Kung valid ang amnesty na binigay ni Noynoy Aquino kay Antonio Trillanes, bakit ganito? .
Una: Ang amnesty proclamation na inisyu ni
Noynoy Aquino ay may petsang Nov. 24, 2010. Pero kinailangan ni Trillanes na magapply
pa rin para dito noong Jan. 5, 2011. MAHIGIT ISANG BUWAN na ang nakalipas. Ibig
sabihin, alam niya sa sarili niya na dapat siyang magapply muna bago maging
valid ang amnesty niya.. Dahil kung 100 porsiyentong balido ito, WALA na siyang
dapat gawin.

Lumalabas tuloy na INVALID ang proclamation ni Noynoy. Dahil kung hindi, ang
dapat na inilagay ni Gazmin na petsa ng bisa ng amnesty ay Nov. 24, 2010.
May tinanong akong abogado. Wala daw
kapangyarihan ang Defense Secretary na magbigay ng amnesty. Itama ako ninuman
kung mali ako.

ReplyDeleteAs an ordinary citizen I will rely solely on my personal and moral point of view since I am not a lawyer. I think, based on some facts presented in this article, there are really some areas which, even in the eyes of a layman seems inconsistent .However, the bottom line is, the final judgement or resolution of this controversy lies in the hands of the Supreme Court's justices.

ReplyDeleteang isyu para sa akin is not the dates, it is the admission of guilt of COUP DE ETAT, then the sincere realization that what he did was wrong, then the covenant not to do it again. Andun ang matinding defect, all thins considered valid, that challenge by Trillanes that they did not commit the crime of coup de etat, invalidates their application for amnesty

ReplyDeletebecause they both hated gma before and he wanted his mutiny crime erased so he pledged his loyalty to aquino in exchange for an amnesty to evade life imprisonment. but he got busted so too bad.
