VALTE'S TURN TO FOOL THE PEOPLE!

Si Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte naman ang NANLOLOKO sa taumbayan ngayon sa illegal na Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).

 A story in gmanews.tv quoted Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte a as saying that officials involved in the DAP are innocent until proven guilty,
and will therefore stay at their posts.

NO LESS than the Supreme Court, the HIGHEST COURT in the country, has ruled that the DAP was a VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION.

And Malacanang DID NOT, and has not claimed, that the SC was wrong. 

The DAP had ALREADY BEEN IMPLEMENTED.

The evidence: Documents of some of the DAP funds with details and the SIGNATURE AND APPROVAL of PNOy has been out in media. Malacanang has NOT DENIED THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE DOCUMENTS.

Plus, among others, the ADMISSION AND DEFENSE of PNoy of the DAP and of Budget Sec. Butch Abad of having MASTERMINDED the DAP, WITH THE SUPPOSED APPROVAL OF PNOY.

Kaya anong IINNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY pa ang sinasabi ni Valte, sa kabila ng lahat ng ito?

May mga dokumento, pagamin sina PNoy at Abad at desisyon ang Korte  Suprema   pero gusto pa TAYONG GAWING TANGA NI VALTE na inosente pa rin ang mga sangkot sa DAP hanggang sa mapatunayang guilty.

I repeat, the VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION has been done and the key players, PNoy and Abad, have been proven as having been key players in it.

Kung mayroon pang mga dapat patunayan, Ito ay kung SINU-SINO PA ang NAGPATAKBO sa DAP, MAGKANO ang tutoo at eksaktong halaga ng salapi ng taumbayan ang napunta dito at SAAN NAPUNTA ang pera?

At kung hindi aallisin sa puwesto si Abad a rang sinupamang sangkot sa DAP, WALA TAYONG KASEGURUHAN, MGA KABABAYAN, na HINDI nila SUSUNUGIN O PIUPUNITIN ang anumang ebidensiya na maaaring magdiin sa kanla sa DAP.
