PNOY'S ;LIES, ARROGANCE, HYPOCRISY IN PUSHING BBL!

PNoy addressed the nation this afternoon to PRACTICALLY RAM the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) down our throats, or should I say heads, Look at the LIES, ARROGANCE AND HYPOCRISY behind his  claims:

Sabi ni PNoy, ang proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) ang susi sa permanenteng kapayapaan sa Mindanao. PERO INAMIN  rna rin ni chief government peace negotiator Miriam Coronel Ferrer NA HINDI 100  PORSIEYNTONG GARANTISADO na matatahimik na nga ng lubusan ang Mindanao kapag ipinasa ang BBL. Kaya ang tanong: SINO SA INYO ANG SINUNGALING AT SINO ANG HINDI?

Sabi ni PNoy, isang taon pa lang ang nakalipas ay tila nalimot na ang pag-asang naramdaman at sa halip napalitan ito ng kawalan ng tiwala, ng di makatwirang pagdududa, at ng galit.  WALANG NAGSASABING WALA ng pagasa ang HIGIT SA NAKARARAMI sa mga Pilipino na magkakaron ng permanenteng  kapayapaan sa Mindanao. Itama ako ng kahit na sino kung mali ako.

Hindi makatwirang pagdududa? MINASAKER at NNAKAWAN pa ang SAF 44 ng kanilang mga armas at kagamitan. Mahigit 20 sa kanila, kahit buhay pa ay BINARIL PA SA ULO PARA MASIGURONG HINDI NA MABUBUHAY. Derechahan nang inihayag ng MILF na hindi nila isusuko ang mga killer. Namuhay ang international terrorist na si Marwan, may bahay pa nga tulad ng nakita nating lahat, sa TERITORYO NILA na hindi naman kasing-laki ng buong Mindanao o ng isang siyudad para hindi nila malamang doon nagtatago ito. Saan mang anggulo tingnan, hindi ito gawain ng isang MATINONG KAUSAP PARA SA KAPAYAPAAN.  KAKAMPI LAMANG NG MILF, at ng TERORISMO, ang magsasabi ng kabaligtaran. Galit? SANTO AT SANTA LAMANG, O NASISIRAAN NA NG BAIT, ang hindi pa rin magagalit sa ganitong sitwasyon at mga gawain.

At tulad ng dati, NANISI NA NAMAN at NAGYABANG si PNoy. Nagsimula daw an gulo sa Mindanao noong panahon ng diktadurya, na obviously ay patama kay dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos. Idinagdag  pa niya na :”Sayang nga po dahil walang nakaisip na kung pang-aabuso sa batas ang naging ugat ng problema, makatwiran at makatarungang batas ang dapat lumutas dito."  Kumbaga, GOBYERNO NIYA LANG ANG NAKAISIP KAYA SILA LANG ANG MAGALING. Pero WALA SIYANG IBINGAY NA ANUMANG DETALYE –PANGALAN NG MGA NAGSIMULA NG GULO SA MINDANAO, PETSA, SAANG LUGAR NAGSIMULA, ETC, --  sa kaniyang  paninisi at pagyayabang.

Mga pro-Marcos, pwde kayong sumagot. At uunahan ko na ang mga titira s aakin, HINDI AKO EMPLEYADO ng mga Marcos. Maaaring  iverify ninuman saanman anumang oras. 30

PNOY A VICTIM TOO....GIMME ME A BREAK!.

A story in inquirer.net quoted congressmen-allies of PNoy as saying, in essence, that he’s also a victim in the Mamasapano massacre, was betrayed and therefore should not be among those who should be blamed for it. Oh, really? If that’s the case, then please explain or answer, honorable congressmen, these key issues which the President HAS COLD-HEARTEDLY AND CONVENIENTLY REFUSED TO ANSWER OR IGNORE.:

WHY DID PNOY LIE on national television when he said on national television that the involvement of then suspended PNP chief Alan Purisima in the Mamasapano operation was only until his suspension? Records now show that Purisima was even the first to text PNoy on the day of the Mamasapano operation that I target terrorist Marwan had been killed and the PNP-Special Action Force raiders were already fighting their way out.

Every EDUCATED PERSON knows that when someone is suspended from work he or she SHOULD NOT INTERFERE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, in any work in the office. But PNoy IGNORED this. He still allowed Purisima’s presence in the Jan. 9 briefing on Mamasapano, and DID NOT SUMMON PNP Officer-in-Charge Deputy Director-General Leonardo Espina to it, as BASIC PROFESSIONAL COURTESY DICTATES.  Please explain these, your honors. What made Mr. Espina so UNTRUSTWORTHY in the eyes of PNoy? Is there any basis or proof that Mr. Espina can’t do what Mr. Purisima can? If it’s the prerogative of PNoy to talk directly to anybody in the PNP anytime, then does it mean that the President has a DICTATORIAL MINDSET that he will do anything he wants without giving a bullshit to even routine acts of respect?

PNoy is now categorically blaming Purisima for letting him down and lying to him on the Mamasapano operation. If he’s sincere in throwing the books on Purisima, then why isn’t PNoy NOT DOING ANYTHING to penalize Purisima  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but PNoy has not ordered the filing of charges, administrative or otherwise, of Purisima, or the conduct of an official, formal investigation of the former PNP chief.  PNoy has not even directed PNP officials to formally interrogate Purisima for his lies and insubordination.

Lastly, PNoy conducted two briefings in Zamboanga City on the day of the Mamasapano operation as the SAF raiders were being slaughtered in battle. What was tackled in those briefings? To say that PNoy was not informed of the entrapment of the SAF guys would be nothing less than RIDICULOUS AND IMPOSSIBLE. WHY DIDN’T THE PRESIDENT PERSONALLY ORDER MILITARY REINFORCEMENTS on the spot, IMMEDIATELY, for the SAF commandoes?  He had the power to do si, being commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces,

To  move on from the Mamasapano carnage without justice for the SAF 44’s killers, plus P70 billion for their bosses who would not surrender them either, is nothing less than a FREE PASS FOR TERRORISTS WITH A GARGANTUAN BONUS FOR MURDER, which will come form our taxes and other fess to PNoy’s government. 30 

WHERE'S THE MONEY FOR MRT-3 REPAIRS?

WHERE the hell is the MONEY for repairs of the MRT-3? This is the question we should all ask, people, following the latest MRT-3 interruption of operationbs, this time on the northbound lane between the Ortigas and Santolan stations at 7:54 p.m. last night, Thursday. Worst, as inquirer.net reported, the passengers were Aside from that, he said passengers were made to wait clueless and in near suffocation for about 40 minutes before finally deciding  on their own to get of the train and walk on the tracks to Santolan, despite the risks due to the darkness

It’s been, more or less, two months since MRT-3 fares were raised by MORE THAN 50 PERCENT supposedly for repairs and rehabilitation of the train line and other matters. The estimated revenues from the increase was as much as P2 billion. Since then, except for replacement of railroad tracks for the past several Sundays, MRT-3 passengers and the public in general, have NEVER HEARD ANYTHING as to WHERE THE MONEY IS GOING, OR IS BEING SPENT. I’m not an engineer but I’ will dare say that the tracks alone WILL NOT COST P2 BILLION.

MRT-3 riders and the people don’t have any idea, as in NONE, HOW MUCH has been spent on supposed repairs and rehab.  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong b but to date, the MRT management has NEVER GIVEN A PUBLIC BREAKDOWN  of what particular repairs or rehabilitation works must be done and how much will each cost, before they increased fares sky-high. Passengers and the public as a whole do not k now anything on what repairs or rehab works have been done, if indeed anything has or is being done.

Sa madaling salita, WALA TYAYONG GARANTIYA na ginagastos nga sa dapat pagkagastusan ang kita mula sa mas mataas na pasahe sa MRT, at HINDI NINANAKAW LAMANG.Pero hanggang ngayon, TULOY ANG KALBARYO NG MGA PASAHERO, hindi lamang sa napakataas na pasahe kundi pati na rin sa mga pasilidad mismo ng mga tren at ng istasyon. Tuwid na daan ba ika mo, PNoy, DOTC Sec. Jun Abaya? 30 

STOP FORCING PNOY TO APOLOGIZE!

To all concerned: STOP ASKING PNOY TO APOLOGIZE over the Mamasapano  massacre of the SAF 44. STOP GIVING HIM UNDUE IMPORTANCE for the LIES, INCOMPETENCE he has shown, and continues to show, over the carnage. Just make him ACCOUNTABLE, NOT ONLY LEGALLY after he leaves office but more importantly VIA HIS CANDIDATES IN NEXT YEAR’S ELECTIONS.

IT’S PNOY WHO WILL LOSE A LOT, NOT US THE people, if he won’t say sorry for Mamasapano. He himself will prove his INCOMPETENCE, ARROGANCE and COLD-BLOODEDNESS, and immensely BOOST his rapidly-growing image of God-like supremacy, one who NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE.

Forcing PNoy to apologize will only give him an impression that HE CAN STILL GET AWAY with Mamasapano all.  Simply because if public anger remains or if he will be subjected to legal action after he leaves office, he can conveniently say “Nag-sorry na nga ako, ano pa reklamo ninyo?” Suddenly, HE’S THE UNDERDOG, or ang INAAPI.

PNoy had his chance and he blew it. Whether he apologizes for Mamasapano or not, our lives will continue. The government will still run. The problems and difficulties we face day in and day out will still be there. In short, BALE-WALA NA ang sorry ni PNoy.

Let’s just keep in mind everything tat PNoy has said and done, and will continue to say and do, on the Mamasapano massacre  until the 2016 elections. 30

SAGARANG KAYABANGAN NI PNOY!

Tingnan ninyo ang SAGARANG KAYABANGAN ni PNoy.

In his speech at the Philippine Investment Forum in Makati, PNoy BOASTED TO HIGH HEAVENS that under his administration, “nine public-private partnership (PPP) projects have been awarded; 16 are in the process of being bid out; and more than 30 are under various stages of development.”  He claimed that the past three administrations only had a combined total of six.

Kundi ba naman NUN0 NG KAYABANGAN AT PAGKA-BOLERO itong si PNoy, NA-AWARD PA LANG, BINBID OUT PA LANG, DINEDEVELOP PA LANG, pinagmamalaki na? At MINALIIT pa iyung mga nauna sa kaniyang presidente.

By his own words, NOT EVEN ONE of these projects have been BUILT. Meaning, NOTHING HAS BEEN ACHIEVED OR ACCOMPISHED. So what is there to BRAG ABOUT?

Ang may MATINONG ISIP ay HINDI IPAGYAYABANG ANG PURO SALITA O PAPELES lamang. Dahil WALA NAMANG AKTWAL O PISIKAL NA PAKINABANG ang sambayanan mula sa mga ito. MAPAPABABA ba ang presyo ng bilihin, kuryente  at tuition; nababawasan ba ang krimen, traffic at air at water ;pollution; tataas ba ang sweldo ng mga managgagawa  sa lalong madaling panahon dahil sa pagkakaaward, pagbibid at pagdevelop ng mga proyektong pinagmamalaki ni PNoy?  Kung hindi ay ano ang dapat niyang ipagyabang? At kung ipipilit ng mga panatiko ni PNoy na dapat pa rin siyang magmalaki sa mga projects dahil sa mas marami nga ang mga ito, puwes MAS LALO NILANG DAPAT PURIHIN, MUNA, si dating Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos. Dahil may mga NAPATAPOS na MALALAKING PROYEKTO SI MARCOS, na hanggang ngayon ay PINAKIKINABANGAN NG MARAMI kahit halos 30 TAON na siyang nawala sa puwesto.

Among these Marcos projects are the LRT1, the Coastal Road in Paranaque and the San Juanico Bridge. To Pnoy fanatics: If you can, cite EVEN ONE MAJOR INFRASTRUCTRE project which has been finished in the five years that he has been president. An  ORIGINAL project of his administration, and not inherited or passed on from previous governments. Oh, and apart from the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway okay, which benefited PNoy’s family hacienda and earned them a ton of money.  Post it as a comment, and I assure you I won’t delete it. Just be sure to cite details. And lastly, PNoy also boasted that  2014 was a “banner year for net foreign direct investment,” which reached $6.2 billion. Just asking: WHO are the investors, WHERE AND WHAT are the investments, HAS EVEN ONE PROJECT been started and WHERE’S THE CASH from these investments?

KAHIT NA SINO SA ATING LAHAT, puwedeng ipagyabang na ‘ganito o ganoon na karami ang mga nagawa, ko, bilyun-bilyon na ganoon ganito.” NASAAN ANG PRUWEBA? Doon sa mga ituturing na achievement na ang mga salita pa lamang ni PNoy, walang samaan ng loob pag may tumawag sa inyong UTU-UTO. May kasabihan tayo sa Tagalog, :ANG MANIWALA SA SABI-SABI, WALANG BAIT SA SARILI.” 30

HERE'S WHY PNOY SHOULD APOLOGIZE OVER MAMASAPANO!

Putting it simply, WITH OR WITHOUT THE CHAIN OF COMMAND CRAP. here’s why PNoy should apologize, at the very least,  for the Mamasapano massacre. And unless HUMILITY IS NOT in PNoy’s vocabulary and he believes more in ARROGANCE and FOOLISH PRIDE, mLacanang can’t deny this.

PNoy knew that then PNP chief Alan Purisima was already suspended when he allowed him to take charge, UNOFFICIALLY, of the Mamasapano operation. Now, even the semi or unschooled knows that anyone who gets suspended from work DOES NOT, AND SHOULD NOT, HAVE, ANYTHING TO DO with what’s going on or is about to happen or be performed in or by the office.  Still, PNoy IGNORED THIS IN Purisima’s favor.  He even tolerated PURISIMA’S DISCOURTESY of Espina by allowing him to keep the PNP-officer-in-charge in the dark until the operation. This was proven by PNoy’s non-invitation or summon of Espina to the Jan. 9 briefing on the Mamasapano operation in Malacanang.

As we all know, 44 commandoes of the PNP-Special Action Force (SAF) were eventually killed in Mamasapano. It was PNoy who TOLERATED the UNDUE INTERVENTION  of Purisima. In the operation. Purisima SHOULD HAVE BEEN KEPT OUT of the operation, OFFICIALLY OR UNOFFICIALLY, since he was already suspended. So whether or not he indeed disobeyed any of PNoy’s orders on the operation doesn’t really matter,

PNoy even lied ON NATIONAL TELEVISION  in defense of Purisima. He claimed that Purisima’s involvemen in the Mamasapano operaton was only until the then PNP chief was suspended in December. And while he has claimed that Purisima had lied to  him on the Mamasapano operation, neither has he condemned the former PNP chief or ordered any disciplinary action against him..

LYING and  ABUSE OF AUTHORITY, in this case ignoring Purisima’s suspension, is WRONG ANY WAY you put it.  And even if I’m not a lawyer, the  supposed absence of a chain of command does not make these RIGHT AND JUSTIFIED. 30

MILF, NOT CONGRESS, DELAYING PEACE PROCESS!

With their decision not to make public their investigation report into the Mamasapano massacre of the SAF 44, there’s no more question that the MILF is the one delaying the peace process and the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) and not the Senate or the House of Representatives.

Like our Muslim brothers and sisters, all of us want lasting peace in Mindanao.  But that peace must be with truth, transparency and justice. It must be peace the way it should be, and not how the MILF wants it to be. In fairness to our congressmen and senators, that’s their job and that’s exactly what they’re trying to ensure. But how can we know the whole truth if the MILF will not come out with the results of their own investigation? Are they trying to hide something?

We, the people, are the ones who will pay for the tens of billions of pesos the MILF will get for their Bangsamoro region. So we have all the right to know the results of their supposed own probe. Or what kind and how extensive was their investigation, that is if they indeed conducted one at all.

Otherwise, we’re not their treasurers from whom they can get money anytime without having to explain where they’ll spend it

And let’s not forget, my countrymen, that the MILF has categorically declared that they will not surrender the killers of the SAF 44. Add to all these their refusal to return the guns, equipment and personal belongings of our fallen heroes which were stolen from them after they were killed. Remember, only 16 cannibalized firearms and one cellular phone from the SAF 44 have been returned so far by the MILF. For all we know, the still missing weapons and personal possessions of the SAF 44 may contain clues which can help unravel the whole truth about their slaughter.

Anyway you look at it, the acts of the MILF do not show any sincerity on their part as partners in the peace process. But PNoy’s government is moving heaven and earth to have the BBL passed by the Senate and the House as soon as possible.

Why? Your guess is as good as mine, guys. 30

SOMETHING MUST BE FISHY WITH THE BBL!

The more the PNoy government and the MILF insist on the immediate passage of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), preferably unedited or as it is, the more that CONGRESS should  REVISE it, if not junk it altogether.. For the simple reason that there must be something ANOMALOUS OR IMMORAL behind the BBL, and not just necessarily bribes.

NO ONE IN HIS RIGHT MIND would insist on the UNTOUCHED approval of any proposed measure with questionable provisions, to the point of practically dictating on and pressuring the Senate and the House of Representatives unless there is a HIDDEN AGENDA behind it’s passage. Or the ones exerting the pressure have gone INSANE, which I’m sure government peace panel chair Miriam Ferrer will never admit to.

WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN PARA MADALIIN ng gobyerno ni PNoy at ni Ferrer, ,at ng MILF, ang Senado at House of Representatives sa pagpasa ng BBL.  Katungkulan ng mga senador at congressman na siguraduhin na buong-buo na naaayon sa Konstitusyon ang BBL. Kaya’t KUNG WALANG DAPAT ITAGO ang MILF at  si Ferrer, at WALA namang maapektuhang tao man o proyekto ang hindi pagpasa agad sa BBL, BAKIT HINDI MAKAPAGHINTAY ang PNoy government, si Ferrer at ang MILF? At bakit halos BALE-WALAIN na nila ang Konstutusyon at ang mga senador at congressman masunod lang ang gusto nila?

DITO LANG sa gobyerno ni PNoy umuubra ang ganito – KUNG SINO ANG MAY KAILANGAN, sila pa ang may kapal ng mukha na APURAHIN ang mga  panggagalingan ng kanilang kailangan.Tandaan ninyo, maraming magiging kandidato si PNoy sa eleksyon sa isang taon. 30

SUPPORT THE MARCH FOR JUSTICE FOR SAF 44!

There are two reasons why all of us must join or support the march for justice for the SAF 44 this Sunday.

First is to show PNoy’s government that no matter what diversionary tactic (s) they use - ‘pa pogi’ press releases like long delayed repairs at the MRT, reduced taxi flagdown rate, decongestion of the port of Manila, etc. – they are HARDLY DOING ANYTHING to bring the killers of the SAF 44 to justice and WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN and will NEVER forget it.  

Second, the march will be a golden opportunity to show not only to the rest of our countrymen but to the world that this time, we’ve had enough and somebody must be held accountable, whether PNoy likes it or not. That this won’t be like conditional cash transfer (CCT) funds with tens or hundreds of millions of pesos unaccounted for and yet NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN HELD LIABLE. Or the numbers game JUETENG, WHICH HAS REMAINED UNTOUICHED since PNoy took office despite of its being ILLEGAL.  t’s high time for the whole world to know that we are NOT AS CONTENTED AND HAPPY with PNoy’s Government, as they portray us to be.

There are three ways by which you can support the march for justice for the SAF 44. First is by walking along with the marchers. Second is by spreading the word to as many peopl;e as you can and third, by praying for its huge success.

Just remember, up to now, there is NO PRESSURE OR DEMAND by PNoy’s government on the MILF leadership to surrender the killers, and return the official and personal belongings of our fallen heroes which were STOLEN from them after they were slaughtered.  This despite the fact that the MILF group whom the SAF 44 had fought with were identified just days after the massacre.

And according to latest reports, that an MILF fighter who can identify the killers by name has surfaced, but there is NO RUSH in any manner for Justice Sec. Leila de Lima to get the SAF 44”s murderers. Instead, she has given her investigators from the National Bureau 60 LONG DAYS to finish their work.

If SAF’ 44’s killers will get away with their massacre, NOTHING WILL STOP THEM from slaughtering people again whenever they feel like it, with or without the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). Keep that in mind, guys. 30

DELES, FERRER SHOULD BE PROBED FOR BBL!

Government peace panel chair Miriam Ferrer and presidential adviser for the peace process Ding Deles must be investigated at once for allowing the highway robbery of the Filipino people and for wanton disregard of the Constitution in the peace agreement with the MILF which is the basis for the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL).

And if they can’t convincingly defend these issues which are unjust, insensitive and insulting to the people, I hope they bwill still have the delicadeza to immediately resign.

There is no other, more appropriate, term than highway robbery of the Filipino people for these provisions in the BBL:  

The P70-billion Bangsamoro grant will be a whole lot more than what other regions are currently getting. This despite the fact that millions of our countrymen have also been in similar dire economic conditions for decades in other areas like parts of the Bicol region and Northern Luzon, plus the scores of squatter families all over Metro Manila. It will be nothing less than totally unfair to them if the Bangsamoro will be given tons of funds while they make do with the pittance the government allocates for them.

The P70-billion will be an automatic budget which will not pass through Congress. And only the chief minister and the parliament of the Bangsamoro region will have sole discretion on how to spend the money. Making it worse, and more insulting, to senators, congressmen, local officials and the Filipino as a whole is unlike development funds and internal revenue allotments (IRA) of local government units, the Bangsamoro budget will not be subject to Department of Budget and Management guidelines.

In other words, the government wants to control the people’s representatives on how our taxes and other monies will be spent or utilized for our welfare. But they won’t give a damn how the Bangsamoro region will spend our hard-earned money. They will just dump P75 billion of our money to the Bangsamoro and we don’t have the right to know how it will be spent. Neither will we have any assurance that the funds will be spent wisely, and more importantly legally.

Simply because Ms. Ferrer and her panel bowed to the MILF’s proposal in the BBL that the budget will be audited by the Bangsamoro region’s own audit body, and not the Commission on Audit (COA), even if the money will come from public funds.  So what makes the MILF and the proposed Bangsamoro region so special, so sacred to Ms. Ferrer and her panel of negotiators that she had the nerve to allow these grossly unfair and detrimental provisions to the Filipino people in the agreement with the MILF?

So sacred and so special that Ms. Ferrer and her panel of negotiators even blatantly ignored the Constitution in agreeing to the MILF’s desire that the decision of the Bangsamoro Shari’a High Court on legal matters shall be final and executory. It is crystal clear in the Constitution that only the Supreme Court has the final decision on matters of law and has the sole right to review all cases. And not even Congress can pass a law to meddle with the Constitution in any way whatsoever.

There is more than meets the eye in the government’s version of the BBL, ladies and gentlemen. Only the MILF and their Bangsamoro region will win. The rest of the Filipino people will be the biggest losers. 30

BINALE-WALA NA ANG SAF 44!

BINALE-WALA NA ng gobyerno ni PNoy ang SAF 44.

Mahigit isang buwan na matapos silang IMASSACRE ng mga miyembro ng MILF at BIFF, WALA NANG MARINIG o makita mula sa gobyerno ni PNoy na anumang hakbang para mahuli at maparusahan ang kanilang mga killer.

WALANG DEMAND O PRESSURE sa MILF para isuko ang mga killer, at maisoli ang mga NINAKAW na kagamitan at personal na pagaari ng SAF 44. Sa halip ang MILF pa ang PILIT NA PINASASAYA ng  PNoy government SA LALONG MADALING PANAHON. Hindi lang KINUKULIT ng PNoy government ang Senado at House of Representatives na ipasa na ang Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), TINANINGAN PA ang mga senador at congressmen ng hanggang Hunyo 11 lamang. Ganiyan KADESPERADO ang gobyerno ni PNoy na maibigay ang gusto ng MILF.

Kahit na nagsalita na ang mga pinuno ng MILF na HINDI NILA ISUSUKO ang mga NAGMASAKER sa SAF 44, at NAGMUKHANG TANGA AT DUWAG na si  PNoy dahil IISANG GRUPO LAMANG, na HINDI NAMAN KUMAKATAWAN SA lahat ng grupo sa Mindanao, HINDI NIYA MAPASUNOD kahit na siya ang presidente ng bansa.  

At kahit na WALA PA naman ang autonomy at iba pang pribiliheyo na nakapaloob sa BBL, at nangangahulugan lamang na SAKOP PA NG LAHAT NG BATAS ng bansa ang MILF at ang mga teritoryong kontrolado ng mga ito. BINALE-WALA na nga siya at ang gobyerno niya, si PNoy pa rin ang para pang DAGANG NANGINGINIG SA TAKOT SA PUSA na halos puwersahin na ang mga senador at congressman na ipasa na ang BBL.

HINDI KATARUNGAN para sa kabayanihan ng SAF 44 ang mahalaga kay PNoy. Ang MILF ang MAS IMPORTANTE.  Kahit na WALA NAMANG MALINAW NA GARANTIYA na tatahimik ang Mindanao kapag nakuha ng MILF ang lahat ng gusto nila. Sa mga panatiko ni PNoy na hihirit, isipin ninyo ang mga ito:

Una: BIFF LANG, HINDI NA MAKONTROL ng MILF. Kinailangan pa silang tulungan ng mga sundalo mula sa Philippine Army sa naging engkwentro nila sa mga ito kamakalian. Pangalawa: May iba pang armadong grupo sa Mindanao bukod sa MILF at BIFF, Kabilang sa mga ito ang grupo ni Nur Misuari ng MNLF. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako pero WALA  pang idinideklarang lubos na pagsuporta at pagsunod sa MILF ang iba pang armadong grupo dahil sa BBL. Kaya’t ano ang 100 porsiyentong kasiguraduhan na matatahimik na ang Mindanao sa pamumuno ng MILF? Isipin ninyo, mga kababayanm lalo na kayong mga kasamahan ng SAF 44, ang lahat ng ito. 30

At siya rin ang unang nagtext kay PNoy noong Enero 25 para ipaalam na nagsimula na ang  operation at n agkakabakbakan na. Inamin na rin ni dating PNP-SAF Director Getulio Napenas na kay Purisima siya nagrereport tungkol sa Mamasapano hanggang sa araw mismo ng msyon. Maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw na NAGSINUNGALING SI PNOY. Kaya ANONG KATAPATAN ang sinasabi ni Kris?

At hanggang ngayon, MAHIGIT ISANG BUWAN na ang nakakalipas, WALANG GINAGAWA si PNoy para mapilitan ang MILF na isuko ang mga killer. MAHIGIT 20 TAON na ang  nakalilipas mula nang maganap ang massacre sa  Hacienda Luisita at sa Mendiola Bridge, noon gang nanay niyang si Cory ang presidente. Pero WALA KAHIT ISANG NAPAPARUSAHAN hanggang ngayon, at WALA ring ginagawa si PNoy para mabigyan ng katarungan ang mga biktima. Pro para kay Kris, maka-tao pa si PNoy ng lagay na iyan.

Trustworthy o mapagkakatiwalaan?  Noong panunungkulan ni dating MRT general manager Al Vitangcol, ang budget para sa maintenance ay  mahigit P500 MILYON ISANG TAON. Pro tulad ng alam na nating lahat, MALALA AT DELKADO na ang kalagayan ng MRT ngayon. Pero HINDI PINAKASUHAN O PINAIMBESTIGAHAN man lang ni PNoy si Vitangcol. Sa DSWD, ILANG ULIT nang naiuulat na DAAN-DAANG MILYONG PISO sa pondo para sa conditional cash transfer (CCT) ang hindi pa maipaliwanag kung saan napunta. Pero KAHIT MINSAN, HINDI PINAIMBESTIGAHAN O PINAGPALIWANAG ni PNoy si DSWD Sec, Dinky Soliman. Sa halip, DINADAGDAGAN PA TAON-TAON ang pondo para sa CCT. Hanggang ngayon din, WALANG MAKAPAGBIGAY NG KUMPLETONG KWENTA O ULAT  kung saan ginastos o saan napunta ang BILYUN-BILYONG DONASYONG PERA at goods, at ang humigit-kumulang na P14 o P25 BILYONG dagdag budget mula sa gobyerno, para sa mga biktima ni super typhoon ‘Yolanda.’  At WALA RING PINAIMBESTIGAHAN MAN LAMANG si PNoy para malaman ang katotohanan. Pero para kay Kris, mapagkakatiawalaan pa ng lagay nay an ang kapatid niya.

GOV'T WILL CONFUSE US ON MAMASAPANO!

DO NOT EXPECT THE WHOLE TRUTH on what really happened in the massacre of the SAF 44 in Mamasapano last Jan. 25. No less than the PNoy Government has SET THE STAGE for us to be TOTALLY CONFUSED and eventually asking ourselves ‘ANO BA TALAGA ANG TUTOO’ when the different bodies investigating the carnage start coming out with their own reports. Why blame PNoy’s government?

As many as 7 GROUPS are probing the Mamasapano carnage. Among these are the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the PNP Board of Inquiry (BOI), the Senate, the Commission on Human Rights, an MILF body, the International Monitoring Team and the House of Representatives. But Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigal Valte has declared that Malacanang DOES NOT SEE THE NEED TO CONSOLIDATE the reports of the 7 groups. So we will have 7 VERSIONS of the Mamasapano MASSACRE.  With NOBODY, especially PNoy  being the BIG BOSS of government, TELLING US WHAT IS THE OFFICIAL AND COMPLETE STORY, OR WHAT VERSION SHOULD WE BELIEVE.

Sa madaling salita, BAHALA NA TAYO SA BUHAY NATIN. MALITO man tayo o hindi, LALO NA ANG MGA NAULILA NG SAF 44, WALANG PAKIALAM ang gobyerno. MAGRAMBULAN man ang mga pro at anti-PNoy sa kung ano ang katotohanan, BALE-WALA sa gobyerno ni PNoy. Imbes na linawin, LALONG GUGULUHIN ng gbyerno ni PNoy ang tunay na pangyayari sa Mamasapano.  Dahil WALANG SINABI ANG GOBYERNO kung ano ang basehan ng katotohanan. Hindi bale sana kung isa o dalawang bersyon lang iyan. PITONG BERSYON yan. Pitong report na TIYAK NA HINDI 100 PORSYENTONG PARE-PAREHO ang nilalaman. Dahil HINDI NAMAN NILA SABAY-SABAY kiinwestyon ang mga testigo o opisyal na may kinalaman sa Mamasapano. 

So if there will be CONTRADICTIONS in the 7 versions, PNoy’s government can CONVENIENTLY SAY they’re not to blame because PNoy DID NOT SPECIFY which is the official version of the slaughter. 

Dito na papasok ang KADEMONYUHAN AT KAWALAN NG KONSYENSYA.

Sinuman sa gobyerno, lalo pa kung si PNoy, ang maituturong may pananagutan sa massacre KAHIT SA ISA O DALAWANG BERSYON lamang at hindi sa iba ay agad na may karapatan para sumigaw ng ‘KASINUNGALINGAN.’ Dahil wala siyang dapat sabihin na bakit sa isa o dalawang  ulat ay may pananagutan siya pero sa iba wala? At dahil sa WALA NAMANG INIHAYAG NA OPISYAL NA BERSYON ng massacre, HINDI MAAARING MAGING BASEHAN ang anumang ulat na magututro ng may pananagutan, lalo pa kung hindi SIYA IDIDIIN NG lahat ng 7 bersyon. Dahil WALA namang itinalaga ang gobyerno ni PNoy kung ano ang dapat ituring na katotohanan sa magiging 7 bersyon ng Mamasapano massacre.

WE WILL NEVER KNOW the whole truth, especially WHO SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for the massacre.  The heroism of the SAF 44 will still be in vain after all. 30
