MOTHER OF ALL LIES OF PNOY GOV'T!

A story in inquirer.net quoted Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. as saying Wala po kaming ginawang kasalanan hinggil dito (We did nothing wrong here)” in reaction to the unconstitutionality of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).

Even if I’m not a lawyer, I will dare say this: SUKDULANG PANLOLOKO AT KASINUNGALINGAN NA ITO NG MALACANANG. TUNAY NA WALA NANG MAS KAKAPALPA SA MUKHA NG MGA ITO.

The provisions against DAP HAVE BEEN IN THE CONSTITUTION since the so-called ‘Cory Constitution’ in 1987, or 27 LONGYEARS AGO.. These provisions WERE NOT INSERTED in the Constitution ONLY AFTER THE DAP STARTED.

Therefore, the DAP HAD BEEN ILLEGAL ALL ALONG. And PNoy’s Administration HAD VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION from 2011, when the DAP was created, until 2013.

Kaya PAANO MANGYAYARI NA WALANG MALING GINAWA ANG GOBYERNO NI PNOY SA PAGLABAG NILA SA CONSTITUTION dahil sa DAP?  

Kahit na di ako abugado, pupusta ako ng piso manalo isang milyon,HINDI EXEMPTED ang Presidente ng PIlipinas sa paglabag sa Constitution.  At lalong WALANG BATAS na nagsasabing basta ang Presidente o ang kaniyang gobyerno ang  lalabag sa Constitution ay WALANG MALI.

That’s exactly why ONE OF THE GROUNDS FOR IMPEACHMENT of the President is CULPABLE VIOLATION of the Constitution. And for those who missed the news, documents show that PNoy APPROVED the releases of DAP funds.

Malacanang also justifies the DAP by claiming that the funds had been used purportedly for projects that have benefitted the people.

So para pala sa PNoy Admininstration, basta’t para sa kabutihan kuno ay OKAY LANG NA LABAGIN ANG BATAS. Kung ganun,IABOLISH NA LANG ANG CONSTITUTION  at gawing LEGAL ANG PAGNANAKAW o ang PAKIKIALAM NG PONDO NG BAYAN KAHITLABAG SA MGA REGULASYON.

I was also told that some defenders of PNoy are comparing him to the legendary Robin Hood because it was supposedly the masses or the poor who benefitted from DAP funds.

The BIG DIFFERENCE is Robin Hood stole from the ruch and gave the loot to the poor.  IN the case of DAP, it’s the MONEY OF POOR PEOPLE LIKE US which was stolen.

What’s happening now is Coloma, Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda and other Malacanang mouthpieces and allies are DESPERATELY TRYING TO CONDITION OUR MINDS THAT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING UNLAWFUL EVEN IF THE DAP HAS BEEN DECLARED UNCONSTITUTIONAL

In mass communications, there is what we call the Reinforcement Theory. – Keep on saying something over and over again and it will be perceived as the truth.

That is what PNoy’s Government is doing now.

 Sa mga patuloy na manininwala at susuporta sa PNoy Government: HUWAG KAYONG AANGAL AT MANINISI NG IBA KAPAG LALONG HUMIRAP ANG BUHAY, AT DUMAI ANG NAKAWAN SA GBYERNO.  

At huwag din kayong magugulat kapag ang susunod na kalamidad na tatamsa sa ating bansa ay MAS MASAHGL PA SA BAGYONG ‘YOLANDA,’ bilang parusa ng Diyos sa ating bansa..
