The cost of added electricity the government wants under the emergency powers will be from P6 to P12 billion in PUBLIC FUNDS.

Kahit na one percent na lang ang commission o finders’ fee, tumataginting itong P60 milyon sa P6 bilyon at P120 milyon naman sa P12 billion.  At higit sa lahat, TATAAS lalo ang halaga ng kuryente.

THE EVILS IN PNOY'S EMERGENCY POWERS!

This is HOW EVIL the emergency powers PNoy is demanding to deal with a SUPPOSED BUT STILL UNEXPLAINED AND UN-CLARIFIED electricity shortage next year:

In a story in manilastandardtoday.com, Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares said a copy of the joint resolution which he managed to obtain shows that:

The people would pay for power whether or not it is actually consumed.

The government can spend TAXPAYERS’ MONEY TO REHABILITATE, REPAIR AND IMPROVE PLANTS OWNED BY THE PRIVATE SECTOR.  

We’re the CUSTOMERS, WE WILL BE PAYING HIGHER ELECTRICITY charges and yet, it’s still US WHO WILL SPEND for the NEEDS of the SOURCES of the MORE EXPENSIVER POWER we will use.

As we say in Tagalog, DOBLE PAHIRAP, DOBLE KALBARYO and yet  it’s PERFECTLY ALRIGHT WITH PNOY.

The budget for the emergency powers will come from the Malampaya fund, which has NEVER BEEN TOUCHED DESPITE THE POWER SHORTAGE in Mindanao and other areas for the past year or two, and the NON-REPAIR AND REHABILITATION of state-owned power plants.

If it’s for PNoy’s emergency powers, Malampaya CAN AND WILL BE TAPPED. If it’s for the quick relief of the people’s power woes, PNoy WOULDN’T TAKE EVEN A PESO FROM IT.

The emergency powers will last up to July 31, 2015 or nine months, three times longer than what the proponents had asked for. And there’s NO JUSTIFICATION for it.

Permits will be bypassed, even if doing so can destroy the power grid and cause blackouts since new plants won’t have to undergo the required grid impact study.

Under the rules of Congress, emergency powers cannot be passed in the House of Representatives alone. A bill or resolution should first be deliberated upon at the committee level and then at the plenary.

But more than a month after the NON-STOP THREATS by Energy Sec. Jericho Petilla of a power crisis next year, Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares said the draft of the joint resolution for emergency powers for PNoy HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED yet to the House committee on energy.

And as we all know by now, PNoy himself is DEMANDING emergency powers and has warned Congress that they  will be the ones to blame if they don’t give in to him IMMEDIATELY and brownouts strike next year.

TO HELL with the rules. He wants emergency powers NOW, period.  And he’s not giving up on being PRESIDENT AGAIN in 2016.

We only have two choices: CONTINUATION OR END of our ongoing NIGHTMARE.

DEHUMANIZING ABUSE TO THE MAX BY PNOY

This is how DEHUMANIZING the PNoy governmet is treating us now.

First, PNoy has warned that if he doesn’t get emergency powers to deal with a supposed electricity shortage next year, Congress should be blamed.

IT’S NOT THE JOB of Congress to ensure ADEQUATE POWER SUPPLY.

That’s the RESPONSIBILITY of the Department of Energy (DOE). But up to now, PNoy HAS NOT held the department ACCOUNTABLE – no sanctions on or probe of Energy Sec. Jericho Petilla, no inquiry into the supposed looming shortage, NO NOTHING.

Petilla is SUPER INCOMPETENT and once he’s given the emergency powers, the price of electricity will rise. But for PNoy IT’S US, who have to suffer, NOT PETILLA.

And if PNoy doesn’t immediately get the REWARD he wants for his and PETILLA’S INCOMPETENCE, what happens next is AGAIN NOT HIS FAULT but that of other people, in this case Congress.

But you know what’ is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS, or should I say STINKS, people?

A story in manilastandardtoday.com quoted Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares as saying that according to Petilla, “as of the last week of May that there was enough power supply for 2015 and even for 2016.Then by July he said that there would be a 400 megawatt deficit and recently claimed the deficit may reach up to 900-1,000 MW. The DOE has not fully established the basis of this predicted deficit.”

Second: Hacienda Luisita farmers filed charges Monday against presidential sister Ballsy Aquino, uncle Jose ‘Peping’ Cojuangco and several other people for alleged attempted murder, arson, child abuse, physical injuries, illegal arrest and arbitrary detention, theft, robbery and malicious mischief.

But instead of the accused reacting to the charges, IT’S MALACANANG who replied. Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma Jr. said “it is but proper for those who are accusing to present their evidence.”

So, Malacanang is NOW A MEDIA BUREAU OF THE AQUINOS AND THE COJUANGCOS. And since Coloma is technically being PAID WITH OUR TAXES, THEN WE ARE PAYING FOR HIS DEFENSE of Ballsy and the rest of the accused.

A total of eight CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS filed against them and Ballsy and her groups GET A FREE DEFENSE form Malacanang, AT OUR EXPENSE.

I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that except for personal security, there’s no law which grants FREE GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE IN ANY WAY to family members of PNoy for their PERSONAL GAIN.

Especially considering the fact that they’re SUPER RICH and can VERY WELL AFFORD anything they need in facing or reacting to the farmers’ charges against them.

This is HOW DEEP THE ABUSE we are going through now under PNoy. And he still wants a second term in 2016.

THE CHOICE IS OURS. 30

POLITICS MORE VITAL THAN EBOLA FOR PNOY, GUINGONA!

These are excerpts from three stories in the interaksyon website:

According to the World Health Organization, 4,033 people have died from Ebola as of Oct. 8 out of a total of 8,399 registered cases in seven countries.

And Department of Health (DOH) Assistant Secretary Enrique Tayag has warned that “it is just a matter of time” before the country “reports its first Ebola case.”

Almost two months after Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago filed separate resolutions, on Aug. 12 and 19, to look into the country’s preparedness to deal with the disease, the Senate committee on health and demography chaired by Sen. Teofisto Guingona III has not yet conducted even a single hearing.

Even though Santiago’s resolutions were referred to Guingona’s committee a day after they were read in session. 

And where is Guingona? He is deliberating the 2015 DOH budget and attending the public discussion on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), the most endorsed bill by PNoy these days, in Mindanao.

This s NOTHING LESS THAN SHAMELESS POLITICKING AND VULGAR DISREGARD for the greater majority of the people by both PNoy and Guingona.

The BBL is important, no question about that.

But while PNoy and his ‘pa-pogi’ boys practically NEVER RUN OUT of issues to discuss about the BBL, PRACTICALLY NOTHING has been heard from them about the Ebola threat.

Keep in mind, people, that the BBL is only for our Muslim brothers in Mindanao, while Ebola CAN STRIKE, and God forbid, KILL PEOPLE ANYWHERE IN THE CONTRY.

But PNoy would rather INSIST AND PERSIST on a second term, emergency powers to deal with the supposed but STILL BASELESS electricity shortage next year, anything he can attack his predecessor Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo with, and other self-serving issues.

Nothing as extensive about Ebola. Simply a TOTAL DISREGARD for the welfare of the many in his ALL-OUT PURSUIT OF HIS SELF-INTERESTS.

And as we say in poker, choose your wild for Guingona: He’s waiting first for Ebola to strike the country, and kill someone, before starting an inquiry or he’s simply following the wishes of PNoy to endear himself more this early in preparation for the 2016 polls.

Whatever you choose, one thing remains: PNoy and Guingona COULD’NT CARE LESS if Ebola starts attacking us while they have pending vested interests, AT OUR EXPENSE. 30 

SOUND THE ALARM VERSUS PNOY!

It’s now PNoy himself who’s proving that he’s DESPERATE to stay in power after his term ends in 2016.

And as we all know, when a man is determined to hold on to the power he has, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE and to the country he rules.

A story in abs-cbnnews.com quoted PNoy as reacting to a survey showing 62 percent of the people don’t want another term for him: There is still the 18 percent undecided, but what if I get about 13 percent? That means an absolute majority. And that’s NOT HARD TO GET.”

NOT HARD TO GET can only mean that PNoy will use anything and everything at his disposal to CONDITION OUR MINDS THAT HE IS STILL THE BEST PRESIDENT WE CAN EVER HAVE.

For this upcoming MASIVE BRAINWASHING, mainstream media will play the major role. As I’ve forewarned in an earlier blog, we can expect the following:

A FLOOD OR DELUGE of press releases on supposed accomplishments and projects of all kinds of all government agencies. They will claim hundreds of thousands or millions of people have benefited from the projects and achievements.

But if there will be NO SPECIFICS – NO NAMES AND LOCATION OF BENEFICIARIES, NO DETAILS of the projects, NO BREAKDOWN OR ACOCUNTING of supposed funds disbursed  and the like – trust me, people, the press release is one CHEAP ‘pa-pogi’ BAGFUL OF LIES trying to MAKE IDIOTS OUT OF US. 

Press releases on tens or hundreds of millions and billions released by the Budget Department for this and that project.

Remember this, boys and girls: The release of funds for projects IS A DUTY of the government. DOING ONE’S JOB IS, and can NEVER BE, an accomplishment. 

INTENSIFIED and FAST TRACKED court action or other legal proceedings against members of the OPPOSITION and THREATS to the continued presidency of PNoy or the reign of the Liberal Party as the RULING political group after the 2016 polls.

Don’t be surprised if these will be supported by a NEW STREAM OF ALLEGATIONS AND ‘EXPOSES’ against the accused or other political rivals without cases yet.

Just don’t forget, guys, that under our laws anyone is PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY by the court. NOT BY PNOY’S conclusions or analysis, or those of his allies and mouthpieces, or by the NUMBER OF PRESS RELEASES on the issue at hand.

Press releases pm simultaneous action by PNoy on major problems of the country like electricity and infrastructure, with supporting press releases saying he will need another term to finish everything.

And if all these fail,, WIDESPREAD LAWLESSNESS AND CHAOS OR EXTREMELY DARING CRIMINAL ACTS LIKE AN AMBUSH OR ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT on PNoy himself or other top ranking officials.

A seemingly undeniable breakdown of law and order that only martial law or authoritarian rule can remedy, and under which PNoy CONTINUED RULE CAN NO LONGER BE STOPPED.

Tell me NOTHING AND NO ONE CAN FOOL US, PEOPLE. PLEASE! 30

INCREASED SATISFACTION WITH PNOY TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!

A story in abs-cbnnews.com says according to a Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, PNoy’s satisfaction ratings have improved from 25 to 34 percentage points compared to the June results.

Some people really think we ordinary mortals are as STUPID AS THEY ARE, that we will readily believe and be convinced of whatever they say in media.

This SWS polls is one NAUSEATING pack of lies. There is NOTHING TO BE SATISFIED WITH PNOY from June till September.

First, among other: Criminality is on the rise. Prices of basic commodities and utilities like electricity and water have not gone from their almost UNAFFORDABLE LEVELS. Government officials themselves concede that traffic remains a daily nightmare for both commuters and motorists.

Tens of thousands of victims of super typhoon ‘Yolanda’ remain homeless and in tents, with NO CLEAR END in sight to their sub-human existence.

And for the past month or so, Energy Sec. Jericho Petilla himself has been repeatedly warning, like a broken compact disc, of a power shortage next year, indisputable proof of the INCOMPETENCE of PNoy’s government to handle the power industry.

HOW THE HELL CAN MORE PEOPLE BE SATISFIED NOW WITH PNOY?

Second: Since Malacanang is already BOASTING about this SWS ratings improvement poll, let’s not forget that an earlier Pulse Asia survey revealed that a WHOPPING 62 PERCENT DO NOT WANT a second term for PNoy,

Both surveys were conducted in September. The difference between 62 and 34 percent is 28 PERCENT.

Third: The ONLY GROUP which has openly expressed satisfaction with PNoy is More2Come. But LET’S NOT FORGET, boys and girls that up to now, they have NOT YET IDENTIFIED their supposed sponsors to convincingly prove that they are not being funded by Malacanang or the Liberal Party.

I wrote a conservative estimate of More2Come’s expenditures in an earlier blog.

In contrast, there have been TWO CALLS ALREADY, one from Lipa in Batangas and the other from Cebu, for PNoy’s resignation. And both have NO HIDDEN SPONSORS OR SUPPORTERS.

Fourth, a separate Pulse Asia survey released Thursday showed that more Filipinos are hopeful that the Aquino administration can successfully address corruption in the use of public funds.

JUST HOPING, and not automatically SATISFIED, with PNoy’s rperformance.

So what increased satisfaction with PNoy is SWS talking about? Their respondents are probably all from More2 Come. 30 

COLOMA LYING ON HELP TO MERCADO!

Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma was quoted in a story in manilastandardtoday.com that although former Makati vice mayor Ernesto Mercado is under the Justice Department’s Witness Protection Program (WPP), the government wasn’t helping him gather evidence of corruption against Vice President Jejomar Binay.

My take: Coloma’s LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH and trying to make IDIOTS out of us. For the record, I am not a supporter of Binay and this PIECE IS NOT IN DEFENSE of the Vice President.

Think about this, boys and girls:

Mercado ADMITTED IN MEDIA that he was a passenger in the helicopter which circled an hacienda in Batangas which he claimed was owned by Binay.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but anybody under the WPP CAN’TJUST GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WITHOUT ESCORT.

So Mercado was ALLOWED by a WPP bigwig to JOIN that flight.

I’m categorically saying allowed because NO ONE among the WPP bosses, especially Justice Sec. Leila de Lima, has claimed that Mercado only escaped from their custody to join that trip.

If WPP bosses will claim that Mercado LIED on the reason for that trip, they HAVE NOT SANCTIONED OR DISCIPLINED HIM EITHER for it.

If Mercado had a different purpose for that trip, like a family emergency, Coloma may have been telling the truth.

But the mere fact that the supposed Binay property was the destination is NOTHING LESS THAN SHAMELESS VULGARITY of the government’s LIES ON SUPPOSEDLY BEING ‘HANDS OFF’ on the accusations against the Vice President.

At the EXPENSE OF US TAXPAYERS, since public funds are being spent on Mercado’s stay in the WPP.

If De Lima or any other WPP official will insist that they have nothing to do with Mercado’s flight to the alleged Binay hacienda, then they should have no problem in ordering the former vice mayor to PUBLICLY REVEAL the details and other passengers.

And to COME OUT WITH DOCUMENTARY PROOF that public funds were not used for it.

If the WPP, De Lima and Malacanang will leave Mercado UNTOUCHED, then  it would be INSANITY TO BELIEVE ANYTHING ELSE THEY WILL SAY on any other issue. 30

ABAYA SHOULD RESIGN, NOW!

Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Sec. Jun Abaya SHOULD RESIGN, NOW, over the MISERABLE AND LIFE-THREATENING STATE of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) -Line 3.

That is, assuming he still has some SHAME AND DECENCE left in his system.

A story in interaksyon.com revealed that six of the 16.9-kilometer MRT-3 route needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY.

And as early as August 20, 2014 former MRT-3 officer-in-charge Honorito Chaneco had informed the DOTC of maintenance provider Global-APT’s failure to “obtain and supply MRT-3 parts including stock rails,” as  provided for in the maintenance contract .

ABAYA DID NOT DO ANYTHING to Global-APT, as evidenced by .DOTC Undersecretary Edwin Lopez memorandum last Sept. 4 to current MRT-3 OIC Renato San Jose that the number of stock rails has gone down to 2.5 pieces from 29 pieces last year.

Now, San Jose warns that if there will be another rail breakage like what happened just last Tuesday, “we won’t allow the train to run,”

Imagine guys, if you can, the HAVOC OR CHAOS that the 500,000 to  600,000 MRT RIDERS will trigger in the NIGHTMARISH TRAFFIC WE’RE NOW SUFFERING if they will join the scores of commuters who wait for their rides to and from work or school everyday

But more importantly, think of how worse an accident can be due to the rail problem.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but from Aug. 20 up to now, Abaya has NOT ACTED WITH EVEN AN ATOM OF URGENCY to address the issue—no order  for a probe, no questioning or disciplinary action against APT-Global, NO NOTHING.

The 500,000 to 600,000 riders of the MRT-3 risk their lives and limbs daily. And Abaya wouldn’t GIVE A SHIT.

He’s just WATCHING, COMFORTABLY. from somewhere.

A public servant  WAITING for the next HELLISH INCONVENIENCE, if not  INJURY OR BLOODSHED, that the public he\s supposed to serve will suffer through the MRT-3.

For the MRT-3 commuters, here’s hoping Abaya still has some DECENCY and conscience left in him.30

POSSIBLE DIRTY TRICKS BY MORE2COME!

Here are some MIND-CONDITIONING DIRTY TRICKS which More2Come might use in projecting a supposed clamor for a second term for PNoy in 2016:

PAID ADVERTISEMENTS in tri-media (newspapers, TV and radio) by supposed groups who also want PNoy for President in 2016. These will be accompanied by press releases of the text of the advertisement.

But more likely than not, these advertisements will not carry the names of the sponsor. Expect More2Come, and for that matter Malacanang and the Lberal Party, to conveniently say that they have nothing to do with it.

If the advertisement will indeed carry the name (s) of the sponsor, let’s all join forces in verifying these names and their financial capacity to spend hundreds of thousands or millions f pesos on advertisements alone.

Especially if an address or location of the sponsor will be included in the advertisement to give it a semblance of credibility or existence.

In between an advertisement blitz, there be a separate series of press releases saying that more and more groups or people still prefer PNoy, or are supporting and joining More2Come or something to that effect.

If the press releases don’t identify the people or the personalities behind the group (s), and do not cite exactly how many members do these organizations have, it’s another pack of LIES.

For TV and radio, there will be video footages of a lot of people supposedly signing up in More2Comes’s signature drive.  A similar dirty trick would be rallies and similar actions asking PNoy to run again.

The camera WILL ONLY FOCUS ON THE PEOPLE supposedly signing up, and not on the entire area.  

I’ve just forgotten how but I was once told that CAMERA TRICKS CAN PROJECT a lot more people and activity than what is exactly present or happening.

Video experts out there, please educate us if I’m correct.

And as the Nov. 30 deadline set by More2Come for the 2 million signatures they expect to gather approaches, don’t be surprised if pro-PNoy rallies start coming, IN RAPID SUCCESSION.

To PREVENT THESE DECEPTIONS, RECORD More2Come’s efforts whenever you see them with your cellular phones or video cameras and post these on Facebook and other social media sites.

If you can, ask those who sign up if they really did it for love of PNoy or for money. Count for yourself how many supposed signatories will you see, to foil possible OUTRIGHT LIES in media on the actual count.

For pro-PNoy rallies, let’s check out the organizers, what makes them financially capable of spending a lot of money on mass actions alone.

As long as More2Come REFUSES TO NAME their supposed private sector supporters, the MORE REASON WE HAVE NOT TO BELIEVE THEM  that Malacanang or the Liberal Party is not their funder (s). 30

So, it’s now PNoy HIMSELF who has PROVEN HIS DESPERATION to stay in power beyond 2016.

Herminio Coloma as saying that: “Perhaps we can have a broader picture when we learn of third-quarter survey findings from SWS [Social Weather Stations] and Pulse Asia” as he reacted to a Pulse Asia survey showing 62 percent of Filipinos do not want a second term for PNoy.

For those who are unaware, ANYTHING COLOMA SAYS HAS THE CLEARANCE of the President who is his immediate boss.

Coloma’s reaction is INDISPUTABLE PROOF that PNoy’s vow of listening to his ‘bosses’ (the people) is NOTHING LESS THAN ONE BIG SHAMELESS LIE.

As I had said in an earlier blog, Pulse Asia is one of two survey firms (the other is SWS), whose results Malacanang readily recognizes and boasts of whenever these are good for them.

Therefore, with the Pulse Asia poll showing 62 percent of the people are against a second term for PNoy, there is, and SHOULD BE, NO OTHER WAY, for him than to ABANDON the idea of being president again in 2016.

But it’s now crystal clear hat PNoy would stay in power for as long as he could.

Therefore, as they say in basketball, EXPECT the government to FORCE A SECOND PRESIDENCY for PNoy through our brains. The MIND-CONDITIONING TRICKS PNoy and his boys will most likely use in media (I’m speaking as a former media man) will include the following:

A FLOOD OR DELUGE of press releases on supposed accomplishments and projects of all kinds of all government agencies. They will put tens, if not hundreds of millions, who supposedly benefited from the achievements.

But if there will be NO SPECIFICS – NO NAMES AND LOCATION OF BENEFICIARIES, NO DETAILS of the projects, NO BREAKDOWN OR ACOCUNTING of supposed funds disbursed  and the like – trust me, people, the press release is one CHEAP ‘pa-pogi’ BAGFUL OF LIES trying to MAKE IDIOTS OUT OF US. 

Press releases on tens or hundreds of millions and billions released by the Budget Department for this and that project.

Remember this, boys and girls: The release of funds for projects IS A DUTY of the government. DOING ONE’S JOB IS, and can NEVER BE, an accomplishment. 

INTENSIFIED and FAST TRACKED ccourt action or other legal proceedings against members of the OPPOSITION and THREATS to the continued presidency of PNoy or the reign of the Liberal Party as the RULING political group after the 2016 polls.

Don’t be surprised if these will be supported by a NEW STREAM OF ALLEGATIONS AND ‘EXPOSES’ against the accused.

But don’t forget, guys, that under our laws anyone is PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY by the court. NOT BY PNOY’S conclusions or analysis, or those of his allies and mouthpieces, or by the volume of press releases on the issue at hand.

Press releases pm simultaneous action by PNoy on major problems of the country like electricity and infrastructure, with supporting press releases saying he will need another term to finish everything.

Tell me NOTHING AND NO ONE CAN FOOL US, PEOPLE. PLEASE! 30

My heartfelt best wishes to all teachers, from elementary to college and both from private and public schools, as they mark World Teachers’ Day today, Oct. 5.

Yes, not just congratulations but best wishes.

May you people finally get your long overdue pay raise and benefits and the recognition you rightfully deserve for your continued dedication to your profession despite the meager financial rewards you receive.

May school owners finally have the CONSCIENCE to pay your JUST DUE from the YEARLY TUITION INCREASES AND OTHER FEES they impose.

May the government finally be HUMANE ENOUGH to reduce the HUNDREDS OF MILLIOINS OR BILLIONS in un-programmed funds and other similar appropriations and re-channel them as added salaries and benefits for you.,

And allow me to salute you with these personal dreams for your welfare:

Special groceries or supermarkets with lower than retail prices, similar to those for military personnel, so that they can buy or save more with their meager pay.

Housing projects on idle government lands nationwide and rock-bottom financing schemes and interest rates from government financing institutions.

Special discounts from government-accredited suppliers for all your teaching needs like uniforms.

Reduced taxes and higher health care benefits, like bigger discounts for medicines and treatment and hospitalization

A minimum of P1 million in immediate benefits for your children or spouse should you get killed or rendered disabled for work when you man the precincts during elections.

Please accept all my prayers for your continued good health, safety and prosperity dear teachers.

Words will never be enough to fully acknowledge or pay homage to the sacrifices you patiently endure year after year, in a million and one ways, just to see to it that our kids will walk along the path of wisdom, righteousness and godliness on their journey through Life.

WATCH OUT FOR FORGERS OR FORGERIES in the initiative of the Movement for Reform, Continuity and Momentum (More2Come) to gather 2 million signatures in Metro Manila starting yesterday until Nov. 30 to persuade PNoy to seek a second term as president.

There are ONLY 59 DAYS from yesterday until Nov. 30. That translates to approximately 34,000 SIGNATURES A DAY to achieve the 2 million target.

Common sense will make even a high school kid realize that More2Come will need hundreds, if not thousands, of field personnel to gather 34,000 signatures a day all over the metropolis.

That is, assuming, they have the money to spend for hundreds of workers and their operating needs daily. If they’ll cite the Internet as an alternative means, anyone of us CAN CREATE AS MANY ACCOUNTS as we want in social media using different names, locations and pictures.

But considering the overwhelming number of anti-PNoy posts, in various social media sites like Facebook as against the supposed pro-PNoy, plus the Pulse Asia survey saying six out of 10 do not want a second term for the president, then 34,000 signatures a day won’t be that easy.

Forgeries and other extra-ordinary means would definitely be considered.

On the supposed non-support by Malacanang and the Liberal Party:

More2ome’s signature drive means EXPENSES FOR FOOD AND DRINKS, ALLOWANCES OR HONORARIA for the personnel, INTERNET COSTS, PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FARE, GAS MONEY OR RENTALS for privately-owned vehicles, costs of printing the forms for the 2 million signatures and other miscellaneous or operating disbursements.

More2Come did not reveal the number of workers which will conduct their signature drive.

Now, let’s just put the number at 200, and their allowance at P200 each daily. That sums up to P40,000 a day or P2.360 million for 59 days. Add the other expenditures, for 59 DAYS, that I cited and it’s very safe to say that easily the group’s tab would be at least P5 to P10 million.

WHERE WILL MORE2COME get this kind of money?

And let’s not forget the full-page advertisements they came out with in vartiouis broadsheets recently. For those who don’t know, the average cost of full-page advertisements in broadsheets is P200,000 depending on the paper.

They say they’re not being supported financially by Malacanang or the Liberal Party. But neither did they show or name any super-rich sponsor for their initiative in their press conference yesterday.

The only ones who presided over the press conference were the two main leaders of the group, one a defeated mayoralty candidate from Caloocan City and the other a former airport general manager.

But both are not known publicly as being wealthy enough to afford spending millions on a signature drive alone. The losing mayoralty bet claims the signature drive is an initiative of lawyers like him. But he did not name even one of these lawyers.

From all angles, it’s the latest popularity ‘zarzuela’ for PNoy. 30

A TEST OF PNOY'S WORD OF HONOR!

Now we’ll see if PNoy has a word of honor.

The latest political survey by Pulse Asia revealed that six out of 10 Filipinos do not want PNoy to run again should the Constitution be amended  to lift term limits and allow him to seek re-election.

PNoy has REPEATEDLY DECLARED that he will listen to his ‘bosses,’ the people, before he decides if he will seek another term.

Now, Pulse Asia is one of two survey firms (the other is Social Weather Stations (SWS)), whose results Malacanang readily recognizes and boasts of whenever these are good for them.

Meaning, Malacanang takes Pulse Asia findings as the TRUTH.

Therefore, with the Pulse Asia poll answering PNoy’s query on his ‘bosses’ sentiment there is, and SHOULD BE,. NO OTHER WAY, for him to ABANDON the idea of being president again in 2016.

PUBLICLY, to prove to the people that he is a MAN OF HIS WORD.

He openly set the criteria of HIS BOSSES’ VOICE this early. So with results from Pulse Asia answering that criteria now, PRINCIPLE DICTATES that he should react just as fast, in accordance with it.

If PNoy won’t accept or recognize the Pulse Asia survey results NOW, it can only mean that he is l DESPERATELY CLINGIING to power.

More importantly, he has NO WORD OF HONOR and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED in anything he says or declares. For him word of honor is how he wants it, and not how it should be.

And when the head of state has reached that height of ARROGANCE AND EGOCENTRICITY, DICTATORSHIP can’t be far behind. 30
