Until he finally leaves the Comelec, under
whatever circumstances, let’s all keep a close eye on outgoing Chairman Andres
‘Andy” Bautista and Leni Robredo.
NEVER FORGET, people, that UP TO NOW Andy has
ACCESS TO AND CONTROL of everything that shows possible cheating in the May
2016 elections in favor of Leni.
Like the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE by Smartmatic on
the script of the transparency server o the first night of the counting of
votes. Remember, after that, the almost one-million vote lead of Bongbong Marcos
over Leni was WIPED OUT OVERNIGHT. And Andy STILL REFUSES to come out with what
Smartmatic did for examination by private sector experts. There is also the
LOADED SD cards, which the Comelec itself had first declared as unused and the
contents HIDDEN from the public till now. There’s more.

Take note, there’s NO INDICATION from Andy
that he’s set to reveal or act on anything among the signs of possible cheating.
Leni IS NOT DOING OR SAYING ANYTHING to convince Andy to start talking.
Instead, Leni is doing everything to DELAY THE START OF THE RECOUNT of votes covered
by Bongbong’s protest against her.
With an impeachment and accusations by his ex-wife
of criminal acts, which he has NOT CONVINCINGLY BELIED so far, over his head,
nobody can tell what Andy’s thinking of next.30
