I heard COA Chair Grace Tan declare in a media interview that the agency’s reports on PDAF anomalies also include the years 2010 and 2011, and not just 2007 to 2009 which they had bared in a press conference.
So WHAT’S KEEPING THE COA from revealing details of the 2010 and up reports to media? If they can do it to the 2007 to 2009 reports, THERE’S NO LOGICAL reason why they can’t come out with the rest.
Unless Tan HAS BEEN ORDERED NOT TO by her superiors
Tan’s claim that the 2010 and up reports are in the COA website DOES NOT JUSTIFY the release of their 2007 to 2009 findings in media.
Remember, people, that 2007-2009 are within the term of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA, whom as we all know is hated by PNoy to high heavens.

f Tan will say that there have been no pork barrel anomalies so far under PNoy’s term, she had better have a THOROUGHLY DETAILED BREAKDOWN.
I’m NOT TRYING TO DEFEND GMA. I’m one with the people in calling for the IMMEDIATE prosecution and imprisonment of whoever will be proven to have plundered our taxes.
What I’m after is FAIR PLAY and ABSOLUTE, NOT PARTIAL OR SELECTIVE, TRUTH.

Because if this is the situation we’re in, we’re NOT IN A DEMOCRACY. We’re in a DICTATORSHIP. Were’ not human beings in the eyes of PNoy’s government. We’re PUPPETS or ROBOTS who must do, believe and follow everything PNoy says or do.
