DON’T FORGET PDAF, AND THE DAP!

Even if Janet Napoles’ has already been sentenced to life in jail for illegally detaining Benhur Luy  DO NOT, and I mean NEVER, FORGET that her other supposed partners in the ‘pork barrel’ or Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scandal who are allied with the Aquino Administration REMAIN UNTOUCHED. 

Early on in  expose of the now  infamous Napoles list, Aquino Administration allies n both the House of Representatives and the Senate were mentioned as having been alleged beneficiaries of the billions Napoles supposedly stole from PDAF funds. But to date, and anybody correct me if I’m wrong, NOT ONE ADMININSTRATION ALLY has been charged or ordered to explain/account for his ort her PDAF allocations in detail. NOT ONE. But Opposition bigshots like Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Bong Revilla and Jinggoy Estrada continue to rot in jail for their supposed involvement in the PDAF scam for a year or so now.

I AM NOT SAYING, AND I WILL NEVER SAY, that three senators are innocent. However, not a SINGLE PIECE OFINDISPUITABLE PROOF has been presented against any of the three solons. And the Aquino Government’s ‘amnesia’ or ‘blindness when it comes to their allies supposed complicity in the PDAF scam WORSENS BY THE DAY, as the 2016  ELECTIONS APPROACHES.

Same thing with the DAP. Until a few months ago, estimates of as much as more than P100 billion remain unaccounted for. And to this day, the Department of Budget and Management could not claim that all the monies have been liquidated. But like in the PDAF scam, NOT ONE ADMINISTRATION ALLY has been charged or asked to explain how did he or she send the funds and where are the rest, if any. Neither has there been solid justification on the use of DAP funds for highly questionable purposes like the purchase of cars for Commission on Audit commissioners and ,if I remember correctly, of millions of pesos worth gadgets for  the Department f Social Welfare and Development.

The conviction of Napoles merits congratulations to the government prosecutors. But DON’T LETIT BLIND ANYONE to the reality that Aquino Administration allies linked to the BIGGER AND MORE DEVILISH  PDAF and DAP  anomalies remain UNTOUCHED up to now.30  

NOTHING WILL STOP ANOTHER MILF MASSACRE!

The MILF has, again, declared it will not surrender tits fighter who participated in the Mamasapano massacre of PNP-SAF commandoes last Jan. 25. And the Aquino government, through deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte, can only say that there is a proper venue for the MILF to argue its claim that the killers acted only in self-defense. Meaning, if the MILF won’t follow Valte’s line, PNoy’s government won’t do anything else. No demand or pressure from the government to the MILF to turn over the killers. Meaning, NOTHING WILL STOP THE MILF and their comrades from carrying out ANOTHER MASSACRE of police or military men  as long as PNoy is in power.

PNoy himself, as commander-in-chief of the police and the military, is NOT DOING  OR SAYING ANYTHING TO PRESSURE  the MILF into turning over the killers. Instead, PNoy is SHAMELESSLY moving Heaven and Earth to have the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) passed AS FAST AND UNTOUCHED as possible.  Saying anything that can be said or played up about or in favor of the BBL, even SCARING US LIKE KIDS with his threat of more body bags if the BBL won’t be passed, while saying practically NOTHING on how he will solve astronomical prices  of basic commodities and oil products, education and the like.  So, the MILF has NOTHING TO FEAR in killing more policemen or soldiers while protecting terrorists in their territory for AS LONG AS PNOY IS PRESIDENT.

And if PNoy’s fanatics will counter that Justice Sec. Leila de Lima has proclaimed that charges are being readied against the killers, that’s 100 PERCENT USE;ES,  FOR NOW. For the simple reason that the charges will mean NOTHING if the KILLERS WON’T BE AROUND TO SUFFER for the crime. Especially considering the fact that there’s even NO ASSURANCE as to when the charges will be filed, IF EVER THESE WOULD BE FILED DURING PNOY’S TERM.

To the PNP-SAF, here’s the price for the heroism of your 44 Mamasapano martyrs. Tp you, my countrymen, the PNoy government WANTS US TO PAY FOR MASS MURDER, US NOT THE KILLERS. 30
