BISTADO na ang KASINUNGALINGAN ni Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. At ang nagbulgar, mismong ang Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).

Sereno recently claimed that acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio was one of her fellow candidates then for Chief Justice who did not submit the complete number of statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) which was among the requirements asked of them.

But a story in http://112.199.34.178/headlines/jbc-belies-sereno-on-saln-rule-claim said the JBC has issued a certification saying that Carpio SUBMITTED 14 SALNs, FOUR MORE than the 10 which had been asked from the candidates.

The JBC said iit has on file Carpio’s SALNs for 1992 to 1994 and 2001 to 2011.  The certification was signed by Court Attorney IV Jenifer M. Cabrillo-Salvador and noted by retired Associate Justice Jose Catral Mendo, JBC executive committee chairman.

LANTARANG PAGSISINUNGALING ang ginawa ni Sereno.  At NAGDAMAY pa ng ibang tao. Ano pa ang matinong dahilan para PAGTIWALAAN pa siya bilang Chief Justice? Ang masaklap pa nito, mga kababayan, HINDI NA TAYO NAKASISIGURO na wala nang iba pang kasinungalingang nadeklara si Sereno mula ng maging Chief Justice siya.

Leni Robredo should NAME NAMES in the supposed well-oiled infrastructure which she says is behind the attacks against her. She should also cite specifics –date, time, place, figures or amounts and other related details. And I mean IMMEDIATELY.

If she can’t be specific with anything, she should be DECENT ENOUGH TO SHUT THE FUCK UP. Hindi kailangan ng sambahyanan angf isang TSISMOSA, lalo pa at BISE-PRESIDENTE KUNO.

Dahil sa hindi siya nagbigay ng pangalan, SINIRAAN ni Leni ang LAHAT ng tumitira sa kaniya, social man o national media, ng WALANG KALABAN-LABAN. Lalo na yung ibang tulad ko na WALANG KINIKITA sa pagpuna sa kaniya (at puwedeng magverify ang sinuman, kaninuman, kailanman), at sinusulat o nilalabas lamang ang KATOTOHANAN. Hindi ako abogado pero mangangahas akong sabihin na saan mang husgado o university makarating, HINDI TAMA ITO. As in FOUL!

MAHIYA KA NAMAN SA BALAT MO, Sereno. Pati ang sambayanan, GUSTO MONG IDAMAY at gamitin sa problema mo. KILABUTAN KA NAMAN kahit konti.

HINDI IKAW ang katarungan. Hindi rin ikaw ang simbolo ng katarungan. HINDI MABABALE-WALA ang batas, at PATULOY NA IIRAL ang katarunagn kahit na matanggal ka sa puwesto. HINDI MO KASAMANG INIREKLAMO ng impeachment ang buong sambayanang Pilipino. IKAW LAMANG ang hindi nakapagsubmit ng kumpletong statement of assets, liabilities at net worth (SALN). At HINDI KAMING LAHAT. (Kaya HUWAG MO KAMING ISALI sa anumang dinaranas mo ngayon o ang magiging resulta nito. Masyado ka namang SINUSUWERTE.

And in a SHAMELESS, and DELUSIONAL bid to SCARE the people and hopefully gain public sympathy, Sereno also said:  "The stakes for the rule of law if the evil machinators of the impeachment or the resignation scheme succeed: no one, not one man, especially not one woman, will be safe in this country."

HINDI IKAW ANG SAMBAYANANG PILIPINO, Sereno, o ang SIMBOLO NITO para SABIHIN O ISIPIN MO na lahat ng Pilipino ay hindi na magiging ligtas kung masisibak ka. HINDI LANG IKAW ang justice ng Korte Suprema. Matanggal ka man, mahigit 10 pang justices ang MATITIRA para paialin ang batas at IPAGTANGGOL O TULUNGAN ang mga inapi, o inaapi. HINDI MASASARA o titigil ang trabaho sa Korte Suprema kapag nawala ka. ALAM MO IYAN. At Chief Justice kang naturingan, hindi mo naisip na hangga’t walang ginagawang mali o labag sa batas ang sinuman, WALANG DAHILAN PARA HINDI SIYA MAGING LIGTAS.

Ganito pala ang takbo ng utak ni Sereno, mga kababayan. Ewan ko sainyo, mga kababayan pero ako, KINIKILABUTAN. 30

BONGBONG AGRABYADO NANG SAGAD!

SAGARAN na ang PANGAAGRABYADO na inaabot  ni Bongbong Marcos sa protesta niya laban kay Leni Robredo.

A former media asset of mine has just informed me that up to now, Leni HAS NOT YET PAID the balance of the fee for her counter-protest fee against Bongbong, MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DEADLINE. And there are NOI SIGNS that protest supervising Justice and Noynoy Aquino appointee Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa has asked, or is about to ask Leni to pay.

Samantalang si Bongbong ILANG BUWAN nang bayad ng KUMPLETO sa protest fee niya.

WALA rin daw indikasyon NG ANUMANG AKSIYON mula kay Caguioa tungkol sa mga karagdagang senyaales ng dayaan na nabubunyag. Tulad ng mga square sa tabi ng pangalan ni Leni sa balota na nadiskubre ni Bongbong sa mga ballot images na GALING MISMO sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). At yung inexpose ni Sen. Tito Sotto na ISANG ARAW PA BAGO ANG BOTOHAN ay may mga resulta nang tinatransmit  sa iba-ibang lugar At ang biglaang paggamit ng Smartmatic ng  pangalawang server na may nakalagay na APAT NA QUEUING SERVERS.

“Patay-malisya, as in parang walang narinig o nakita, si Justice Caguioa sa lahat ng ito. Gayon din sa Comelec,” ayon sa aking asset.

My asset added that contrary to its promise to investigate the squares beside Leni’s name on ballots, the Comelec has NOT DONE ANYTHING to find out the truth about it. To date, there have been no reports that anybody has been questioned or anything has been checked/examined.

So KEEP IN MIND, people, neither the Comelec or the PET has issued any press statement with specific proof that the ballots and everything else covered by Bongbong’s protest is SAFE FROM THEFT OR ALL FORMS OF CHEATING.  And it’s still more than a week before the start of the recount. 30
