(These are excerpts from ax expose by a Comelec insider in tribune.net.ph (http://www.tribune.net.ph/headlines/more-proof-of-automated-fraud-bared) on election fraud in some areas like Camarines Sur).

“There were attempts to transmit (votes) as early as 6:40 in the morning of May 8,” the Comelec insider pointed out showing the actual snippets from the Domain Name Service (DNS) logs. Among the computer logs that he disclosed were as follows: On May 8, 06:46:13 am: srvcntadns01 named[78026]: client 172.30.10.70#57697: query: 9701.ccs.pili2016pinas.net IN A + (172.30.10.70); and 08:40:12 am: srvcntadns01 named[78026]: client 10.12.0.1#44470: query: 1730.ccs.pili2016pinas.net IN A + (172.30.10.70) He noted that snippet 1730.ccs.pili2016pinas.net is actually a Comelec Central Server (CCS) code for the municipality of Ragay in Camarines Sur.

The Comelec insider then showed an example of transmission as early as 6:00 am of May 9. “This is odd because according to Comelec en Banc resolution 10083, Board of Canvassers should only convene at 3 pm of May 9.” The Comelec insider said he has the documents to prove the authenticity of the logs because he was directly involved in the conduct of the elections.

The Comelec insider also confirmed the existence of a secret server in the transmission of votes where all votes were redirected on May 10 to 11, 2016. He explained that the votes were supposed to be transmitted directly to the domain server (srvcntadns01) but on May 10, 2016, the transmissions were not coming from the CCS themselves but from only four IP (internet protocol) addresses under srvcntbdns01, aka “baradur.”

“A closer look at the transmission directory service request on srvcntbdns01 (“baradur”) will show the requests coming only from four IP addresses, not directly from the CCS themselves. We concluded this because on May 10-11, the other DNS server (srvcntbdns01, aka “baradur”) took over. Records show transmission directory requests are coming only to srvcntbdns01 and not from the original srvcntbadns01.” He said the votes were supposed to be transmitted to three servers – the Comelec Central Server, the Transparency Server and the Municipal Board of Canvassers  30
