The column item in philstar.com which said it’s
8-6 in favor of Bongbong Marcos following the postponement of the voting by the
Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) on the draft resolution of the recount
results has become more credible.
In his reaction, PET Chairman and Chief Justice
Lucas Bersamin said in a story in https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2019/10/03/1957066/chief-justice-bersamin-no-definite-voting-yet-marcos-poll-protest:
“There is no definite voting yet or anything
that happened in that particular case [Marcos poll protest].”
Take note, people: The column item, written by Dick Pascual, DID
NOT SAY THAT VOTING on the draft resolution had been conducted already.
The item only said: Our information is that ‘it’s 8-6 in favor of
Marcos’ – that is, with the PET putting aside its Rule 65 for an ‘initial
determination’ test in three pilot provinces and allowing a continuation of the
recount in the remaining 22 provinces and five highly urbanized cities
protested by him.”
Kaya BAKIT VOTING ANG DINENY ni Bersamin? Posible na iyong source ni Pascual was referring
to a poll on the PET members. At lalong IMPOSIBLE NA HINDI ITO MAISIP ni
Bersamin.
Kung tutuusin, dapat sana ay safe ang naging reaksiyon ni
Bersamin, gaya nang “I will look into that.”
