PRODUCE COMELEC GUYS IN BATO, BAAO!

To Comelec: To find out the TRUTH on the wet ballots from Bato and Baao towns in Camarines Sur, COME OUT with the people you assigned there for the 2016 elections and have them face the public and the media to reveal what really happened.

The areas in question are IDENTIFIED, and NOT PROVINCEWIDE. No need for you Comelec people to LOOK FOR THE NAMES of your personnel or the place you should check out. But, I repeat, NOT A SINGLE WORD form you on what you’ve done.

So to FAST-TRACK the search for TRUTH, Comelec, come out with your teams in Bato and Baao and LET THEM TALK, FREELY. If you won’t, then give us, the people,10 reasonsm why we should not consider you as ACCOMPLICES TO FRAUD. 30

PET SHOULD INVESTIGATE LENI CAMP!

The Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) should immediately start a probe of Leni Robredo’s camp.

\In a petition urging the Presidential Electoral Tribunal ((PET) to follow the 25 percent threshold set by the Comelec instead of the 50 percent threshold indicated in a 2010 regulation by the tribunal, Leni’s camp said: "The application of the fifty percent (50%) threshold percentage has resulted to and will result to a systematic decrease in the votes received by protestee Robredo" . How did Leni’s camp know this? They must have SEEN THE BALLOTS BEFORE the recount. Or they must have been given ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE. They should be asked to cite their basis. Surely, they didn’t say SYSTEMATIC LOSS simply because they

felt like it.

The supposedly excess but PRESHADED BALLOTS in Leni’s favor discovered yesterday has not been denied by the Comelec. Take not, preshaded ONLY FOR LENI and not for any other candidate.

Leni’s lead lawyer Romulo Macalintal is insisting on a typhoon as the culprit behind the wet ballots. Even if the ballot boxes were WATER-PROOF and, WONDER OF WONDERS only the ballots were drenched AND NOT THE OUTSIDE OF THE BALLOT BOX.  And as all of us have been noticing, Macalintal has been VIGOROUSLY DEFENDINF THE COMELEC. Macalintal  is NOT A COMELEC OFFICIAL. Neither is he its lawyer. But he has been the one explaining all the emerging tell-tale signs of cheating instead of the poll body. WHY OR FOR WHAT? Offhand, this is a SHAMELESS conflict of interest.

IT’S THE PET who’s conducting the recount, NOT THE COMELEC. So it should be the PET’s rules, not Comelec’s. It would be nothing less than INSULTING AND DEGRADING for the PET, who is also the Supreme Court, to do their work based on someone else’s rules. Who does Leni’s camp think they are to teach the PET WHAT TO DO? For sure, the PET carefully discussed the 50 percent threshold before implementing it in the recount.

Isa pa, nabalita noon na nagkaroon ng briefing tungkol sa rules ng recount bago ito nasimulan noong Lunes, April 2.  Kaya tiyak na alam na noon pa ng Leni camp ang tungkol sa 50 percent threshold, BAKIT NGAYON LANG SILA UMAAPELA?

Lalo na tayong magbantay ng ubod-higpit, mga kababayan. Kung pati PET ay gustong TURUAN ng Leni camp kung ano ang dapat gawin, ANO PANG MAS MATINDING KILOS ang maaaring maisip ng mga ito kaugnay ng recount.?30

These include the supposed "square" markings around certain votes in some ballot images, "missing" audit logs, wet ballots, and alleged unused ballots with "pre-shaded" votes for Leni. First and foremost, everything that Macalintal cited DID NOT COME FROM BONGBONG and his camp. The pieces of EVIDENCE CAME FROM THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL and the Comelec, especially the wet ballots. Macalintal is FULLY AWARE of this.

The wet ballots WERE REALLY WET when these were discovered in COMELEC BALLOT BOXES.  National and social media reported the find. Some even had photos of the ballots. The squares beside Leni’s name were discovered in images of decrypted ballots provided by the PET to Bongbong’s camp. The OROGINALS of the images WERE JEPT KEPT BY THE PET, NOT BY BONGBONG. The excess ballots PRESHADED AIIN Leni’s favor were discovered IN THE PRESENCE of REPRESENTATIVES OF BOTH BONGBONG AND LENI. And if these were just excess ballots, WHY WERE THESE PRESHADED in Leni’’s favor?

In other words, all the evidence EXISTS, PHYSICALLY. So how can they just be supposed evideince as claimed by Macalintal? So HOW COULD HAVE BONGBONG INVENTED all these evidence?  

Has Macalintal LOST HIS LOGIC or is he simply LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH? Pick one, guys. 30
