COLOMA FOOLING THE PEOPLE ON PNOY IMPEACHMENT!

A story in inquirer.net quoted Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. as saying that an impeachment complaint against PNoy based on the unconstitutionality of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) is premature since the issue is still under reconsideration by the Supreme Court.

My take: STUPIDITY OR DECEPTION, OR BOTH, AT ITS FINEST.

The Supreme Court has already decided that the DAP was unconstitutional, or ILLEGAL.

ANYONE who had been hurt, PHYSICALLY OR IN ANY OTHER WAY, by an illegal act has ALL THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN against the one (s) who committed the deed, IMMEDIATELY.      .

Especially if the act has been ruled on as ILLEGAL by a competent authority, which in the case of the DAP was nothing less than the Supreme Court.

The HIGHEST COURT of the land, the FINAL ARBITER in all legal matters.

To give you an idea, boys and girls, if your auditor tells you after conducting his or her job that your cashier has been stealing from your earnings, you don’t need to wait for anything if you want to file a complaint at once.

Even if I’m not a lawyer I will dare say that an appeal or motion for reconsideration DOES NOT BAR ANYONE from doing anything related to the decision on a case.

An impeachment complaint against PNoy would be premature only if the Supreme Court has not decided yet on the constitutionality of the DAP.

But a decision, a UNANIMOUS ruling, has already been made.

Kaya ISANG DESPERADONG PANLOLOKO, O KABOBOHAN, lamang ni Coloma ang deklarasyon niyang premature o hilaw ang anumang impeachment complaint na isasampa laban kay PNoy dahil sa DAP.

MALINAW PA SA SIKAT NG ARAW na gusto lamang ni Colona na MAPIGILAN ang pagsasampa ng impeachment, lalo pa kung HINDI LAMANG ISA O DALAWA ANG MGA ITO.

Dahil magiging KAHIYA-HIYA SI PNoy, hindi lamang sa Sambayanang Pilipino kundi sa buong mundo. Sapagkat magiging EBIDENSIYA IYUN na HINDI NA KASING–POPULAR si PNoy tulad ng  sinasabi nila.

At para sa  mga hindi nakakaalam:

In the event that the Supreme Court reverses its ruling and declares the DAP as constitutional or legal, then the impeachment raps against PNoy will be null and void.

But until that happens, any and all impeachment complaints against PNoy on the illegality of the DAP is TIMELY, LEGAL and RIPE. 30
