To the AWARDS OFFICIALS and the uninformed/misinformed: When President Digong Duterte said the Filipinos would be better off under a dictator, it was ONLY HIS PERSONAL VIEW on what he sees as Robredo’s TOTAL INCAPABILITY to lead the country as his successor should he decide to cut short his term.

The President DID NOT, in any way, SAY OR MEAN THAT A DICTATORSHIP would be better for the country NOW OR IN THE FUTURE even if Robredo would not be the next President. Anyone of you can ask media companies or browse news websites for news stories, videos or other materials.
