PURISIMA STILL LIABLE FOR MAMASAPANO!

Even if he did not supervise the actual operation in Mamasapano that led to the massacre of the SAF 44 as he claimed, resigned Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Alan  Pursima  must still be held morally liable for the debacle. Purisima DID NOT ADVISE relieved SAF chief Director Getulio Napenas to inform, in advance, PNP Officer-in-Charge Deputy Director-General Leonardo Espina and DILG Sec. Mar Roxas of the Mamasapno operation. Even if Roxas and Espina were the TWO HIGHEST OFFICIALS of the PNP since he was under suspension, and thus, should be INFOR\MED OF EVERYTHING that’s going on in the service. Had they been told in advance of the Mamasapano mission, Roxas and Espina would have initiated measures which could have prevented the SAF 44’s massacre.

When asked in a Senate hearing why were Roxas and Espina kept in the dark on the Mamasapano operation, all that Purisima could reply was: “There is no motivation. It’s following what’s written in their (SAF) plan.”

Alam ni Purisima na MALI IYON. Alam niyang PAMBABASTOS na iyon kina Roxas at Espina. Pero KINUNSINTI NIYA. Kahit na kaya niyang pigilan o itama ito. Higit sa lahat, HINDI KALABAN sina Roxas at Espina. Kasamahan nila ang dalawa sa PNP. WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para paglihiman at bale-walain ang dalawa o pagdudahan ang katapatan sa PNP. Kung mayroon man, isiwalat dapat agad ni Purisima. Dahil kung hindi, may MALAKING KATARANTADUHAN na nasa likod ng paglilihim kina Roxas at Espina ng misyon sa Mamasapano.   Dahill WALANG MATINO ang pagiisip na hahayaan ininuman na gawin ang isang pagkakamli kahit na kaya niya iktong itama o pigilan.

Kung sasabihin naman ni Purisima ay 100 PORSIYENTO na siyang tiwala na wala nang magiging pagkakamali sa operasyon sa Mamasapano ay mas lalo siyang dapat magpaliwanag. Sapagkat 44 NA MIYEMBRO NG SAF ang napatay. At ang isa  sa mga pangunahing itinuturong dahilan ng masaker ng SAF 44 ay ang KAKULANGAN NG SAPAT AT MAAGANG COORDINATION, na napigilan sana n Purisima dahil AMINADO siyang nagbibigay pa rin siya ng payo sa pagsasagawa ng opeasyon kahit suspendido na siya.

Another thing that Purisima still has to explain is the claim of relieved SAF Director Getulio Napenas that he promised to deal with Armed Forces chief Gen Gregorio Pio Catapang when he advised that the Mamasapano operation be kept secret form Rocas and Espina, first. I’m not saying that Napenas is telling the truth. But think about these, people: Napenas WON’T DARE drag the name of Catapang into such a sensitive issue if he does not have HARD PROOF.

Trust me, people, the Mamasapno story is FAR FROM OVER. 30
