NAKAKABILIB rin talaga ang KAPAL NG MUKHA at TIBAY NG SIKMURA ng Social Weather Stations (SWS) at ni Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda.

SWS  claimed that results of its 4^th quarter survey, conducted from December 11 to 16, showed that PNoy’s net satisfaction rating remained a  “good” +49.

Lacierda said the survey proved that an overwhelming majority in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, including Metro Manila, are solidly behind the President.  

Akala siguro ng SWS at ng gobyerno ni PNoy ay isang tambak tayong mga TANGA O UTU-UTO at SADISTA.

Think about these, people, especially pro-PNoys:

Lacierda boasted that PNoy had made “tough but necessary decisions” recently on the Zamboanga City attack, the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Bohol and the devastation brought about by super typhoon “Yolanda,”

On the Zamboanga battle --- the attackers were immediately identified, and confirmed, as members of Nur Misuari’s Moro National Liberation Front. But hundreds of civilians and soldiers have died before legal action was taken against Misuari, who by then had already escaped.

Only the INSANE will still find this satisfactory.

On the Bohol earthquake: HUNDREDS, IF NOT THOUSANDS, of those who lost their homes STILL LIVE in evacuation centers. REPAIR/REHABILITATION of damaged roads and other infrastructures HAVE HARDLY STARTED.

In short, SUFFERING IS STILL WIDESPREAD.

SADISTA lamang ang nasisiyahan kapag nakakakita ng PAGHIHIRAP ng iba, lalo pa ng KARAMIHAN.

For super typhoon Yolanda, there have been numerous reports of foreign aid to victims being diverted or pilfered and substituted. PNoy HAS NOT HAD ANYONE investigated for this.

Relief goods were arriving and being distributed at SNAIL’S PACE before PNoy declared he was on top of the situation some FIVE DAYS or so after Yolanda struck.

To date, however, PNoy HAS NOT HELD ANY0NE LIABLE

The death toll from Yolanda is now more than 6,100. The destruction to property has been ACKNOWLEDGED AS ONE OF, IF NOT THE WORST in history.

And up to now, NOBODY has been held accountable. So WHAT IS STILL SATISFACTORY with PNoy in all these?

PNoy’s supporters are most welcome to react.

The FASTER THAN LIGHTNING verdict of Senate Energy Committee chair Sergio Osmeña III that there was no proof independent power suppliers connived to raise power rates to record-high levels DESERVES NO CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER.

And if Osmena had any DELICADEZA in him, he should be SMART ENOUGH to realize that he should be the last Filipino to say anything about power rates.

Osmena SHAMELESSLY declared his ’no collusion’ findings ONLY FIVE HOURS after a Senate probe of the sky high power rate increase  being charged by the Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) starting this month.

Osmena announced his conclusion WITHOUT EXTENSIVELY GOING THROUGH DOCUMENTS which can help prove possible connivance among power suppliers – financial statements, projections of profits that power suppliers can earn, maintenance records of power plants, findings by INDEPENDENT EXPERTS on WHY POWER PLANTS HAD TO SIMULTANEOUSLY SHUT DOWN and other related issues.

Simply put, Osmena RELIED ONLY on the words of power suppliers and the other witnesses in the Senate hearing.  NOT ON ANYONE ELSE’S. He didn’t even ask for any study from any government agency or independent expert opinion from the public.

So considering that he’s NOT A KNOWN TECHNICAL EXPERT or RESPECTED EXECUTIVE when it comes to the power industry, Osmena DID NOT HAVE ANY MORAL OR PROFESSIONAL right to rule out a collusion among powers suppliers IN JUST FIVE LOUSY HOURS.

His ’no collusion’ pronouncement CLEARS  Meralco and independent power suppliers of any criminal or moral activity WITHOUT OFICIAL INVESTIGATION by appropriate government agencies.  Going through history, Osmena has at least TWO MAJOR reasons to protect Meralco and industry p[layers.

First, Osmena is married to Bettina Mejia Lopez a scion of the family which had founded Meralco and was once the majority owner of the company. The Lopez Group of Companies owns First Gen Corp., which operates the 1,000 MW Santa Rita Power Plant, one of three power plants currently on shutdown. 

More importantly, IT’S PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE that Osmena is a VERY DEAR FRIEND of the late and respected Lopez scion Eugenio or ‘Geny,’ one of the founding fathers of ABS-CBN.

So it would be FOOLISH to expect a TRULY IMPARTIAL and EXHAUSTIVE Senate probe of the power industry for as long as  Osmena is the presiding officer.

Whoever takes Osmena’s word BLINDLY or HOOK, LINE AND SINKER is either a power supplier, a mentally sick person or an ILLITERATE. Take your pick, people. 30

DON'T BE DISTRACTED FROM' YOLANDA' BY PACQUIAO!

Don’t be distracted from the Typhoon ‘Yolanda’ tragedy by the propaganda diversionary tactic we now know as the Manny Pacquiao tax case.

The 5,500 people (as of this writing) who died from, and the tens of billions of pesos worth of properties which were destroyed by ‘Yolanda’s’ fury, are still a much bigger issue than Pacquiao.

THREE WEEKS AFTER ‘Yolanda’ struck, NOT ONE INDIVIDUAL OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY has been questioned or investigated for the magnitude of the disaster.

And the SHAMEFUL, SCANDALOUS pace at which relief goods arrived to the survivors.

If I remember correctly, PNoy himself declared that a probe is forthcoming.

But we have yet to hear of even one person who has been asked to explain anything of a government office or agency who has been directed to produce any document or record which can be used for a probe.

As in NOTHING!

But in the case of Pacquiao, his bank accounts were immediately frozen. Worse, PNoy himself is PERSONALLY INVOLED in the controversy, as shown by the statements he had directly issued about it in media.

For the record, I DON’T WORK for Pacquiao. NEITHER DOES HE KNOW ME. Anybody can verify this anytime, anywhere.

By all means, Pacquiao must be probed, AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. If findings merit a penalty or penalties, then punish him at the very first opportunity.   

But the 5,500 people who died from ’Yolanda,’ and the tens of thousands who continue to starve and suffer from her onslaught, DESERVE THE SPEEDY ACTION being done on the Pacquiao case.

Pacquiao is a world boxing superstar and a national pride, yes.

But it would be INSANITY TO THE MAX to consider him as more important than the 5,500 people who died from ‘Yolanda.” Or his case as much bigger than the destruction to property and the starvation which followed the typhoon.

Personally, I find the media hype on the Pacquiao case as a PATHETIC, BRAINLESS and DESPERATE diversionary move to cover the PNoy government’s INSENSITIVITY and INHUMANITY to ‘Yolanda’s’ victims.

MULTI-BILLION PESO QUESTIONS PNOY MUST ANSWER!

 As I’ve said earlier in a status, ayaw ninyo akong tantanan, puwes, let’s resume playing!

Here are MULTI-BILLION PESO QUESTIONS PNOY MUST ANSWER and account for, FIRST, before he MALIGNS and BLAMES anybody, AGAIN, for his dropping ratings:

A story in manilastandardtoday.com said the Commission on Audit (COA) has reported that the Special Purpose Fund (SPF) or presidential pork barrel totaled P367.53 BILLION in 2012, 61.8 percent HIGHER than 2011.

That’s an average of MORE THAN A BILLION DAILY.

Questions: WHERE AND HOW EXACTLY was the P367 billion spent? WHERE are the supporting documents, and PHYSICAL PROOF, that the money HAS NOT BEEN STOLEN OR POCKETTED by PNoy or anyone else?  

And WHAT IS THE LEGAL AND MORAL BASIS for the 61.8 percent increase?

KALIWA’T-KANAN ang nare-report na BUDGET CUTS sa iba’t-ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno, tapos kay PNoy MAHIGIT ISANG DAANG BILYON pa ang IDINAGDAG? 

The COA said P152.82 BILLION of the 2012 SPF was unprogrammed funds, money which ONLY PNOY CAN TOUCH. And that the amount was 93.5 PERCENT HIGHER, or ALMOST DOUBLE, the 2011 level.

HOW has the P152 billion BEEN SPENT SO FAR?

Where are the supporting papers and other physical proof that it has not been STOLEN OR POCKETTED? Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but up to now, NOT ONE SPECIFIC/detailed beneficiary of PNoy’s pork barrel has been revealed by him or his mouthpieces.

I remember having heard disaster victims before as among the beneficiaries.

But I have never read or heard SPECIFIC DETAILS from anything or anybody on EXACTLY HOW MUCH did PNoy give from his pork barrel and to whom did it go to.

The COA reported that the biggest presidential pork barrel allocation increase went to “budgetary support for government-owned and controlled corporations, which rose 170 percent from P19 billion in 2011 to P52.82 billion in 2012.”

FOR WHAT is the 170 percent increase? Again, what is the LEGAL AND MORAL BASIS? IS IT LEGAL in the first place?

When you give budgetary support to a corporation, It’s LOSING MONEY, NALULIGI! So what are these firms, HOW MUCH has been WASTED and what is the MORAL and FINANCIAL justification for the P52-BILLION SUPPORT? 

Was the P52-billion support backed by AUTHORIZED STUDIES by PROVEN COMPETITIVE EXPERTS? If yes, who and what are the findings? If no, WHAT WAS PNOY’S BASIS for showering them with the astronomical support?

Habang tumatagal ay PAGARAPAL ng PAGARAPAL ang pagiging IPOKRITO at KAWALAN NG KONSYENSIYA sa mahihirap ng Aquino Government.

But UNLESS WE ALL UNITE AS ONE and coordinate our efforts for a 24/7 EXPOSURE of the TRUE STATE of the country and SENTIMENTS of the people to the REST OF THE WORLD, WE WON’T GET ANYWHERE.

We need to confront them head-on, in mainstream media.

Among others, Malacanang officials themselves are saying that calamity funds for victims of the Oct. 15 earthquake that devastated Bohol and Cebu are almost depleted (halos ubos na).

WITHOUT GIVING ANY BREAKDOWN of where the money went.

Pero MAY PERA ang gobyerno ni PNoy na pambili ng 12 SEGUNDA-MANONG jets mula sa South Korea na nagkakahalaga ng MAHIGIT P18 BILYON. Pag para sa mahihirap, paubos na ang pera.

Pero pag may nagustuhan sila, MAY PERA kahit na HINDI NAMAN EMERGENCY ang pangangailangan dito.

Even if Senate President Franklin Drilon finally signed the subpoena for suspected pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Napoles, after UNDENIABLE public outrage, she will only appear before the Senate on Nov. 7.

ILANG BUWAN nang tumatakbo sa media ang mga umano’y pagnanakaw na ginawa ni Napoles. KALIWA’T-KANAN na ang LUMALABAS NA MGA TESTIGO AT EBIDENSIYA –  mga dokumento at litrato ng mga DAAN-DAANG MILYONG HALAGA ng mga ari-arian na HINDI KAYANG MABILI NG IDINEKLARA NIYANG YAMAN, mga detalye umano ng paraan niya para manakaw ang sari-saring pondo ng bayan at mga senador/congressman.

Board members of the Social Security System (SSS) have SHAMELESSLY SHOWERED THEMSELVES WITH MILLIONS of pesos in bonuses. And Malacanang READILY DEFENDED THEM.

But the contribution of members will be INCREASED NEXT YEAR to augment the funds of the system.

Pag para sa BULSA NG MGA BATA NILA, OKAY lang sa Malacanang.

Pero pag para sa mga miyembro na, KAPOS na ang pondo ng SSS at kailangang PAHIRAPAN ang mga kasapi sa pamamagitan ng MAS MATAAS na kontribusyon.

Still, the Aquino Government SHAMELESSLY tries to drown all these shit in mainstream media (nationally circulated newspapers, radio and TV stations) wit all sorts of ‘pa-pogi’ press releases and DIVERSIONARY STORIES to divert our attention to something else.

For the record, I’M NOT BELITTLING our efforts here in Facebook or anywhere else in the Net. But unless we carry on the fight into mainstream media, WALANG MANGYAYARI SA ATIN.

And believe me, WE DON’T NEED TENS OR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS to do it like some of you may think. I am a former senior editor of a nationally-circulated newspaper so I know what I’m saying.

First: We need ONE FEDERATION or CENTRAL BODY which will bind all the other groups together. This body will determine, among others, what group will be responsible for monitoring what issue or government agency and what information to dig up or share to the rest of the federation.

Second: Apart from our individual posts, we need writers and media professionals who will plan and write press statements or press releases and facilitate the publication of these in mainstream media.

Third: We need to identify the individual fields of expertise of the members of our own groups for a more effective data gathering/research and planning of the thrust of our publicity materials.

Fourth: We need logistical support, and I mean VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS from members and our respective supporters. Considering the fact that most of us have, more or less, 1,000 members in our own groups, whatever amount will be donated will be substantial once pooled together. The administrators of the federation or the individual groups will be responsible for coming up with their own operating systems for this concern. 

Consider these, ladies and gentlemen.

The fight is far from over. But the arena is not confined to Facebook or the Net alone. The Aquino Government is using mainstream media, and purported SWS and Pulse Asia surveys, against us.

WE MUST FACE THEM THERE, TOO.  WALANG MANGYAYARI SA ATIN KUNG SABUG-SABOG ANG MGA GALAW NATINI!30

PNOY GOV'T MUST ACCOUNT FOR BILLIONS IN CALAMITY FUNDS!

Malacañang must first ACCOUNT for the calamity and contingency funds before they augment these for whatever reason.

IPALIWANAG, ISA-ISAHIN MUNA NILA ang mga PINAGKAGASTUSAN, at IPAKITA muna nila sa publiko ang mga KATIBAYAN NG MGA GINASTOS tulad halimbawa ng mga RESIBO at VOUCHER bago nila sabihin na paubos na ang mga naturang pondo.

I’m not accusing anyone of lying.

But we’re talking of BILLIONS OF PESOS here, BILLIONS of our taxes and fees we pay to this government, so WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHT to knoo where our money went.

I’m not a government employee but I know for a fact that EVERY GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE must be FULLY DOCUMENTED, down to the last centavo.

Kaya kung WALANG ANOMALYA, WALANG DAPAT ITAGO, ang Malacanang, WALANG MAGIGING PROBLEMA para mailabas agad nila ang LAHAT NG PAPELES.

Pero kung HINDI AGAD MAILALABAS ng Malacanang, lalo na ng Department of Budget and Management at Department of Social Welfare and Development, nasa atin ang LAHAT NG DAHILAN para MAGDUDA, at MATAKOT.

And before any PNoy fanatic accuses me of empty suspicions or fears, consider this:

A report in the manilastandardtoday.com quoted Budget Secretary Florencio Abad as saying: “For typhoon Pablo alone, we have to spend P11 billion while our calamity fund is only P7.5 billion.”

Now, anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Up to now, I HAVE NOT HEARD of or READ ANYTHING about these basic needs of ‘Pablo’s victims:

Widespread repair of construction of new homes, massive educational assistance like tuition and school supplies for kids, massive repair or construction of damaged or destroyed school buildings, financial assistance for the victims and government subsidy for their medical treatment.

And don’t forget, people, the government has been CONSISTENT in stuffing relief packs ONLY with, among others, a few small sardine cans, rice, noodles and  coffee in sachets

Alam nating lahat KUNG MAGKANO LAMANG ang halaga ng sardinas, isang kilong bigas, noodles at kape. At mula’t sapul, WALANG INILBAS ang Aquino Government na KUWENTAS kung SAAN NAPUNTA ang calamity at contingency funds.

KUNG ANO  LANG ANG MAISIPAN NILANG IDEKLARA, IYUN NA. Iyon ang dapat nating paniwalaan.

Kaya ang dapat nating SAMA-SAMANG ITANONG, sa Facebok man o sa media mismo, sa gobyerno ni PNoy: SAAN NA NAPUNTA ANG PERA? NASAAN ang katibayan na GINASTOS ITO NG MAAYOS at talagang sa mga biktima lamang ng mga kalamidad napunta, at HINDI NINAKAW lamang ng mga kinauukulan?

To whoever will take Abad’s word hook, line and sinker and would not ask even for an iota of proof, YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR PSYCHIATRIST. At once. 30
