Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET)
chairperson and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno and PET member Justice Alfredo
Caguioa should immediately inhibit from the protest filed by Bongbong Marcos
against Leni Robredo if proceedings for the recount of votes in question still won’t
start or even be scheduled as soon as possible (ASAP).
If they won’t inhibit and still not proceed
with the recount, they had better have an AIR-TIGHT PROOF that they’re NOT PROTECTING
Leni!
It’s been ALMOST A MONTH since the PET
decided to proceed with the recount of the votes being questioned by Bongbong.
Since then, NOT A WORD ABOUT IT has been announced by the PET. Caguioa is the
LEAD JUSTICE for the protest. At the very least, recommendations on how to go
on with the protest must come from him. However,
NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM HIM. Sereno has the
power to order Caguioa if necessary on what he should do. But SHE IS NOT SAYING
ANYTHING EITHER.
Keep in mind, people, Bongbong has FULLY PAID
the fee for his protest. He has submitted all his evidence and the supporting
documents. Not only has the PET allowed the recount of votes being questioned
by Bongbong but they have also designated venues for it
So WHAT ELSE is the PET waiting for? We, the
people, have ALL THE RIGHT TO KNOW. It’s
our taxes, OUR MONEY, which is paying Leni’s salaries and benefits, and financing
her trips and other activities.

Plain and simple. They are buying time using delay dallying technique hoping Duterte may die of illness or there could an assassination plan to be executed.
