IF DE LIMA ISN'T REALLY LAWYERING FOR NAPOLES....

If Justice Secretary Leila de Lima isn’t really lawyering for alleged pork barrel scam brains Janet Lim-Napoles as she claims:

First: WHY is she NOT IMMEDIATELY RULING out Napoles as a state witness?

The law CLEARLY STATES that to be a state witness, the subject must be the LEAST GUILTY in the crime.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but ALL THE EVIDENCE presented so far POINT TO HER as the sole mastermind. When the pork barrel scam was just starting to get really hot, I remember news reports saying that Napoles had allegedly claimed she was not the mastermind.

To this day, however, Napoles HAS NOT NAMED the supposed brains. Neither has she produced any evidence that the scam’s mastermind is somebody else and not her.

But in  a story in abs-cbnnews.com, De Lima was quoted as saying Justice “WE CANNOT COMPLETELY RULE OUT (the possibility of Napoles as state witness) at this point, when the evaluation of her statement is not yet done.”

TANGING SI DE LIMA LAMANG ANG HINDI TUMATANGGI na maging state witness si Napoles!

Second: When Nap;oles testified ikn the Senate, she declared UNDER OATH that: She has no knowledge  of the scam,  either doesn’t know or remember and does not know of any senator involved in the fraud.

But now, she has executed and is preparing another supposedly detailing the participation of several senators, congressmen and other people.

Sa madaling salita, SINUNGALING SI NAPOLES!

But it’s PERFECTLY ALRIGHT WITH De Lima. In fact, she even said in the abs-cbnnews.com story De Lima told reporters: “We need to evaluate if she will pass the criteria of being a state witness.”

Kahit SINUNGALING na nga at itinuturo pang UTAK ng mga testigo sa at ebidensiya ng scam, TITINGNAN PA RIN ni De Lima kung puwedeng gawing state witness si Napoles.

HINDI PA SIYA NAGAABUGADO para kay Napoles ng lagay na iyan!

Third: Right from the start, De Lima NEVER DENOUNCED Napoles for being the supposed mastermind of the pork barrel scam. NEVER! Even if it’s P10 BILLION in public money which she had allegedly stolen.

Pero pag ang papel diumano ng MGA KALABAN ng gobyerno ni PNoy sa scam ang sasabihin niya, MABILIS PA SA KIDLAT kung magpa-press conference si De LiIma.

Fourth: Right form the start, the focus of De Lima has ALWAYS BEEN HOW DID Senators Juan Ponce Enrile Bong Revilla Jr. and Jinggoy Estrada supposedly amassed hundreds of millions of pesos in pork barrel kickbacks.

And NOT HOW Napoles purportedly AMASSED THE P10-BILLION, NOT hundreds of millions but P10 BILLION, in pork barrel funds she allegedly got.

Ang pilit na idinidiin ay yung mga diumano ay nakinabang lang, HINDI IYUNG ITINUTURONG UTAK O PINANGGALINGAN umano ng NINAKAW na pera ng bayan.

Fifth: Why is it that ONLY De Lima and the NBI, which is under her, have ACCESS to Napoles?

Bakit HINDI  MAINTERVIEW ng media si Napoles? Bakit LAHAT NG BAGAY tungkol kay Napoles, bukod sa abugado nito, ay KAY DE LIMA LAMANG DUMADAAN?

Kung hindi siya nagaabugado para kay Napoles, WALA rin namang naging balita na inappoint na siya nito bilang tagapagsalita o spokesperson.
