Since Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista is now shouting to the world that he’s innocent of ill-gotten wealth allegations by her wife Patricia, here’s a simple test: COME OUT with the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE Smartmatic did to the transparency server on the night of the 2016 elections and have it EXAMINED BY PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERTS.

Since the unauthorized change was discovered MORE THAN A YEAR AGOI, Bautista and the Comelec have CONSISTENTLY IGNORED CALLS by Bongbong Marcos and various sectors for a technical audit by independent computer experts. They have NOT GIVEN ANY CONVINCING REASON, and have NOT SAID ANYTHING about its condition or status, location and the like. It’s ONLY THEM WHO KNOW where the server is.

Add to this the INACTION by Comelec on various signs of possible cheating during and after the canvassing of the 2016 votes by Smartmatic and after Bongbong filed a protest against Leni’s victory. Among these are LOADED SD CARDS which the Comelec had first declared as UNUSED durig the 2016 polls, Smartmatic’s admission of having used a secret server which even the Comelec did not know about and the damage or destruction of election paraphernalia covered by Bongbong’s protest after the ceiling above these in a Comelec warehouse COLLAPSED MONTHS AGO under still unknown causes.
