4 REASONS NOT TO MOVE ON FROM MAMASAPANO MASSACRE

A Pnoy fanatic told ne just now that too much emphasis is being given to the SAF 44 massacre in Mamasapano. He said the SAF 44 were not the only ones who were killed by Muslim rebels and it was unfair to those who had died before them. Pero nang sabihin ko sa kaniya kung BAKIT TALAGANG HINDI PA DAPAT BITIWAN ANG SAF 44 Massacre sa Mamasapano, bigla siyang nagisip:

Una: Halos lahat ng mga nauna nang nasawing sundalo sa Mindanao  ay namatay o pinatay dahil sa paniniwala na pinaglalaban ng ating mga kapatid na Muslim. Ang SAF 44 ay MINASAKER DAHIL SA PAGSUGOD AT PAGKAKAPATAY sa TERORISTANG SI MARWAN. Sa madaling salita, hindi ideology o prinsipyo  ang dahilan,  kundi PERSONAL. Pangalawa:  NATUKOY AGAD ng pamahalaan ang mga pangkat na kinabiblangan ng mga killer gn SAF 44. Ngunit hanggang sa sampahan  ng kaso  ang mga ito, WALANG ANUMANG GINAWA ANG PAMAHALAAN PARA MAPILITAN  ang mga pinuno ng mga killer, lalo na ang MILF, na isuko ang mga ito. Kahit na HINDI PA NAIPAPASA ANG BANGSAMORO BASIC LAW at kung tutuusin ay nasa GANAP NA KAPANGYARIHAN  pa rin ng mga batas ng national government ang mga killer, ang kanlang mga pangkat at ang Mamasapano. Kung napansin ninyo,  humigit-kumulang sa WALONG BUWAN na nakakalipas ang massacre bago nagsampa ng kaso ang goberno. Pangatlo: Bukod sa HINDI PAGKILOS ng gobyerno para makuha agad ang mga salarin mula sa kanilang mga pangkat,  WALA RING ginawa ang gbyerno para MABAWI LAHAT ANG MGA NINAKAW nab aril at iba pang kagamitan mula sa SAF 44. Pang-apat at higit sa lahat, gusto pang bigyan ng gobyernong Aquinong humigit kumulang sa P70 BILYON  na budget an g Bangsamoro estate na pamumunuan ng MILF at ng kanilang mga kakampi. Isipin ninyo, mga kababayan, P70 bilyon mula sa  buwis at  iba pang bayarin natin, at ng SAF 44, sa gobyernong Aquino. Nang-masaker na, nagnakaw pa tapos gusto pang bigyan ng P70 bilyon ng pera natin at ng sariling kaharian sa pamamagitan ng BBL.Nang WALA PA N ISANG KILLERNA NAPAPARUSAHAN, HALOS ISANG TAON PAGKATAPOS NG MASSACRE.  

Sumagot na ang gstong sumagot. At kayo na ang magsabi, mga kababayan, kung ano ang dapat itawag sa gantng sitwasyon. ###  

DON’T OPPOSE NEW MAMASAPANO PROBE!

If there is nothing to hide, no one should oppose or belittle the reopening of the Senate investigation into the Mamasapano massacre of the PNP-SAF 44. Whoever does so should be included in the probe. Instead, everybody should welcome the new probe.  It will be another chance to find out the whole truth, the true story before, during and after the massacre. Whether Malacanang or anybody else admits it or not, there are still KEY QUESTIONS which have not been 100 PERCENT clarified.

Foremost of which is the supposed ‘stand-down’ order given by PNoy to commandoes on standby who had asked for permission to rescue their beleaguered 44 comrades.  Let’s keep in mind, people, that the stand-by commandoes were just meters away from the encounter site. The SAF 44 were already being slaughtered as they desperately radioed for reinforcements but as well know, no one came until they were all dead. What could have been more important than saving men whom you knew were dying just meters away from their comrades who could have saved them?

Malacanang has denied PNoy’s supposed ‘stand down’ order. But again, there‘s no blow-by-blow account of what he did or what orders he issued as commander-in-chief to rescue the SAF 44. He was regularly briefed of what’s going on since morning of that day. Worse, PNoy took about a week or so AFTER THE MASSACRE before he re-appeared in public to talk about it. WHAT KEPT HIS MOUTH SHUT for so long, considering that the SAF 44 were his men and they were massacred?

Why were PNP survivors isolated from the media and the public for several days right after the massacre? Why couldn’t any member of media interview them? And lastly, government and MILF peace negotiators were also reportedly informed of what was happening to the SAF 44 early that day to help stop the fighting immediately  Still, the battle raged for hours until the SAF 44 were annihilated. What exactly did the two sides do and talk about?

The Mamasapano massacre isn’t a dead horse, yet.  Unless somebody ‘kills’ it, once and for all.30

PNOY, DAPAT UNAHIN SA MAMASAPANO PROBE!

Kapag sinimulan  na ang imbestigasyon muli sa massacre ng SAF 44 sa Mamasapano massacre, si PNOY ANG DAPAT UINANG KWESTYUNIN. At kung wala siyang DAPAT ITAGO O KINAKATAKUTANG MABUNYAG, DAPAT AGAD PUMAYAG si Pnoy ng walang anumang alinlangan. Para MAGKAALAMAN NA NG KATOTOHANAN, lalong lalo na sa pagpigil umano ni PNoy sa mga gustong sumaklolo sana sa SAF 44 sa kainitain ng labanan, managot na ang dapat pang managot at matahimik na ang mga naulila at KALULUWA ng mga bayani.

Ikinaila na ng Malacanang na nagbigay ng ‘stand-down order’ o pinigilan ni PNoy nang susugod na sana sa labanan ang mga kasamahan ng SAF 44para tulungan at iligtas ang mga natitira pang buhay. Bilang Pangulo, si PNoy din ang commander-in-chief ng PNP at ng military. SIYA LAMANG ang may kapangyaruhan na pigilin ang anumang kilos ng mga ito anumang oras niya gusto, gaano man kagrabe ang sitwasyon. Subalit, at itama ako ninuman kung mali ako, WALANG ANUMANG PRUWEBA na naipakita ang Malacanang para patunayan na walang pinigil na saklolo si PNoy para sa SAF 44.

Hindi pa rin malinaw kung bakit HINDI NIYA AGAD INIUTOS ANG AGAD NA SAKLOLO para sa SAF 44 nang umaga pa lang na humingi na ang mga ito at rumadyo kung gaano karami ang kalaban nila. Kug matatandaan ninyo, mga kababayan, lahat ng ulat sa media ay nagsabig ILANG METRO LAMANG ANG LAYO ng mga kasamahan ng SAF 44 at ng headquarters ng 6^th Infantry Division ng Army sa lugar ng engkwentrto.  Hindi ako pulis o sundalo pero IISA ang sagot ng mahigit 10 opisyal  ng PNP at ng Armed Forces nang hingan ko sila ng kmento ---  unang hingi pa lamang ng SAF 44 ng saklolo ay mayroon na AGAD  DAPAT PINADALA sa mga kasama ng mga ito,   gayundin ang 6^th Infantry Division. Subalit tulad ng alam na ng madla, HANGGANG SA MAUBOS ang SAF 44 sa buong maghapon ay WALANG DUMATING na saklolo.

Isa pang DAPAT LINAWIN ni PNoy ay ANO-ANO EKSAKTO ANG GINAWA O INIUTOS NYA, bilang cmmander-in-chief, noong kainitan ng labana o bago napatay lahat ang SAF 44.  TANDAAN NATIN, mga kababayan, ILANG ORAS kasama ni PNoy sa maghapon ang mga pinaka-matataas na opsyal ng PNP at militar habang tuluy-tuloy na ang bakbakan sa Mamasapano. DAPAT PANGALANAN ng PNP at ng military ang lahat ng mga kasama o nakapaligid noon kay PNoy nang ibigay nito umano ang ‘STAND DOWN’ ORDER.’  At higit sa lahat, kailangang LINAWIN din ni PNoy kung bakit maliban sa pakikiramay sa mga naulila HALOS WALA SIYANG GINAWA, O GINAGAWA, para mapabilis ang pagbigay ng katarungan ang pag-massacre sa SAF 4. Pero para sa Bangsamoro Basic Law, SIYA MISMO ang paulit-ulit na  nagtatanggol dito at nangungulit sa Kongreso na ipasa na ito.  Malalim pa ang Mamasapano massacre, mga kababayan. MAR, GRACE, BINAY MUST REVEAL CAMPAIGN DONORS NOW!

Presidential candidates Mar Roxas, Grace Poe and Jejomar Binay must reveal the sources of their campaign funds immediately to help assure the people that they’re not SPENDING GOVERNMENT MONEY. They should not just reveal their contributors but show PHYSICAL PROOF as well that these people exist and are financially capable of donating huge sums  to their campaign expenses.

Sa isang balita sa ibat-ibang news websites, iniulat ng AC Nielsen media research company na mula Enero hanggang Disyembre noong 2015, si Roxas ay gumastos na ng P774,192,000 sa kaniyangkampanya. Pangalawa si Binay, P695,555,000 at pangatlo si Poe, .P694, 603,000. Kung susumahin  ang lahat, aabot ng P2.164 BILYON na ang nagagastos nina Mar, Binay at Poe. NGAYON PA LAMANG.  Ang halagang ito ay para sa kanilang mga commercial lamang sa  radio at telebisyon. At mahigit 100 araw pa bago  maghalalan. Ngayon, isipin ninyong mabuti  ito, mga kababayan:

Mula’t sapul ay mismong si Binay ang nagsasabi na anak-mahirap lamang siya. Si Poe naman, pati na ang mga umampon sa kaniyang sina Fernando Poe Jt. at Susan Roces, ,ay  hindi nabalita kahit kalian na ganong kayaman para makayang gumastos ng P694 milyon sa commercials pa lamang,  Akam ng madla na super yaman ang angkang pinanggalingan ng ina ni Roxas, ang mga Araneta. Subalit sentido komon na ang magsasabi na walang gagastos ng sarili niyang pera na singlaki ng nagastos na nina Roxas, Poe at Binay para sa COMMERCIALS LAMANG Tiyak na ang agad na ikakatwiran nila ay galing sa mga kontribusyon. Maaari, o sabihin na nating tutoo.  Subalit napakaaga pa para maglabas ang mga magko-contribution ng napakalalaking halaga. Bukod sa dikitan ang  laban ng tatlo sa mga surveys, Pebrero pa ang opisyal na simula ng kampanya.

So they have to reveal their funders at once. They should show PHYSICAL PROOF as well that these people really exist, since anyone can come up with 100 or more names anytime. Their proof should show that their funders are financially capable of donating huge sums to their campaign expenses. Their WORDS ALONE are not enough guarantee that they’r e not  spending  public funds. Remember, people, Roxas is the official candidate of the Aquino government. Binay and Poe have public funds at their disposal, being vice-president and senator, respectively.  And P2.164 billion, or even part of it, can pay for a whole damned lot for the needs of the poor and the displaced – food, shelter for those who lost their homes to disasters, medicines and medical care  for the sick, livelihood assistance, you name it.

Tuad ng madalas kong sabihin, kung walang dapat itago, WALANG PROBLEMANG  MAGPALIWANAG anumang oras. 30

ESCUDERO'S TURN TO MISINFORM THE PUBLIC

Its Sen. Francis Escudero’s turn to condition the people’s mind and hopefully draw public sympathy (AWA NG TAUMBAYAN) to his presidential running mate Sen. Grace Poe.

In a story in thestandard.com.ph, Escudero said he hopes the Supreme Court will stop the Commission on Elections (Comelec) from “bullying” Poe when the justices convene on Jan. 19 to hear the oral arguments on her petitions. Among others, Escudero cited the speedy action of the Comelec on Poe’s disqualification ahead of obvious nuisance candidates like those calling themselves “Lucifer” and “Intergalactic Ambassador.” He also noted the Comelec’s refusal to consolidate the four petitions against Poe and that

:the Comelec threw out her appeal two days before Christmas.”

Para malinaw at walang MABOLA si Escudero na inapi ng Comelec si Poe:

Estudyante man sa high school ay MAIISIP na d hamak na MAS IMPORTANTE ang kaso ni Poe kesa mga kaso ng mga kandidatong panggulo lamang. At COMMON SENSE na ang magsasabi na kahit sino at kahit saan, ang matinong namamahala ay UUNAHIN MUNA ANG MAS IMPORTANTE kesa  hindi.  Pangalawa:  Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako pero kahit na mga senador sina Poe at Escudero at kasama sa nangunguna si Grace sa mga kandidato sa pagka-presidente, WALA SILANG KARAPATAN O KAPANGYARIHAN na diktahan ang Comelec o IPILIT NILA ANG GUSTO NILA. Hindi ko lang matandaan ang rksaktong pesta, mga  kababayan, pero alalahanin natin, HUMINGI SI POE NG MAGKAHIWALAY NA EXTENSIONS upang maisumite ang kaniyan g mga affidavit at resulta ng unang DNA test na ginawa sa mga taong inakala niya ay kapamilya ng mga tunay niyang magulang. Kaya, NATURAL na nadelay ang pagdinig  sa mga petisyon laban kay Poe sa Comelec. KUNG SINUNOD ni Poe ang mga unang DEADLINE para sa kaniyang affidavit at resulta ng DNA test. hindi siguro aabutin ng Disyembre ang mga usapin laban kay Poe.

SOMETHING'S UP WITH POE CASE, PEOPLE!

A story in gmanews.tv says The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) will defend  the Senate Electoral Tribunal's (SET) decision that Sen. Grace Poe is a natural-born Filipino. But the OSG WILL NOT DEFEND the Comelec decision disqualifying Poe from the presidential race.

Sa mga hindi nakakaalam, ang OSG ang tumatayong pangunahing OPISYAL NA ABUGADO ng mga ahensiya ng gobyerno sa husgado. Kaya’t  sa mga  abugadong makakabasa nito, paki-paliwanag ang mga sumusunod, please:

LEGAL BA ang gagawing HINDI PAGTATANGGOL ng OSG sa Comelec? LEGAL ba ang ginawang pagtatanggol ng OSG sa SET? SINO BA ang dapat na prioridad ng OSG, ang SET o ang Comelec? At SINO ang nag-approve na unang ipagtanggol ng OSG ang SET kesa Comelec? Kung hindi ipagtatanggol ng OSG ang Comelec, sino ang tatayong abugado ng Comelec? At ano ang mangyayari sa Comelec sa oral arguments sa disqualification cases ni Poe sa Korte Suprema sa Enero 19?

And take note, people: Poe’s running mate, Sen. Chiz Escudero, was raising hell on the Comelec’s supposedly speedy decision to disqualify Poe two days before Christmas. He even cited the holiday season and its constraints to Poe’s ability to prepare their Supreme Court appeal.

Pero ngayon, heto: UNANG ARAW PA LAMANG NG TRABAHO NG TAON PERO MERON NA AGAD KOMENTO NG PAGTATANGGOL PARA SA KANILA, AT SA OSG PA GALING, hindi sa kung sinong abugado lamang. PAANO nIla nagawa ito? SINO ANG TUMULONG SA KANILA?###

PROVE LEGITIMACY OF MRT-3 CONTRACT, ABAYA!

PROVE THERE’S NO MRT-3 CONTRACT ANOMALY!
Transportation Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya says there were no irregularities in the awarding of the P3.8-billion maintenance contract for the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) to a Korean-Filipino group without public bidding. Prove it, Mr. Secretary. Immediately, please!

Disclose ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the contract to the public for scrutiny both by Congress and the private sector. Include the company profiles and other records for the people to find out if the owner of any member-companies of the group are members or supporters of the Liberal Party or not.

Come out with the technical, financial and management capability of the Korean-Filipino business group to whom you awarded the P3.81-billion maintenance contract without public bidding. How much is the capitalization of each member company of the group? Come out with the track record of this group in maintaining a train line as big as MRT-3, for scrutiny and validation by independent experts from the private sector. If that group does not have enough capital, and resources, as well as proven expertise in undertaking the maintenance contract, you had better have indisputable proof, Mr. Abaya, that no money changed hands following the awarding.

And most of all, Mr. Abaya, since you clamed a SUPPOSED EMERGENCY as the main reason for awarding the P3,81-billion maintenance contract, prove the emergency. Come out with the details, Mr. Abaya. What exactly is the trouble and where – the train coaches, the tracks, signaling system? Who categorized the problem as an emergency and how long has this been going on? Of course, you will say, you had tried to remedy the emergency so tell us what have you done, and what were the results. If you did not do, and have not done, anything about it, you had better have a solid justification why you should not be fired.

Your mere words, Mr. Abaya are not and will never be enough. The continued deterioration of MRT-3 under your watch is more than enough proof that your pronouncements alone cannot be trusted. The 500,000 plus passengers of MRT-3 and the people as a whole, who pay for all the expenses of the train line with their hard-earned salaries and taxes, have all the right to know the truth on where their monies go to. 30
