SHAMELESS COMELEC CONTROL OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH!

After consistently NOT ACTING ON PROVEN CHEATING and the cheaters during the 2016 elections, the Comelec now wants to CONTROL/REGULATE the FREEDOM OF SPEECH in social media for the coming polls.

A story in https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/02/02/19/comelec-to-monitor-social-media-pages-blogs-used-for-election-campaign says as per a resolution dated Jan. 30, SOCIAL MEDIA and online advertisements for the coming elections will be subject to the Commission on Elections' (Comelec) scrutiny.

WALA NA YATA TALAGANG KAHIHIYAN ang Comelec! At gusto pang MANAKOT NGAYON PA LAMANG.

Inilabas na agad ng Comelec ang resolution. Pero WALA PA ITONG KASABAY na rules and regulations --- ANO EKSAKTO ANG PUWEDE O HINDI sa social media, paano babantayan ang contents, ano ang magiging mga batayan o criteria at iba pa. Kumbaga, TINATAKOT na nila ngayon pa lamang ang mga gumagamit ng social media, kandidato man o botante na magingat sa kanila.       

Even if no less than the CONSTITUTION GUARANTEES the right to freedom of expression. And our comments and ideas on the elections and the candidates are COVERED BY THAT FREEDOM.

So as long as what we say are NOT ILLEGAL or will NOT ENDANGER the conduct of the elections, Comelec has NO MORAL AND LEGAL RIGHT to control our thoughts and words in social media in ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.

Binabale-wala na nga ninyo. Comelec, ang mga pisikal na ebidensiya ng mga DAYAANG NABISTO NA, pati na ang mga DAPAT MANAGOT, ngayon pati mga botante at kandidato GUSTO NINYONG KONTROLIN, IMANIPULATE. 

Tulad ng ibang ahensiya gobyernom SAMBAYANAN ang dapat na amo ninyo. Pero sambayanan din ang patuloy nInyong GINAGAGO. Derechahan na: ANO BA MERON?
