMENT of their funds, since we don’t know who they are.

Baka mamya, merong mga nasa listahan na PATULOY NA NAGNANAKAW sa iba pang paraan. WALA TAYONG KASIGURUHAN na pawang KATOTOHANAN LAMANG ang sasabihin ni De Lima pag nagsalita na siya tungkol sa listahan.

Dahil ayon na rin sa kaniya, yun lamang SA PALAGAY NIYA AY TUTOO O KAPANI-PANIWALA ang ibubulgar niya sa listahan pagdating ng oras.

SINO SYA para diktahan tayo kug ano ang tutoo at hindi? 30

DE LIMA ALIBI JUSTIFIES RELEASE OF JANET'S LIST!!

By her own mouth, Justice Sec. Leila de Lima has given the BEST REASON for her to IMMEDIATELY reveal the list of people linked by ‘pork barrel’ scam suspect Janet Lim Napoles to the anomaly.

A story in abs-cbnnews.com said in rejecting calls for her to publicly release the list, De Lima said doing so would cause MAYHEM or CHAOS.

big sabihin, sa tingin mismo ni De Lima ay MAS MALAKI pang di hamak ang anomalya kesa mga lumabas na sa media. Dahil HINDI SIYA NAGPAHAYAG ng ganitong takot mula nang mabulgar ang scam.

Ibig sabihin, SAKSAKAN PA NG LAKI ANG NANAKAW na pera ng bayan o di hamak na MAS MARAMI pa ang mga isinangkot ni Napoles, o pareho.

Otherwise, there’s NO SANE REASON TO FEAR CHAOS OR TROUBLE if the scam isn’t much, much worse than what has been uncovered so far and the stolen monies are smaller than  had been reported in media.,

So since it’s OUR MONEY, OUR TAXES AND OTHER PAYMENTS to the government, WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY KNOW what Napoles bared to De Lima.

Para ALAM NATIN KUNG SINU-SINO pa ang dapat nating paimbestigahan o habulin, at kung MAGKANO BA TALAGA, ang NANAKAW sa atin.

Mula mismo sa itinuturong utak ng anomalya, at HINDI KAY DE LIMA LAMANG.

Para MALAMAN NA NATIN ang iba pang BAHAGI NG KUWENTO ng scam, at HINDI yung puro sa gobyerno lamang at sa mga testigong lumantad na.

As I had said in my preceding blog, it is NOT for De  Lima to decide which is important to the case against the scam suspects  because it’s already with the Ombudsaman. And she’s NOT THE OMBUDSMAN!

More importantly, De Lima is NOT THE MEASURE OR GAUGE OF TRUTH in the ‘pork barrel’ scam case.

I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that there’s no law which provides that whatever the Ombudsman says as the TRUTH is automatically the truth. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Panghulli, WALA RING KARAPATAN si De Lima para maghusga AGAD NA GULO ang mangyayari kapag ikbubulgar na niya ngayon ang nilalaman ng listahan ni Napoles.

HINDI SIYA ang National Security Adviser. Hindi rin nabalita kahit kalian na naging security adviser siya ng kahit sinong mataas na tao o sensitibong tanggapan ng gobyerno o sa pribadong sektor.

HINDI rin naiulat kahit kalian nagnumber one siya sa anumang kurso sa security, o nakatapos man lang ng ganito.

Neither is she an intelligence expert, or has ever been one, since she entered government service during the Arroyo Administration. So she has NO PROFESSIONAL RIGHT to arrogantly prejudge anything when it comes to security.

Unless De Lma is suffering from DELUSIONS.30

NAPOLES LIED BEFORE, SHE CAN LIE AGAIN

If ever alleged ‘pork barrel’ scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles indeed speaks up, KEEP THIS IN MIND, PEOP[LE:

SHE LIED ONCE, SHE CAN LIE AGAIN !

Puro ‘hindi ko po alam’ or something to that effect ang sagot ni Napoles nang humarap siya sa Senado at SUMUMPANG MAGSASABI SIYA NG KATOTOHANAN AT PAWANG KATOTOHANAN LAMANG.

Pero ngayon, magsasalita na siya at magtatapat ng kaniyang nalalaman. Ibig sabihin, NAGSINUNGALINJG SIYA sa kaniyang pagharap sa Senado.

Kaya kung nagsinungaling na siya minsan, MAAARI NIYANG MAGAWA MULI. Pero HANDA pa rin si De Lima na pagaralan kung maaaring gawing state witness si Napoles. Ito ang tuwid na daan?

The way I see it, the MIND-CONDITIONING war has started for Napoles.

First, it’s Justice Sec. Leila de Lima’ saying that Napoles gave proof against Senators Revilla, Estrada and Enrile and that the  alleged pork barrel scam brains’ request to be a state witness will be evaluated.

Bur De Lima WILL NOT GIVE DETAILS of what Napoles supposedly said.

Again, for those who don’t know, a suspect must be the least guilty or the one who supposedly had the smallest role in the crime.

Now, if Napoles is taken in as a state witness, that will imply that as far as the PNoy Government is concerned, she’s the least guilty, AND NOT THE MASTERMIND as claimed by witnesses all along.

Now, it’s Napoles’ lawyer Bruce Rivera saying SPECIFICALLY in an inquirer.net story that she’s not the mastermind of the scam.

Pero tulad ni De Lima, WALANG BINIGAY NA DETALYE si Rivera.\

Basta raw may dinetalye ng mga personalidad si Napoles sa sworn statement nito kay De Lima. Pero yung detalye, SAKA NA!

Sa mga hindi nakakaintindi, MALIWANAG NA SINISIMULAN  NANG  IKONDISYON ANG UTAK NG SAMBAYANAN. Gusto nang magkaroon ng pagdududa sa isip ng nakararami kung si Napoles nga ba ang utak ng scam.

Dahil nga nagsalita na di De Lima tungkol sa statement niya, at ngayon naman ay ang abugado. KAHIT WALANG DETALYE!

I’M NOT PREJUDGING, AND WILL NEVER PREJUDGE, Napoles as guilty! Let that be for the record. But don’t forget, people:  ILANG BUWANG WALANG SINASABI NI HA NI HO si Napoles.

PANINIRANG PURI, KAIPOKRITUHAN NI DE LIMA!

Nakakakilabot ang PANINIRANG PURI AT KAIPOKRITUHAN na ipinapakita ni Justice Sec. Leila de Lima.

As we have all probably read or heard in media by this time, De Lima proudly declared that Napoles revealed a lot about ‘pork barrel’ scam co-accused Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla.

Pero WALA SIYANG IBINIGAY NA DETALYE. Magiging iresponsable daw siya kung sasabihin niya nang hindi  pa nabeberipika,

Puwes BAKIT NIYA IPNAGYABANG AGAD SA MEDIA kung beberipikahin pa?

By doing so, De Lima REINFORCED IN THE PUBLIC MIND the accusation against the three senators. But SHE WOULD NOT CITE the basis.

Sa mga hindi magsasabing hindi pa rin PANINIRANG PURI ito, siguraduhin lang ninyo na HINDI KAYO MAGWAWALA SA GALIT kung sasabihan ang magulang, kapatid, asawa o anak ninyo na ‘may ebidensiya  na nagnakaw ka nga talaga’’ pero HINDI NAMAN IPAPAKITA ITO.

Where’s the hypocrisy?

When reporters asked her if Napoles had indeed linked 19 former and incumbent senators, including members of PNoy’s Liberal Party, to the scam, De Lima refused to comment, saying it would be “reckless and irresponsible on our part to share these details without validating and assessing the veracity or truthfulness.”

Pag sina Revilla, Estrada at Enrile, okay lang para kay De Lima na pangalanan sila bilang mga idinawit ni Napoles sa scam. Kumabaga, hindi siya nagiging iresponsable na gawin ito, kahit na WALA SIYANG SABIHING DETALYE.

Pero pag iba na, lalo pa KUNG mababanggit ang Liberal Party, magiging iresponsable siya kung magsasalita siya.

This is not just hypocrisy. This is SHAMEFUL HYPOCRISY.

TAMA NA ANG DALDAL. ITIGIL NA ANG WALANG KATAPUSANG PRESS CONFERENCE. LABASAN na agad ng ebidensiya at TRIAL NA AGAD. Para magkaalaman na once and for all kung SINO ANG TALAGANG MAGNANAKAW at kung SINO ANG SINUNGALING!

It’’s time to give Janet Lim Napoles a new alias – QUEEN JANET NAPOLES.

Una: SIYA DIUMANO ang may PINAKA-MALAKING NINAKAW, P10-BILYON HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, sa ‘pork barrel’ scam. Pero WALANG KAHIHIYANG idineklara na ni Justice Sec. Lerila de Lima na titingnan niya, at ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na nasa ilalim niya, kung posible ang kagustuhan ni Napoles na maging STATE WITNESS.

Kahit na si Napoles ang itinuturong utak ng scam.

At MALIWANAG pa sa sikat ng araw ang isinasaad sa Batas na ang puwede lamang na state witness ay yung least guilty, o mayroong pinakamagaan umanong kasalanan.

BUWIS NATIN, PERA NG SAMBAYANAN, ang ginagastos ng DOJ at NBI.

Kaya ang mangyayari, PERA NG SAMBAYANAN ang NINAKAW UMANO NI NAPOLES PERO PERA PA RIN NATIN ang GAGASTUSIN ng Gobyernong Aquino sa pagaaral kung puwede siyang state witness o hindi.

Second: NO LESS THAN THE SECRETARY OF JUSTICE is the one attending to her statement and request to be a state witness. Not just regular investigators or lawyers but De Lima herself.

Third, De Lima READILY AND SHAMELESSLY GAVE A SEMBLANCE OF   TRUTH to Napoles’ supposed statement when she declared before media that the governmentnow has a strong case against scam accused Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla.

Even if she DID NOT GIVE ANY DETAIL ABOUT WHAT Napoles had supposedly said.

Pang-apat: HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, mga kababayan, na matapos ang UNA AT HULING pagharap sa Senado ni Napoles, HINDI NA SIYA ULIT INIHARAP PA sa anumang imbestigasyon tungkol sa scam.

And if I may refresh your memory, NO LESS THAN THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN  issued an opinion IN DEFENSE of not summoning Napoles. Not just any lawyer BUT THE OMBUDSMAN.

KAHIT MINSAN, HINDI NA! HINDI NA SIYA GINAMBALA ULIT SA SARILI NIYANG KULUNGAN KUNO. Pero iyung mga tumestigo laban sa kaniya, PAULIT-ULIT nang pinababallik sa sa Senado.

Pero HANGGANG NGAYON, HINDI PA ULIT PINAPATAWAG ng kahit na sino si Napoles para kwestiyunin o komprontahin sa mga ebidensiya at testimonya laban sa kaniya. Ni WALA TAYONG MARINIG kahit na sino na nagsuggest ng ganito.

Maliban sa un’at huling pagsipot ni Napoles sa Senado, WALA NANG NAGPATAWAG kahit sino kay Napoles. KAHIT ISA, WALA. Gayung siya ang itinuturong UTAK  ng anomalya.

Pero iyung mga tumestigo laban kay Napoles, sila ang ILANG ULIT NANG PINAHAHARAP sa Senado at  PAULIT-ULITna tinatanong tungkol sa kanilang testimonya.

May ilan na ring ibang tumestigo, tulad nina Ruby Tuason at SDenis Cunanan.

Pero WALA SILANG BINANGGIT tungkol kay Napoles. Kahit na kung tutuusin ay makakaya nllang  MAGSALITA TUNGKOL  DITO DAHIL ALAM NILA, lalo na ni  Cunanan ang mga non-government organization (NGO) na pagbibigyan ng ‘pork barrel’.

Dahil may records ang tanggapan ni Cunanan nung transaksyon.

Kung sinu-sino ang PANGUNAHING IDINIDIIN sa kaso. Kahit na ang sinasabing diumano’y kickback na nakuha ng mga ito ay WALA PA SA 10 PORSYENTO ng ninakaw umano ni Napoles na P10 BILYON!

Yung mga taong isinasangkot o UMAMIN NA GINAMIT SILA NI NAPOLES, sila ang PINAGMUMUKANG NAKINABANG NG HUSTO sa anomalya o mga hindi kapani-paniwala kaya kalian gang tanungin ng paulit-ulit.

Pero iyung PINAGMULAN DIUMANO ng nakaw na perang UGAT ng ANOMALYA, HINDI GINAGAMBALA .

HONESTY TEST FOR GIGI REYES!

Now that pork barrel scam suspect Gigi Reyes is back, here’s a simple test to prove her HONESTY, as well as the Aquino Government’s  FAIRNESS AND IMPARTIALITYon the issue:

Reyes SHOULD NOT ASK FOR ANY CONSIDERATION  for whatever testimony she’ll give.

At WALA ring dapat IALOK ang Gobyernong Aquino kay Reyes na kahit na ano.

Kung TALAGANG TUTOO ang sinasabi ni Reyes na wala siyang kinalaman sa anomalya, at WALA rin siyang naging anumang papel dito, WALA SIYANG DAPAT KATAKUTAN at hinging anumang kapalit ng anuman niyang sasabihin.

If PNoy’s government is REALLY ONLY AFTER THE TRUTH,  then they don’t need to offer anything to Reyes.

If PNoy’s Government believes they truly have a solid case against the accused, then a;; they have to do is listen to Reyes’ testimony. If they think she’s lying, then they can demolish her statement based on whatever evidence they think they have against her, and the rest of the accused.

Kung aalukin ng gobyerno ni PNoy si Reyes ng kahit na ano bago ito magsalita, WALANG DAPAT MAGREKLAMO sa kanila kapag isipin ng taumbayan na INIIMPLUWENSYAHAN  nila ito para ihayag LAMANG ANG GUSTO NILA.

O ang anumang MAGPAPALAKAS NG KANILANG KASO laban sa mga akusado. At huwag magkamali ang kahit na sino sa kanila na inalok nila si Reyes ng walang kapalit. Hindi KASINGTANGA ng akala nila ang taumbayan.

If Reyes accepts any offer from PNoy’s Government, then it will be VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE THAT whatever she says is the TRUTH and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

And NOT THE PNOY GOVERNMENT’S VERSION of the truth.

Uulitin ko na naman, HINDI KO SINASABING INOSENTE ang kahit na sino sa mga akusado sa ‘pork barrel’ scam. At HINDI KO GAGAWIN ITO KAHIT KAILAN.

Dahil MALINAW ang itinatadhana ng batas, KORTE LAMANG ang magdedesisyon kung inosente o guilty ang nasasakdal. HINDI ANG DAMI NG PRESS RELEASE laban sa mga akusado, o ang pananaw ng ilan.

MOB RULE is not, and will never be, part of a democratic form of government.

For those who insist on this mentality, ask the Senate and the House of Representatives to come up with a proposed law first declaring that mob rule and the number of press releases will now decide cases, AND NO LONGER THE COURT. 30

MAR'S 'YOLANDA' AID SUSPICIOUS BECAUSE...

A personal friend has just asked me why do a lot of people look at DILG Sec. Mar Roxas’ aid tour to Yolanda victims as an advanced campaign for his presidential ambition.

I gave her four reasons.

Una, ang pagtawag kay Mar ni DOTC Sec. Joseph Emilio Abaya ng ‘President Mar” sa naturang pagbibigay-tulong. Pangalawa, ang pagiging host ni Abaya sa naturang okasyon. Pangatlo, ang TIMING ng pagbibigay ng tulong.

Pang-apat: Hindi dapat si Mar LANG ang namigay ng tulong.

Malacanang, and Abaya, are insisting that the ‘President Mar’ address of the DOTC secretary was meant for Roxas’ being president of the Liberal Party.

Gusto pa tayong GAWING BOBO, mga kababayan.

First: Mar is indeed the president of the Liberal Party BUT the ‘Yolanda’ aid tour IS NOT AN EVENT OR PROJECT OF THE LP. THE MONEY GIVEN TO ‘YOLANDA’ VICTIMS BELONGS TO THE GOVERNMENT, NOT TO THE LP.

So there’s no MORAL AND LOGICAL JUSTIFICATION for Abaya to address Roxas as President Mar.

Maliban na lang kung aaminin ng Malacanang, at ni Abaya na pera ng LP ang ipinamigay sa ‘mga biktima ni Yolanda’, o kaya ay GANOONG KATANGA si Abaya pagdating sa kagandahang asal.

Na SIGURADO AKONG PAREHONG di aaminin ninuman.

Second: The aid was distributed locally in areas devastated by ‘Yolanda’ So WHY were local talents nor chosen as hosts instead of Abaya, who is one of the TOP officials of the LP?

I’d bet a month’s salary that there were victims who were qualified, or probably even more qualified,  to stand as masters of ceremonies during the event.

Third: It’s been some five months since ‘Yolanda’ struck.

But it’s ONLY NOW that FINANCIAL AID was distributed, at a time when Mar is YET TO APPEAR in the ratings compared to other presidential hopefuls like Vice-President Jejomar Binay.

Pang-apat: KALIKASAN, AT HINDI KAGULUHANG POLITIKAL sa mga lokal na pamahalaan, ang pinagmulan ni ‘Yolanda.’ At ang tulong pinansyal ay para sa pagkain, gamot at iba pang emergency na pangangailangan ng mga biktima

In other words, DISASTER RELIEF, which is NOT A PRIMARY FUNCTION OF MAR AS DILG SECRETARY.

So it should have been PNoy or DSWD Sec. Dinky Soliman who should have distributed the aid and not Roxas. And I still would like to think that PNopy and his boys are NOT TOO STUPID NOT TO REALIZE THIS.

Still, the job was given to Mar. Why? Your guess is as good as mine, boys and girls.  30

  

MAY DAPAT BITAYIN AGAD SA PNOY GOV'T!

Mayroong DAPAT BITAYIN O IKULONG AGAD NG HABAMBUHAY sa Aquino Administration. Walang iba kundi kung sinuman ang nagpumilit na bumili agad ng 48 bagong train coaches para sa MRT 3 na nagkakahalaga ng P3.77 billion.

Dahil para tayong NINAKAWAN O NASWINDLE ang bansa ng P3.77 bilyon.

In a story in manilastandardtoday.com yesterday, it turned out that PNoy’s Government KNEW ALL ALONG that the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) CANNOT ADD the new train coaches to the MRT-3 fleet ON THEIR OWN ANYTIME WITHOUT the participation of the privately-owned firm which built it.

The story revealed that DOTC officials admitted knowing this, as one of the provisions of the build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract for the MRT-3.

Pero ITINULOY pa rin AGAD ang pagbili ng mga bagong train. WINALDAS ang P3.77 BILYON nating mga buwis at iba pang mga binayaran natin sa isang bagay na HINDI NAMAN  PALA MAGAGAMIT!

Sama-sama tayong magisip, mga kababayan: GAANO KARAMING PAGKAIN O GAMOTAang kayang bilhin sa P3.77 bilyon para sa mga mahihirap na may sakit?

ILANG LIBO, O DAANG LIBO O MILYON na mga libro at gamit sa eskuwela ng mga kapuspalad ang mabibili sa P3.77 bilyon para maipamahagi sa kanilka? ILANG LIBONG matatalinong kabataan na hindi kayang pagaralin ng kanilang mga magulang ang mapopondohan bilang mga iskolar?

AT MARAMING MARAMING iba pang mga pangunahing pangangailangan ng mga DUKHA NATING MGA KABABAYAN ang natugunan sana?

The HEARTLESS DEVIL IN DISGUISE who insisted on having the new trains bought, ALONG WITH HIS OR HER COHORTS (kasabwat), DID NOT GIVE A SHIT about all these.

Kung sinuman ang DYABLONG iyun, WALA SIYANG PAKIALAM sa mga mahihirap.  Ang tanging importante para sa ANAK NA ITO NI LUCIFER ay mabili ang mga bagong train, at maipakitang kumikilos KUNO ang gobyerno ni PNoy para mabawasan ang IMPIYERNO SA MRT. 

I can only think of one reason why a CONSCIENCELESS ACT like this can happen, or was ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

SKY-HIGH stacks of money – whether as BRIBES or commissions – changed hands before the purchase of the new trains was finalized..

For a person to have the STOMACH, and the NERVE, to throw away P3.77 billion to the wind in INHUMANE DISREGARD of the country’s immediate and crucial needs., especially AID FOR THE POOR, he or she definitely wouldnot settle for a few thousands or hundred thousands or millions.

Sa  mga kokontra at magsasabing kailangan ng MRT 3 ang mga bagong trrain, kumporme ako 100 porsyento.

Pero HINDI ITO PASES para LUSTAYIN ng Aquino government ang P3.77 bilyon sa mga bagong trains na HINDI NAMAN PALA MAGAGAMIT. Kung gusto nilang MAGYABANG O MAGPA-POGI na nilulutas nila kuno ang kakulangan ng mga train sa MRT-3, SARILING PERA NILA ANG LUSTAYIN NILA, HUWAG YUNG ATIN. 30

LET ME BE VERY CLEAR, ONCE AND FOR ALL!

For the nth time, I was asked whom among Pnoy’s critics or foes am I working for and am I really blind to his supposed accomplishments that I never wrote about it. The query this time came from a guy in an FB group and three of my personal friends.

I hope this will be the last time I’ll say this:

I DO NOT WORK FOR ANYBODY among PNoy’s perceived or actual foes, like Senators Bong Revilla, Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile. Anybody can VERIFY THAT ANYTIME.

I’M NOT EARNING, AND HAVE NEVER EARNED EVEN A CENTAVO, from my blog, even though my readers and followers have been kind enough to provide me with more than 253,000 page views to date since I started my blog, Forum Philippines, on and off, a year or so ago.

Again, anybody can verify that anytime, from anyone. I tried once to avail of Google’s ad cents program to earn something but I was rejected twice or three times.

I write because THIS IS MY PROFESSION! I am professionally and morally bound to, among others, to educate and inform whenever I see the need to, on anything I could.

On my perceived bias against PNoy, consider this:

I ALWAYS CITE THE BASIS of whatever I come out with, especially THE SIDE OF THE SUBJECT if ever there is, for FAIRNESS.  

Kung hindi ako pumaparehas tulad ng ipinipilit ng iba, hindi ko kailangang ilagay ang basehan ng  sinulat ko at TANGING komento ko na kamang ang ilalagay ko sa aking blog.

HINDI LANG 10, 20 O 50 BESES na akong naghamon sa mga nagpupumilit na hindi ako parehas na kung may maibibigay silang DETALYADO AT MAGANDANG ACCOMPLISHMENT ni  PNoy, isusulat ko.

DETALYADO, meaning may specific na pangalan, lugar, audit o kwenta and other similar details. HINDI IYUNG PURO NUMERO LANG. So far, WALA pang nakapagpapadala.

When NPA leaders Benito and Wilma Tiamzon were arrested, I immediately praised PNoy’s government in an FB status.

Several days ago, a guy in one site insisted that there was something good in PNoy, regarding the milityary’s modernization, But HE WOULD NOTGIVE ME DETAILS and INSISTED THAT I DO THE RESEARCH by simply giving me a link.

 I told him, sinuswerete naman sioya masyado. Hindi niya ako kasambahay o muchacho o sekretaryo.

Most of all, NEVER KONG SINABI NA CORRUPT SI PNOY, o sinman sa mga tauhan niya. Uulitin ko, kung tinitira ko man sila, NILALAGAY KO ANG BASEHAN.

Ar lalo namang I NEVER DECLARED former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, former Chief Justice Renato Corona and other political foes or critics of PNoy as INNOCENT of cases or accusations they’re facing.

As a writer, I comment  BASED ON FACTS, at HINDI SA DAMI LANG NG PRESS RELEASE o sa opinion lang ng marami.

Kaya HUWAG ASAHAN NINUMAN na porke marami nang press release o comment ng kung sinu-sino sa isang bagay ay kukumnporme na rin ako. NEVER kong magiging basehan ang mga ito sa anumang susulatin ko.
