DON'T BE FOOLED BY MALACANANG ON DAP!

Since the ILLEGALITY of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) and PNoy’s LIABILITY for it is already being SUPPRESSED in media, let’s NOT FORGET THE FOLLOWING:

PNOY VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION, THE SUPREME LAW of the country, when he approved the DAP.

PNoy and his boys DID NOT REJECT the Supreme Court decision outlawing the DAP. Neither have they presented indisputable proof to the contrary, that the DAP was legal.

There is NO LAW that says being the President, PNoy is EXEMPTED FROM VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION. Neither is there any law which says PNOY IS ABOVE THE LAW.

We are a DEMOCRACY, NOT A DICTATORSHIP, wherein the head of State is the law.

If we let PNoy, and DAP brains Budget Sec. Butch Abad, get away with this SHAMELESS VIOLATION AND DISREGARD of the Constitution, NOTHING WILL STOP THEM from doing something MORE DEVILISH than the DAP.

PNoy KNEW AS EARLY AS 2008, when he was still a senator, that the DAP was illegal. He even authored Senate Bill 3121 entitled “The Budget Impoundment Control Act” which had wanted to bar then President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo from assuming Congress’ power of the purse.

HE DID EXACTLY what he had wanted to outlaw.

Copies and details of DAP documents bearing PNoy’s signature and approval have come out in media, and Malacanang has NOT DENIED THEIR AUTHETICITY.

So PNoy CAN’T CLAIM IGNORANCE of the ILLEGALITY OF THE DAP. And even if he does, IGNORANCE OF THE LAW DOES NOT EXCUSE ANYONE FROM PENALTY.

THERE IS NO LAW which says anyone can do anything ILLEGAL as long as his or her purpose is good.

Except for the Doppler weather equipment which was installed by PAGASA, PNoy and his spokespersons HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED EVEN ONE SUPPOSED PROJECT on which DAP funds were spent!

Kaya’t ang pagpupumilit ng Malacanang na walang masama sa DAP dahil ginamit ito kuno sa mga proyektong nakatulong sa Sambayanan ay LANTARAN AT SUKDULAN NA PANLOLOKO sa atin.

Dahil SAGAD-SAGARAN na ang KAYABANGAN AT KAAROGANTEHAN ng PNoy Government sa PAGIILUSYON NA TANGA TAYO AT UTU-UTONG MANININWALA  AGAD SA ANUMANG SABIHIN NILA.
