HATS OFF TO THE PNOY GOVERNMENT, PNP

For this piece, I will salute PNoy’s Government.

The government’s decision not to release the 11 Chinese poachers intercepted Tuesday at Hasa Hasa Shoal 60 miles off Palawan is a damned good one.

With one simple stroke, PNoy’s Government showed China that WE’RE TOUGH, IN THE REAL SENSE OF THE WORD, AND NOT SCARED of them.

The interception, carried out by Philippine National Police (PNP) operatives, was an unmistakable message to China that we will PROTECT WHAT IS OURS, not just against them but anybody else, whenever and wherever we have to.

If the Chinese fishermen would be released outright following China’s angry demand for it, we would have looked like the WORST COWARDS among the cowards.

And NOTHING would stop the Chinese government anymore from doing ANYTHING THEY WANT ANYWHERE THEY LIKE in our country.

So hats off, too, to the PNP.

Keep up the good work on the Chinese, guys. Show thatr we’re not, and will never be, afraid of them anytime, anywhere.. 30
