With the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch148
denial of the motion to arrest Antonio Trillanes, the Armed Forces SHOULD GRAB AND
RETRY HIM NOW for his failed coup d’
etat against then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Branch 148 presiding Judge Andres Soriano
said the proclamation by President Digong Duterte voiding Trillanes’ amnesty is
VALID. So everything related to or concerning the proclamation is enforceable
by another court.
Soriano did not say or order that the Armed
Forces is barred from enforcing Digong’s proclamation, NOTHING should stop them
from taking Trillanes into custody.
And since Digong is the commander-in-chief of
the Armed Forces, ONLY HE HAS THE POWER to decide on what to do with Trillanes.
Any lawyer or judge correct me if I’m wrong.
I will appreciate further enlightenment on this issue. 30
Magmula noong nakaupo si Trillanes sa Gobyerno , wala ng ginawa kundi maghanap ng maibabato kontra sa Administrasyong PRRD imbes na tumulong sa paghanap ng solusyon sa problema ng Bayan .
