IF LOREN LEGARDA ISN'T LYING...

Para magkaalaman na once and for all kung SINUNGALING si Sen. Loren Legarda o hindi, IHARAP niya ang mga sinasabi niyang co-owners ng condominium niya sa New York City sa Amerika.

Sen, Legarda should do the presentation HERSELF, LIVE and with tri-media (radio, TV,  print) coverage.

She should require the supposed co-owners to present documentary proof of their wealth. The documents should show in detail that the supposed co-owners are RICH ENOUGH to spend some P7 million like her on one property alone.

And reporters, viewers and listeners should be ALLOWED to ask questions to the supposed co-owners. Sen. Legarda should personally see to  it that the questions  won’t be blocked.

For those who have already forgotten, Sen. Legarda is insisting that her New York City condo is co-owned by three other people. But documents obtained by abs-cbn showed that the property is SOLELY UNDER HER NAME.

So WHO’S LYING, Sen. Legarda or New York City property officials?

That’s why the supposed co-owners should explain, first and foremost, why did they allow the registration of the condo solely under Sen. Legarda’s name. 

They should give a detailed justification as to why they didn’t want to be identified as the co-owners in the registration papers, and why Sen. Legarda in particular for a partner for the purchase of the condo.

For Sen. Legarda, she should explain why did she agree to be registered as the sole owner of the condo. What made her so special to the co-owners and vice-versa? What’s in it for her, if any?

If Sen. Legarda or the supposed co-owners have nothing to hide or have not done anything wrong, then there should be no problem for the senator to present them in public.

It will; be a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY for her to prove that sjhe’s as honest as she says she is.

If the senator won’t present the co-owners, or the co-owners won’t come out, then DON’T FORGET that Legarda’s word IS NOT Gospel truth.



And that if she won’t grab the chance to prove her honesty, then it would be AINSANITY to think that she’s honest. 30
