MAMASAPANO ISSUES PURISIMA MUST EXPLAIN!

Before anyone believes the claims of resigned PNP chief Alan Purisima, think about these:

First and foremost, Purisima must explain WHAT TOOK HIM SO LONG to break his silence. He had been consistently identified by relieved SAF Director Getulio Napenas as the director of the operation but HE NEVER DENIED THIS at once. He now says Napenas is lying so why did he NOT SAY SO IMMEDIATELY? Any person who is accused of involvement in a carnage as bloody as the Mamasapano massacre would READILY PROCLAIM HIS INNOCENCE. Why DIDN’T PURISIMA DO SO? Why must he resign, first before he belies Napenas; allegations?

Purisima said he was just informed about the Mamasapano operation on the day itsef. But he did not identify who advised him, what time, where, what was his initial reaction and what did he do, if any. These details are important for VERIFICATION of his whereabouts and activities at the time he alledgedly supervised the ongoing Mamasampano operation. Purisima said Napenas’ revelation that he was the one who ordered him not to inform PNP Officer-in-Charge Deputy Director-General Leonardo Espina in advance is also a lie. Think about this, boys and girls:

Walang matinong dahilan si Napenas para bale-walain si Espina sa isang operasyon na kasing-laki at kasing-delikado ng isinagawa sa Mamasampano. Dahil suspendido si Purisima, si Espina ang PINAKA-MATAAS na opisyal ng PNP noon. WALA SIYANG MAPAPLA. Sentido komon na ang magsasabi na kahit saang institusyon, hindi lamang sa PNP, WALANG MAY MATINONG PAGIISP na  magsasagwa ng anumang DELIKADONG TRABAHO na HINDI MUNA HIHINGI NG PERMISO O CLEARANCE mula sa nakakataas sa kaniya, o sa pinakamataas. Maliban na lamang kung MAY MAGUUTOS sa kaniya na huwag na. O kaya ay napatunayan na ng doctor na may diprensya sa utak, na may halong sagad hanggang langit na kayabangan, ang magsasagawa ng delikadong trabaho.

Isa pang dapat ipaliwanag ni Purisima ay kung bakit hindi ipinaalam kay Espina ang Mamasampano operation. Deputy o kanang  kamay niya si Espina. Nang masuspinde si Purisima magmula noong Disyembre ay mas LALONG DAPAT IPINAALAM kay Espina ang operation. Bilang pinakamataas na opisyal ng PNP, si Espina na ang magdedesisyon sa mga delikadong misyon sapagkat wala na nga si Purisima. 

So Purisima has to clarify if he briefed Espina on Mamasampano when he was suspended, since he was his temporary replacement. If yes, what were his instructions? If no, why not? If Purisima will say that he did not keep Espina in the dark directly or indirectly, did he even try to find out whodid and what was the reason? If he did not, WHY?  30
