GARAPALANG
PANLOLOKO na ang ginagawa sa atin ng gobyerno ni PNoy hinggil sa P25.2-bilyong
pondo para sa pork barrel o priority development assistance fund (PDAF).
After
PNoy himself proudly announced the abolition of the PDAF, Budget Sec. Florencio Abad said the PDAF stays in the
proposed P2.268-trillion national budget for next year.
Common
sense dictates that PNoy had a basis in announcing the abolition of the PDAF. I
may be a critic of his but believe me, I DON’T THINK he’s that STUPID to proclaim something as sensitive as the scrapping of the PDAF purely out of a whim.
And the
first person whom he’s supposed to consult is Abad, being the Budget boss. If
PNoy will say that he did not consult Abad, he’s one hell of an incompetent
president.
If he did
consult Abad, then he and Abad have a lot of questions to answer.
First,
Abad should give a DETAILED EXPLANATION on what is his basis for CONTRADICTING
PNoy on the abolition of the PDAF.
Para
kontrahin, at PAGMUKHAING TANGA ninuman, ang presidente ng bansa, SUPER DUPER
BIGAT ang dahilan. Iyun ang dapat nating malaman, mga kababayan.
Now, that
is the VERY SCARY part, guys.
Think
about this: PNoy had already announced the abolition of the PDAF when Abad
contradicted him. So if the PDAF should stay for whatever legal ground, then why did Abad, or for that matter
Malacanang people, ALLOW PNOY to declare its abolition?
Dapat,
may nagsabi agad kay PNoy na ‘Mr. President, mali ho iyang gusto ninyong
sabihin.’ Kaya ulitin ko, GAANO KABIGAT ang
dahilan ni Abad para bawiiin ang deklarasyon ni PNoy.
Don’t forget,
guys, we’re talking here of a MULTI-BILLION PESO ANOMALY.
To the
organizers and speakers in tomorrow’s anti-PDAF rally, I hope you’ll consider
raising this point tomorrow.
LANTARAN
na tayong NILOLOKO sa PDAF, mga kababayan.
Ibig
sabihin, SUPER LALIM pa ito kesa alam na
natin at sa mga nabubulgarna sa media. Kaya HUWAG TAYONG BIBITIIW. At lalong HUWAG TAYONG BASTA-BASTA
MANINIWALA sa anumang maririnig natin.
