A video of Land Transportation Office chief and
known PNoy ‘kabarilan’ Virginia Torres is now circulating in the Internet.
Since Pnoy has been harping anew these days
against misfits and corrupt government personnel, we’ll now see if he MEANS
WHAT HE SAYS, by QUESTIONING TORRES.
Before anyone raises eyebrows, consider
these:
I would not know how much Torres gets but WE
ALL KNOW HOW LOW government people are
earning, on record that is.
So the immediate questions: WHERE is Torres
getting her gambling money? Can her
salary and statement of assets, liabilities and net worth show that she can
afford to gamble?
More importantly, a memorandum circular
SPECIFICALLY BANS government officials from playing in casinos.
Take note, boys and girls, Torres has ADMITTED
she was the one in the video, with the PATHETIC AND IDIOTIC alibi that she was
simply fascinated by the slot machine lights and went there out of curiosity.
