Here’s  the latest DECEPTION AND BULLSHIT from Malacanang:

Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office head Secretary Ramon ‘Ricky’ Carandang says:  “The master plan on flood control is underway.”

WHICH is underway? “WHERE IS IT, if any, and is the work done JUSTIFIABLE for the ONE YEAR that has passed since the master plan was launched? I don’t see any.

All that I have seen and heard of, so far, are the supposed HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of pesos allocated for the supposed master plan.

Sarap pakinggan, DAAN-DAANG BILYONG PISO PARA SA MASTER PLAN. Nakakatuwa. Pero WALA PA AKONG NAKIKITA, NADINIG SA RADYO O SA TV o NABASA SA DYARYO na nasimulan nang proyekto na kasama kuno sa master plan.

DAAN-DAANG BILYONG DALDAL lamang ang nakikita at naririnig natin.

A story in manilastandardtoday.com last Saturday said the master plan Includes a 100-kilometer ring dike around Laguna Lake and an eight-kilometer dike with pumping stations around Meycauayan River to address flooding in Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela (Camanava).

To Camanava residents: Have you seen any construction work for these planned dikes in your areas? 

May masasabi ba kayo KAHIT ISANG PROYEKTO na nasimulan na sa inyong lugar? Kung meron man, hanggang saan na ang trabaho isang taon matapos ilaunch ang master plan kuno?

I’m a native of Malabon. I regularly get in touch with my friends and former townmates, either by phone calls or personal visits. And all that I get are consistent complaints of NON-STOP FLOODING, EVEN DURING HIGHG TIDE.

Public Works and Highways Sec. Rogelio Singson said the master plan addresses water coming from the Sierra Madre, as well as the carrying capacity of the San Juan and Pasig River waterways and low-lying communities.

And most of all, there is a planned P12-billion dam in the upstream portion of the Marikina River.

Tulad ng tinanong ko kanina: Sa mga taga San Juan, Pasig at Marikina, may NAKITA na ba kayong nasimulan sa inyong lugar para sa  mga proyektong PINAGMAMALAKI ni Singson na kasama sa master plan?

Kahit isa lang, kung meron man.

If anything has indeed been started or done, especially if its substantial, among these supposed components of the so-called master plan, the PNoy Government would have announced it to high heavens in radio,TV and print.

Pero MAS MARAMI ang nababalitaan nating bahaan, at lumalalang baha, kesa nababawasan.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Believe me, I’ll gladly stand corrected.

Carandang said the people should understand that it’s going to take years to implement the master plan, which is an inter-agency undertaking.

Gusto pa tayong gawing BOBO ni Carandang na hindi natin naiisip na taon ang bibilangin bago matapos ang mga malalaking proyektong pinagyayabang niyang kasama sa master plan.

Let’s all KEEP THIS IN MIND, boys and girls:

Ang PUNTO rito ay kung MERON NA BANG NAGAWA ang Gobyernong Aquino sa sinasabi nilang master plan. Kung meron, kahit isa, ipakita nila sa publiko.

Otherwise, let’s show to the PNoy Government that WE’RE NOT AS STUPID as they think, and THAT THEY DON’T HAVE ANY CREDIBILITY TO MAKE FOOLS out of us evenwiht HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of ‘daldal.’ 30
