Sa desisyon niyang huwag magresign sa kabila ng nabistong HINDI NIYA PAGSUNOD sa regulasyon sa pagsumite ng statement of assets, liabilities and net worth, BINASTOS NA ni Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno ang Korte Suprema!

As chief justice, Sereno should ALWAYS BE THE FIRST to obey or comply with ALL rules and regulations in the Judiciary, and the entire government as a whole. . But as we all know now, Sereno only submitted ONE Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth to the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) despite a notice from the council to submit ALL of her SALNs.

Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Teresita  de Castro was reported as clarifying that  substantial compliance to JBC requirements means submitting 10 SALNs.

Sereno submitted three SALNs but two of them were not sworn to or unsubscribed.  What’s worse, the unsubscribed SALNs raise the possibility that these may have been faked.

For reasons known only to them the JBC then claimed that Sereno had “substantially complied” with the requirements for nomination as chief justice.
Sereno had even earlier been reported as saying she had sent a letter to the JBC saying she can no longer find her SALNs when she was still a professor at the University of the Philippines.

But then JBC search committee head, Supreme Court Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta, publicly declared that he only knew of Sereno’s purported letter now. Meaning, somebody DECEIVED Peralta, if not the entire JBC, to support Sereno’s nomination. Despite all these, Sereno says she won’t resign.

Here’s something that makes the supposed pre-2016 election briefing being claimed by Leni Robredo’s camp on the squares Bongbong Marcos discovered in ballot images as HIGHLY-SUSPICIOUS:

I talked to a very close aide of a victorious congressional candidate in the polls. He said THEY WERE NOT INFORMED OR INVITED TO ANY BRIEFING for the squares. The aide had they been invited, they would have definitely attended to help secure their votes.

Now, keep in mind, people, Leni’s camp says the squares were explained in a briefing for ALL CANDIDATES/ALL PARTIES. But on the 2016 ballots, there were NO SQUARES. Voters were NOT INFORMED either that squares would appear on the ballots after they had cast these.  

I browsed the news websites before I wrote this blog and still, as I had pointed out in an earlier blog, NEITHER COMELEC NOR ANY CANDIDATE/PARTY has confirmed the supposed briefing. If indeed there had been a briefing, attendees would have definitely taken notes and Comelec would have distributed printed reference materials.

Add to all these the fact that the squares were FIRST BRANDED by Leni’s lawyer Romulo Macalintal. But now, he’s making it appear that these were legitimate with the supposed pre-2016 election briefing.  How will he reconcile that?

If Leni’s camp will insist on the briefing, they had better come up with details – attendees, resource perons, time/date/place, etc.  I REPEAT, there would have been records and reference materials so details ARE NOT SUIPPOSED TO BE A PROBLEM!  Otherwise, theyb had better have an INDISPUTABLE EXPLANATION that the briefing WAS NOT JUST FOR LENI or that it’s not an IDIOTIC AND AMATEURISH alibi to cover up the apparent cheating that had been conducted against Biongbong. 30

Walang mailabas na ebidenisiya ang kampo n Leni Robredo ng inihayag ng abugado nilang si Romulo Macalintal na bago ganapin ang 2016 elections ay ipinaalam ng Comelecx sa lahat ng kandidato ang pagkakaroon ng mahiwagang squares sa mga balota, na nadiskubre ni Bongbong Marcos noon lamang isang buwan.  

Dalawang araw na ang nakakaraan mula nang hamunin ng abugado ni Bongbong na si Vic Rodriguez si Macalintal na maglabas ng ebidensiya ng sinasabi nitong briefing tungkol sa mga mahiwagang squares bago ang halalan 2016.

Kung talagang nagkaroon ng briefing ay IMPOSIBLE, AT MALAKING KATARANTADUHAN, kung sasabihin ng kampo ni Leni na wala silang notes ng tinalakay doon. At kung ganonon nga KAPALPAK ang kampo n Leni, maaari naman silang humingi ng notes o briefing materials mula sa Comelec, na nagsagawa ng briefing. Pero WALA pa rin silang maipakita.

At pansinin ninyo, mga kababayan, MISMONG ANG COMELEC AY HINDI PA PINATUTUNAYAN na naganap nga ang diumanog briefing.  Gayundin, WALA PA RING SINUMANG KANDIDATO o partido na nagpapahayag na TOTOO ang briefing at kasama sila sa mga dumalo. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako.   

Kaya EBIDENSYA MUNA BAGO DALDAL, Macalintal. Gumising ka na sa bangungot mo na salita mo lamang, o ni Leni, ay sapat na para maniwala ang nakararami sa sambayanan.30

Any way you look at it, only one thing is clear behind the filing of the crimes against humanity case against President Digong Duterte before the International Criminal Court (ICC) – PURE POLITICAL EVIL!

To date, NOBODY HAS PRODUCED ANY PHYSICAL PROOF that the thousands who have been killed so far in Digong’s war against drugs were all SUMMARILY EXECUTED, or victims of extra-judicial killing (EJK). . NOT ONE. The ONLY EVIDENCE so far are THE WORDS of the accuser in and supporters of the case.

Take note, guys: Despite the thousands of supposed EJK victims, there has been NO HUGE or widespread, and continuous protest rallies ANYWHERE by the families of the victims. ONLY ANTI-DUTERTE groups keep on repeating ‘EJK,’  ‘crimes against humanity,’ and the like WITHOUT PRESENTING ANY PHYSICAL PROOF to support their sweeping and malicious claims.

More importantly, Digong’s ratings remain very high. This means the people themselves DO NOT FIND the drug war deaths as crimes against humanity. But anti-Duterte gangs CONVENIENTLY IGNORE THIS REALITY. Instead, they DESPERATELY CONTINUE portray Digong as a mass murderer and our beloved Philippines as a killing field where human rights are ignored.

WALA SILANG PAKIALAM kung masira man ang imahe ng Pilipinas sa buong mundo at MAKASAMA ito sa sambayanan. Tulad halimbawa ng PAGKAWALA ng tiwala ng mga investor at turista (na salamat sa Diyos ay kabaligtaran angnagyayari) at KAWALAN NG HANAPBUHAY na maibibigay ng mga ito. Basta kailangan, MAWALA SI DUTERTE. Wala silang pakialam sa sambayanan.

Ito ang KADEMONYUHAN sa likod ng ICC case laban kay Digong. Sumagot na ang gustong sumagot. 30
