DON'T FORGET THESE IN MONDAY'S ANTI-PDAF RALLY!

Calls for the ABOLITION of PNoy’s social and intelligence funds, and the IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION of office personnel who processed and approved funds releases to fake non-government organizations.

Office personnel of senators, congressmen and government agencies, ESPECIALLY THE HEADS, linked to the P10-billion pork barrel scam.

It’s SENSELESS for PNoy to have his own intelligence funds for two main reasons:

Intelligence work is NOT THE JOB of the President of the Philippines.

It’s the job of the National Intelligence and  Coordinating Agency, the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the intelligence divisions of al law enforcement services of the government.

These offices have their OWN INTELLIGENCE BUDGETS.  Kaya BAKIT KAILANGANG MAYROONG BUKOD NA BUDGET SI PNOY?

For the social fund, there is the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) which enjoys HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS as budget for various undertakings.   

Hindi naman CONCURRENT DSWD secretary si PNoy, right?

Sa mga hindi nakakaalam, BILYUN-BILYON ang social and intelligence fund  ni PNoy. At HINDI KAILANGANG I-AUDIT at WALANG KAILANGANG IPAKITANG PAPELES kung saan ginastos ito.

On the office personnel, anybody correct me if I’m wrong  but up to now, NOT ONE SENATOR OR CONGRESSMNAN being linked to the pork barrel scam has publicly identified their staffers who worked on the anomalous disbursements of their funds.

The same thing with government agencies. The Department of Agriculture once announced in media that it has suspended somebody in connection with dubious fund releases.

Pero pagkatapos nun, WALA NA.

The papers and legwork for the anomalous releases of pork barrel funds were NOT DONE BY A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL. And the offices of senators, congressmen and government departments being linked to the scam KNOW WHO these people are.   

Kaya BAKIT WALANG PINAPANGALANAN, at PINAIIMBESTIGAHAN, KAHIT ISA?

Iyung pinagmulan ng anomaly, tinanggal na, fine. Pero IYUNG MGA GUMAWA NG ANOMALYA, NANDIYAN PA AT TILA AYAW GALAWIN.

HOW the hell can you STOP them from PLUNDERING OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS?

That’s why we should see to it that on Monday Pnoy, and our senators and congressmen, will hear and realize that we are NOT CONTENT with just the abolition of the pork barrel.  

That the fact remains that as long as the PEOPLE BEHIND THE PORK BARREL SCAM are free, the plunder of our money WON’T STOP. 30
