TUWID NA DAAN NG MGA KAWATAN (MAGNANAKAW)!

Welcome to the TUWID NA DAAN NG MGA KAWATAN (magnanakaw).

Rice imported by the National Food Authority (NFA) from Vietnam last year overpriced by P825.4 million. PNoy not asking anyone to explain, not ordering an investigation and not relieving Agriculture Sec. Proceso Alcala, who has supervision over the NFA, for command responsibility.

Even if it’s the second time that Alcala has been accused of an anomaly, the first being the alleged brains behind rice smuggling in the country. Alcala REMAINS UNTOUCHABLE.

Customs Deputy Commissioner Agaton Uvero has revealed that some 50,000 metric tons of rice were being smuggled into the country weekly last year.

Anybody correct me ifI ’m wrong but NOT ONE rice smuggler has been arrested or jailed, or being vigorously prosecuted in court. Until a few months ago, Malacanang even expressed continued trust in then Customs Commissioner Ruffy Biazon.

Janet Napoles may be detained but up to now NOBODY, NOT EVEN MEDIA PEOPLE, can interview her. Since she was charged with plunder, NOT A SINGLE WORD has been said by the Office of the Ombudsman on the status of the investigation of the charges.

Not even a word of assurance that Napoles case is a priority. Despite the P10 BILLION in government funds that she stole, and the TRUCKLOAD of evidence the Justice department said it has presented against her.

The Commission on Audit (COA) itself has declared that HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF PESOS IN CONDITIONAL CASH TRANSFER FUNDS remain unliquidated or unaccounted for.

But NOT ONE SUSPECT has been NAMED,CHARGED, FIRED OR SUSPENDED.

The anomaly in the construction of bunkhouses for survivors from super typhoon ‘Yolanda’ has been CONFIRMED by the SUBSTANDARD QUALITY.

HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, if not BILLIONS, of pesos in ‘Yolanda’ relief in cash and kind poured in from all over the country and from various countries worldwide.

To date, NO DETAILED BREAKDOWN from the government on WHERE DID THESE GO.

And most of all, the numbers game jueteng REMAINS ILLEGAL up to now. The millions of pesos in BRIBE MONEY it entails is PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.

But after claiming that a study about jueteng is being done, PNoy NEVER said a word about the unlawful game again. He NEVER ORDERED a crackdown either against jueteng and jueteng lords.

Take a good look, boys and girls, at the TUWID NA DAAN NG MGA KAWATAN! 30
