Since an arrest warrant was issued by the Senate for former Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista days ago, NOTHING has been reported in media yet on what has been done if any to force him to return from the US. Unless somebody acts, that warrant will be USELESS and nothing more than a press release in another form.

Even without an impeachment hearing at the Senate, Chief Justice Maria Lourdes SHOULD PROVE that she is MENTALLY FIT for her position. If she won’t, here’s hoping she still has come DECENCY/DELICADEZA TO QUIT.

A story in gmanews.tv said in a House hearing on the impeachment complaint against Sereno, a psychologist testified that the Chief Justice had shown          FIVE OF THE NINE signs of "mental disturbance" -- grandiosity, preoccupied fantasies of unlimited power or brilliance, sense of entitlement, interpersonally exploitative in order to take advantage of others to achieve an end, and lack of empathy.

The alleged signs of mental disturbance are VERY SPECIFIC in the story.  So Sereno CANNOT say that she needs DETAILS, FIRST. I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that there are NO EXCEPTIONS for a mentally person in the selection of a Chief Justice. And WE, THE PEOPLE, are paying for Sereno’s salaries and other perks, as well the expenses for her office, with our taxes. We have all the right to know the TRUTH, AT ONCE!

If Sereno has nothing to hide, there SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM for her to prove that she’s mentally stable. AT ONCE. Otherwise, she should not react negatively if people begin doubting her sanity. 30

Sa aminin o hindi si Leni Robredo, KABADO MUCH na siya kung ano ang mangyayari sa protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban sa kaniya. PUWERSAHAN lang pinag-leave si Chief Justice at Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) Chairperson Maria Lourdes Sereno, BIGLANG HANDA SIYANG SUMUPORTA na kay Pangulong Digong Duterte.

When asked in a TV interview what she would do if she’s offered a government post again, Leni was quoted in an inquirer.net story (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/972253/robredo-laments-difficult-spot-in-duterte-administration) as replying: “Perhaps I will tell the President that I would be very much willing to work with him, I would be very much willing to support what he’s doing.”
