NAPOOLES ONE STEP CLOSER TO FREEDOM!

Believe it or not, Janet Lim Napoles has just moved ONE STEP CLOSER TO FREEDOM.

With her surrender, Napoles has fulfilled the first requirement for being a state witness which is to give up and face criminal charges against her.

Even a high school kid now realizes that she knows A WHOLE DAMNED LOT about the pork barrel scam. 

REMEMBER, she has been SPECIFICALLY NAMED AS THE MASTERMIND by at least two people. And she is being linked to 10 non-government organizations (NGO) cited in the fraud.

Simply put, Napoles can break the case WIDE OPEN.

And with the PNoy Government DESPERATE for ‘pogi points’ to calm the raging public over the pork barrel scam, they will offer the Moon and the stars to Napoles if they have to in exchange for her help.

I dare say all these based on three points:

First: Apart from directly naming Napoles as the mastermind in the scam, whistle blowers have given details – like amounts of monies involved --  of her alleged criminal activity.

But, and anybody correct me if I’m wrong, Napoles was NEVER INVITED EVEN FOR QUESTIONING by any government agency until she went into hiding.

Second:  The hunt for Napoles was supposedly massive and all-out. But I never heard or read of any report of raids on her possible hideouts or known properties.

Again, anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Third: WITHOUT claiming any progress on the hunt for Napoles, Justice Sec Leila de Lima declared in media that she is NOT RULING OUT the possibility of Napoles being a state witness.

This, despite the fact that under the law, a state witness should have the LEAST involvement in a crime, and Napoles has been already pinpointed to as the MASTERMIND.

In case you don’t know, if one is made a state witness, ALL CHARGES against that person ARE DROPPED
