SI PNOY ANG DAPAT UNAHING IMBESTIGAHAN SA MAMASAPANO!

Si PNoy na, bilang COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF ng PNO at ng Armed Forces, ang dapat na UNAHING IIMBESTIGAHAN sa Mamasampano massacre ng SAF 44. Sa halip na linawin ay LALONG PINAGULO NI PNOY ang pangyayari sa kaniyang ikalawang talumpati kagabi, Peb. 6..

In blaming relieved SAF Director Getulio Napenas for the slaughter, PNoy said “there were at least three instances that he could have aborted or changed the plan. The need for that intensified, because he knows there is no coordination and there is a very thin chance of help from the armed forces as there is no time to prepare.” Let’s not forget, people, that PNoy has admitted he knew of the Mamasapano plan. But he never said he ordered Napenas to change it or abort the mission. All he said was it seems his order to Napenas to coordinate with all concerned parties was hardly followed.

Napenas has been SPECIFICALLY POINTING to now resigned PNP Director-General Alan Purisima as the one who ordered him not to coordinate in advance with PNP Officer-in-Charge Deputy Director-General Leonardo Espina about the Mamasapano operation. Napenas also publicly admitted he had been reporting directly to Purisima about the operation. But instead of ORDERING Purisima to IMMEDIATELY clarify the issue, PNoy left him UNTOUCHED until he accepted his resignation.  For the record, I’M NOT siding with anyone. Nor am I accusing anyone of anything.

Pero 44 na miyembro ng SAF ang namatay sa DIUMANO ay pangangasiwa ni Purisima sa Mamasapano operation. At NASIKMURA, NAATIM NG KONSYENSYA, ni PNoy na hindi man lamang pagpaliwanagin agad ito, at hayaan na lamang na mag-resign at MAGLAHO SA PANINGIN ng Sambayanan. Sinisi ni PNoy si Napenas pero HINDI NIYA RIN SINABING NAGSISINUNGALING ITO sa derechahang pagsasabi na kay Purisima ito naguulat noong Mamasapano operation. Kasalanan kuno ni Napenas ang lahat pero HINDI PA RIN NILINAW ni PNoy kung sino ang nagutos na simulan na ang misyon. Siya ang commander-in-chief ng PNP at ng Armed Forces pero  HINDIPA RIN NILINAW ni PNoy kng bakit HINDI NASAKLOLOHAN AGAD ang SAF 44 ng mahigit 300 pa nilang kasamahan sa Mamasapano, at ng mga miyembro ng 6^th Infantry Division ng Army na ILANG KILOMETRO lamang ang layo sa pinangyarihan ng engkwentro.

PNoy tried t put up a tough stance by telling the MILF that the killers of the SAF 44 must be held accountable, and that he expects them to help him. But HE DID NOT impose a deadline for the turnover of the killers. So the MILF can surrender the killers even after five or 10 years and NOBODY should complain because PNoy himself NEVER set a deadline for it.
