RESORTS WORLD HAD BETTER EXPLAIN THIS!

Unless Resorts World officials CONVINCINGLY explains it, a closed circuit television (CCTV) photo of the supposed gunman will boost the possibility that the attack was an INSIDE JOB.

The photo shows the supposed gunman (men) sitting on and standing near a staircase. Surely, there is a control room for the CCTV system in Resorts World like in any other big and classy establishment. So it’s both RIDICULOUS AND IMPOSSIBLE that the technician or security officer on duty DID NOT NOTICE the gunman and his rifle. A thousand times more impossible and unbelievable if the technician or security officer DID NOT REPORT the gunman at once to his superiors. Now, think about these, boys and girls:

BAKIT HINDI AGAD PINUNTAHAN sa hagdanan ang gunman at HINULI o binaril para MADISABLE agad kung kinakailangan? NAGIISA ang gunman, HINDI SUGATAN at walang anumang bakas ng pakikipagbarilan o gulo. Kaya tiyak na kuha ang CCTV photo BAGO NAGSIMULA ang trahedya. Bakit HININTAY MUNANG MAKAPASOK AT MAKAPAGPAPUTOK ang gunman sa loob ng casino bago ito hinarap ng mga security?

Another thing, instead of hiding in a room or any other CLOSED SPOT, the gunman (men) chose the STAIRCASE, where he is VISIBLE to CCTV camera. He was even, visibly CALM AND UNMINDFUL of the risks of his location. The gunman was smart enough to carry out the attack so he definitely knew what a CCTV is and even saw it (unless the camera (s) was hidden, which is highly doubtful).  HOW THE HELL did the gunman get into the staircase with his rifle UNTOUCHED?

Panghuli, kapag magnanakaw ang sinuman, ang NORMAL na gagawin nito ay AGAD NA PUPUNTA SA KINALALAGYAN ng kaniyang nanakawin at kunin ito upang makatakas agad. Para mas maseguro nitong hindi siya mahuhuli. Pero sa kaso ng Resorts World gunman, NAGHINTAY MUNA ITO, NG LANTARAN, bago kumilos.

SOMETHING’S SUSPICIOUS IN RESORTS WORLD ATTACK!

A story in gmanews.tv said at Resorts World Manila Chief Operating Officer Stephen Reilly admitted in a press briefing that security personnel outside the premises who are armed, did not engage the gunman when they saw him with an Armalite rifle so as not to "escalate the situation."

This is BULLSHIT TO THE MAX, boys and girls. Something’s NOT RIGHT!

Regardless of whether or not Reilly or any other Resorts World official admits to STUPDITY OR COWARDICE, OR BOTH, COMMON SENSE DICTATES that a civilian with an Armalite must NEVER BE ALLOWED in any establishment WITHOUT OFFICIAL OR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.. Only the NUMBER ONE IDIOT AMONG THE IDIOTS would not have thought that the man was of HIGHLY-DUBIOUS CHARACTER and could very well be out for something criminal or illegal.

So for Reilly to say that security personnel did not engage the man with an Armalite rifle so as not to “escalate the situation” is RIDICULOUS, IDIOTIC AND SUSPICIOUS. 

PISO MANALO ISANG LIBO, HINDI TATANGGAPIN ng security personnel ng Resorts World na DUWAG SILANG LAHAT. Ako, personal, hindi rin maniniwala.

Why, then, was the gunman not engaged or even stopped by security personnel from entering?  Had it been necessary they could have tackled and overpowered the gunman before he could even aim his Armalite at them.  There are also no reports that somebody called for backup from outside or inside the hotel when they saw the Armalite on the man’s shoulder. Why didn’t anybody do these? It would also be TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE if Resorts World officials will say NOBODY among the guards who first saw the gunman REPORTED THE SITUATION AT ONCE to the chief security officer or supervisor on duty.

Were security personnel really too scared or were they under orders to let the gunman and his Armalite in?  If they and Resorts World officials will say their security guys got scared, then why did they have the courage to engage him in a shootout when the shooting started?  WHY DID THEY HAVE TO WAIT for the gunman to start firing before taking him down? WHY NOT the very moment they saw him with an Armalite?

As I had said in my preceding blog, guys, the Resorts World attack is not as simple as it appears to be.30

Here are my observations on the Resorts World shooting spree early this morning.

First: Police officials say the gunman had an Armalite hanging from his shoulder when he entered the hotel and was accosted by security guards. But the security guys panicked and fled when they saw the Armalite. This is quite RIDICULOUS.

I consulted a security specialist before writing this piece. He said if the guards managed to accost the gunman and eventually saw his Armalite, their normal reaction would have been to DRAW THEIR SIDEARMS IMMEDIATELY and point this at him. The specialist emphasized that no security guard would just run away upon seeing a gun more powerful than his on a guest or visitor at his post because it would be ground for his immediate termination. And even if, assuming, that those guards got too scared, the normal procedure would have been to radio their colleagues for backup, and then chase the gunman. But as I was writing this there were no reports to that effect.

Second: HOW did the gunman KNOW where the chips storage room is? Was it pointed out to him before he attacked? If anybody will say the gunman was a casino patron how did he know what time to strike, when he could find as much as P113 million worth of chips?

Third: Most of all, if it was a robbery attempt as police claim, why did the gunman take chips instead of cash?  

I am not a security expert but I will dare say that the Resorts World attack is NOT AS SIMPLE AS IT SEEMS! 30

Defense and military officials say 500 terrorists are involved in the Marawi City fighting. Considering the scope of the attacks, and the continued resistance of the terrorists a week after they came, this is a reasonable estimate. Now, boys and girls, think about this:

The Maute terrorists DID NOT ATTACK Marawi City for FREE. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but since their rampage began, they have not expressed any MORAL OR LEGAL reason for their criminal actions. And since they knew the possibility of getting killed and leaving their families behind, the Maute terrorists definitely did not settle for loose change or small amounts for their fees.

So let’s conservatively put the average pay of every terrorist at P100,000 each That would amount to P50 MILLION. Add to this their pocket money and, of course, expenses for their guns, ammunition and special weapons like rocket propelled grenade launchers. I know little of the costs of these but I will still dare put it at a minimum of another P50 million, and counting since fighting goes on to this day.

That brings the total to P100 million. Plus burial expenses and assistance to the families of the terrorists who have been killed and other operational and incidental costs. Personally, I’d put it at another P50 million, for a total of P150 million, CONSERVATIVELY. Now, this is the crucial point:

KRIMINAL LAMANG, lalo pa iyong may mga illegal na negosyong nalulugi na sa Marawi o mga karatig bayan, ang MAGTATAPON NG GANITONG HALAGA para lamang guluhin ang Marawi City –manunog, pumatay ng mga inosenteng sibilyan, magpakawala ng mga bilanggo at iba pa. WALANG MATINONG NEGOSYANTE, o pulitiko, ang gagastos ng ganito kalaking halaga para lamang manggulo. Kriminal, o mga taong may target na posisyon o impluwensiya sa gobyerno, city government man ng Marawii o national government, ang magpopondo ng ganitong kalaking gulo.

And take note, people, those who denounce the martial law declaration in Mindanao non-stop have NOT SAID A WORD AGAINST THE MAUTE ATTACKERS in Marawi UP TO NOW!  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong, in anything I’ve said. 30
