POLL IRREGULARITIES IN LENI TURF INCREASING!

The revision/recount for the votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo is only on its third day but IRREGULARITIES being uncovered in her bailiwick Camarines Sur ARE INCREASING!

Here are excerpts from a story in journal.com.ph, quoting sources in the recount, on what transpired today (journal.http://www.journal.com.ph/news/top-stories/pre-shaded-ballots-for-robredo):

“Right before the eyes of the PET revisors and the representatives from both camps of Robredo and former Sen. Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. were the unused or excess ballots found intact in folders inside the ballot boxes coming from clustered precincts in Camarines Sur. Upon thorough examination of the excess ballots, the PET revisors and the revision witnesses from the contesting camps found out that the oval enclosures beside Robredo’s name have been pre-shaded.” Sources added that inside ballot boxes from the town of Bato, Camarines Sur were hundreds of ballots scissored in half, indicating these were excesses but found in the valid ballots folder and counted for Robredo.

(Keep in mind, people: So far, WET ballots from four precincts in Bato town and others from Baao town have been uncovered. were found to be in similar wet condition. Audit logs of the voting in 39 out of 40 precincts in Bato are missing)

In the interest of fairness, here’s the reaction of Leni’s lawyer, Maria Bernadette Sardillo: "These could be rejected ballots that were mistakenly placed inside the envelope for unused ballots. Based on experience, due to the conditions inside the precincts where our BEIs (Board of Election Inspectors) are awake as early as 4AM, mistakes happen."

My take: If these were rejected ballots, then WHY THE HELL WERE THESE COUNTED FOR LENI in Bato town and NOT NULLIFIED OUTRIGHT?  Mistakenly placed in the envelope for unused ballots?  If the ballots were only a handful, it would be easy to accept that it was an honest mistake. But HUNDREDS were found in Bato. The mistake was committed hundreds of times? Not even a Grade 1 kid will be deceived.  

If the other ballots, which were intact, were also supposedly unused /excess, or rejected as claimed by Sadillo, these should NOT HAVE BEEN-PRESHADED for Leni. The ballots should have been BLANK. So how will Leni’s camp explain this? Lastly, all BEI personnel are teachers. They’re professionals who are SMART AND RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH not to commit the very basic error that Sadillo has theorized.  For sure, they were oriented on EVERY PRECAUTION they had to take in the conduct of the voting.

MORE ALARMING THAN REVISORS’ RESIGNATION

Here’s something a LOT MORE ALARMING AND DANGEROUS than the unexpected resignation of four head revisors from the recount of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo.

In a story in inquirer.net, Sen. Tito Sotto was reported as having been asked if he has been informed that the logs of the vote transmissions before Election Day which he had exposed have been already reported as MISSING! This is a LOT MORE ALARMING/DANGEROUS than the resignation of the four head revisors because: The wet ballots discovered in the recount still exist. There could still be a chance to read their contents. But the transmission logs, and EVERYTHING RECORDED ON IT, ARE GONE. There’s NO WAY to find out anything anymore, especially if there is anything ILLEGAL in the conduct of the transmission. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

The recount of votes in Bongbong’s protest had just started and has only been working on Camarines Sur ballots. Sotto said the mysterious transmissions happened in various areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. So the scope of the mysterious transmissions could be very well NATIONWIDE. Now, nly God knows how many thousands or millions of votes, and how VOLUMINOUS are the possible evidence of fraud which have DISAPPEARED into thin air.

A day or two after Sotto’s expose, the Comelec reacted in media that they will investigate. Nothing was reported about it again. Suddenly, the logs of the mysterious transmissions are gone. The logs could have helped UNMASK NOT ONLY THOSE who conducted the mysterious transmissions but also THE MASTERMIND (S), FINANCIERS and the BENEFICIARIES or those who had won in the 2016 elections through CHJEATING.

If the DEMONS involved in Sotto’s expose get away with it, imagine what can happen next to our political and national future. 30

REVISORS WHO QUIT MUST SPEAK UP!

THE RECOUNT AREA

To the four head revisors who resigned from the revision/recount of votes in the protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo: Please come out and enlighten the people on your unexpected move.

Until I wrote this piece, NO DETAILS WHATSOEVER about you and why you suddenly quit have been released by anyone or any agency. No one would even give your names. NOBODY would even give any explanation why nothing should be revealed about you and what you had done.

Your reason (s) for wanting out is surely something IRREGULAR OR ILLEGAL. You would not quit if you did not see anything wrong. Whatever that is, IT WILL NOT STOP OR WILL BE STOPPED unless you expose it so that other government officials who can act can do something. While it may not be that easy to do so, please consider that the outcome of Bongbong’s protest will affect the FUTURE OF ALL OF US FILIPINOS one way or another.  

That’s why we, your countrymen, need to know the TRUTH from you, ASAP!

Lastly, please keep in mind that the threat of you being SILENCED FOREVER (God forbid) to prevent you from saying anything at any given time NOW EXISTS!  May God be with you! 30

CAGUIOA MUST REVEAL REVISORS’ REASON FOR QUITTING

Supreme Court Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa , who handles the protest of Bongbong Marcos’ against Leni Robredo, MUST IMMEDIATELY  REVEAL THE REASON why four head revisors resigned this afternoon, just a day after the revision/recount of votes began. As in NOW!

He’s the supervising justice for the protest so he knows, and SHOULD KNOIW the reason (s).  He’s THE BOSS. Anything that happens in connection with the Bongbong protest/recount, he knows. There should be NO PROBLEM for him to enlighten the public. And I’m sure he would not admit to GROSS STUPIDITY/INCOMPETENCE if he would claim he did not bother to ask the quitters why.  

WE, THE PEOPLE, DESEREVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH AT ONCE. Keep in mind, people, the four head revisors quit after WET BALLOTS were found in ballot boxes and voting audit logs were nowhere to be found at the start of the recount/revision   All these came from ballot boxes from Leni’s bailiwick Camarines Sur. And Bongbong, being the one who filed the protest, WOLD BE THE LAST PERSON ON EARTH to do anything to force the head revisors to resign.

If Caguioa still won’t say anything about the head revisors’ resignation, he had better have an AIR-TIGHT, ROCK SOLID justification, AND PHYSICAL PROOF that he’s NOT TRYING TO HIDE ANYTHING  ILLEGAL OR UNFAVORABLE to Leni Robredo. More importantly, as I had written weeks ago, Caguioa should prove that he’s NOT Leni’s protector for the protest. Especially considering all the leniencies that Leni had enjoyed and are still enjoying regarding Bongbong’s protest.

Only the INSANE and his loved ones would still look up to Caguioa as a FAIR/IMPARTIAL and JUST supervising justice for Bongbong’s protest against Leni. 30.
