BLAME PNOY, TOO, FOR MAMASAPANO!

Even if resigned Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Alan Purisima has admitted to accountability for the ill-fated Mamasapano mission and the massacre of 44 PNP-SAF commandoes, PNOY MUST ALSO BE BLAMED for the debacle.For the simple reason that he PRACTICALLY IGNORED Purisima’s suspension by the Ombudsman and allowed him to actively participate in briefings on the Mamasapano operation until the day of the encounter and massacre last Jan. 25.

Tulad ng alam nating lahat, kapag suspendido ang isang opisyal ng anumang ahensiya o tanggapan, gobyerno man o pribadong sektor, ay WALA ITO DAPAT PAKIALAM sa  anumang magiging gawain ng opisina. Direkta man o hindi. OPISYAL MAN O HINDI ang gusto niyang gawin. Kung propesyonal ang sinuspinde, AGAD NIYANG IIWAN AT IHAHABILIN LAHAT ang mga nakabitin niyang gawain sa pansamantalang papalit sa kaniya. WALA SIYANG DAPAT ILIHIM. Pero KABALIGTARAN NITO ang nangyari, at HINAYAANG MANGYARI ni PNoy.

Among others, Purisima was giving PNoy and relieved SAF Director Getulio Napenas what he described as ‘advice’ on how to execute the Mamasapano operation until Jan. 9, even if he had been suspended since December, instead of PNP Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Leonardo Espina. Consistent media reports say Espina was never summoned or invited by PNoy to any briefing on the Mamasapano mission. Until the day of the operation Purisima did not inform Espina and DILG Sec. Mar Roxas in advance about it. Purisima himself said it was he who informed PNoy of what’s going on in Mamasapano early in the morning of Jan. 25. In the exchange of text messages between him and PNoy which he revealed, the President did not even ask Purisima why it was him who was calling instead of Espina, and why it was him who was supposedly coordinating with the military instead of the PNP-OIC.

Kung IGINALANG lamang ni PNoy ang suspensyon ni Purisima at HINDI na niya ito hinayaang makialam, SA ANUMANG PARAAN, sa Mamasapano operation, hindi na sana  nangyari ang anumang naging pagkakamali sa mga ipinayo kuno ng dating PNP chief. Baka sakaling HINDI NAUWI sa massacre ng SAF 44 ang operation. Kung anuman ang kayang gawin o isipin ni Purisima ay kaya ring gawin ni Espina. Kaya nga naging pangalawang pinaka-mataas na opisyal ito ng PNP. At ang masaklap, pansinin ninyo, sinsasabi ni Pnoy na nagsinungaling sa kaniya si Purisima. Pero WALA siyang anumang hakbang na ginagawa laban dito. At higit sa lahat, kung AGAD NA PERSONAL na pinakialaman ni PNoy ang nangyayari sa Mamasapano, lalo pa nang itext sa kaniya ni Purisima na napapalaban na ang mga SAF commandoes, baka mas NAKAAKSYON SIYA ng mas maaga  para masaklolohan ang mga ito. Tulad ng personal na pagusisa sa militar kung tutoong may mga tumutulong na sa SAF at AGAD na pagutos na sumaklolo na ang mga ito kung  wala.

But as we all know, it took PNoy three days beforehe finally appeared and talked and Mamasapano.  Purisima  is not stupid to do everything he says he did if he had no assurance he would not  have a problem because he was under suspension. 30
